We are frequent visitors to the restaurant. Tonight, one $52 steak dinner came out with a long hair on it. Once informed, our server promptly re-ordered the meal and was very apologetic. We are restaurant staff and appreciate this does happen. However, comping a flight beer was the only discount we received. We had hoped for at least a 50% discount on that meal. Perhaps there is an opportunity to rectify this incident?

My first time to this place for a 4:15 reservation. The hostess was cold and unwelcoming. She immediately provided us with a time limit for our meal and even told us another reservation needed our table within the specified time limit. She then asked us if we would be done on time. The funny thing was that there were empty tables in the area we were sitting the whole time we were there so they were not fully reserved. Our server rushed us and seemed more concerned about our time limit then anything else. I had the burger and the only good thing about it was the bun. The meat tasted cheap and gross. There was no lettuce or tomato and it tasted like something you’d get at bad fast food place.

The Smokey Bacon Cheeseburger was awesome. Nice grill on the patty, good slice of perfectly cooked bacon and great accompanying flavor from the smoked gouda. Very tasty burger. Neil's Team is just so amazing as well. I love 19 Okanagan!

What a memorable evening. The server was outstanding: attentive, personable and knowledgeable. The food delicious, view beautiful and overall one of the best meals I have ever had. Thank you - next time we are in Kelowna we will definitely return.

I would definitely recommend Okanagan Grill & Bar. We had another delicious dinner last night. We had the blackened strip loin and the tofu poke bowl along with my personal favourite the smoked tequila mule. We had a very pleasant and attentive server ( Emily W ) out on the patio while we watched some golfers out on the course beside us. All in all it was a great date night. Thank you Emily!
