Terribly understaffed. Waiter (Zoey) was ood when finally able to help but overall gives a “on its last legs” vibe. They need to pay to get enough staff. Place is not cheap but feels little ke owners are. Need an energetic host and more staff. Bartender was great!!

We ate here for our 10th anniversary but we were not impressed. The best items were the appetizers we got (Bobotie rolls and Chicken Livers). For our meal I had the Durban Curry but it was just too many flavors for me. My husband had the fish and it was fine but under flavored. They needed take some of the flavors from the Curry and add them to the fish. Our wait staff was also a little slow and inattentive. We told them it was our 10th anniversary and I wrote it in the details under the reservation and no one even said “Happy Anniversary.” The decor and ambience are great but I just didn’t love the food or the service.

Loved all the food. Calamari and cucumber salad starters, curries and flan. Complimentary glasses of champagne for our anniversary was a nice festive touch. Nice selection of wines, including various South African wines. Service was great.

My wife and I decided to come here for our anniversary dinner. From the time we arrived, the service and the ambiance was immaculate. The drinks were good, the food was amazing and the service was even better. We will definitely be returning.

10 Degrees is a nice, upscale restaurant with delicious menu options. I'd frequent this place a several times before but this last visit was not as great. Ordered lambchops to be medium well but they were much more well than medium. Also would have been nice for the server to notify our little small party of 5 that we were considered a "large party" at the beginning of our meal instead of at the end when we were asking for our checks. We spent quite a bit and was all prepared to pay our individual checks but being notified of one single check at the very end kind of put us in a very annoyed position. I normally rave about this place to people but after this last experience, not quite feeling the same anymore.

We used to really love 10 degrees, and were excited to visit again after almost 10 years. Unfortunately, the main dining room was uncomfortably hot ever after asking the manager and hostess to turn on the A/C. The bobotie entree was less than delicious, outside of the rice. My husbands peri peri chicken had no flavor, and more bones than meat. Would have loved for the music to be South African inspired to add to the experience, and the bathroom was less than tidy. What made this experience palatable was the company we had, and our amazing server from South Africa. What an amazing lovely lady.

The wait time was extremely slow and unacceptable. It took an hour for our dinner to come after our appetizer and the appetizer took 45 minutes to come. The food is ok but not over the top exceptional. We won’t be going back.

Came for a friend’s birthday, and it did not disappoint! We tried a little bit of everything on the menu. Their specialty cocktails were delicious! Calamari, bread, cucumber salad, lobster spring rolls and chicken spring rolls for starters. Entrees: shrimp curry, filet, lamb chops, sosaties, ostrich medallions and peri peri chicken. All of raved about our meals. Two desserts: sponge cake and milkshake. Not a single complaint.m from the six of us. The service was good, the food was excellent and the ambiance was nice. We are planning on making it a regular spot for our special occasions!

The restaurant is nice. I didn't like the fact that we sat in the front by the entrance. It seemed as though that's where all parties of 2 are seated. My food was bland. The rice had no flavor. My wife didn't like her fish either. Nice environment but I don't think we will come back.
