   French onion soup is very good. Hubs prefers the lobster tail over crab legs. Sunset dinner makes it 10 out of 10!!

   The filet mignon was pure pleasure. Very nice crab cakes. The beer battered shrimp were ginormous & tasted very fresh. Great cocktail sauce. We shared the huge baked potato and it was enough for both of us. Asparagus was just right, tender & not overdone or crunchy. Service was....Beth and Moon were OUTSTANDING!!!

   Great view of downtown Omaha to the west and the bluffs in Iowa from our upper level booth. My fiancee and I enjoyed our dinners and Megan was an excellent host.

   Food never fails. Parmesan crusted chicken fed two! Herb risotto is perfect. Megan is the best. Entire staff are friendly and attentive.

    All the food was excellent except the crab cakes were almost cold inside, they replaced them with a new order of hot ones and took them off the check, Highly recommended visiting here.

    Unfortunately the printer ran out of paper so our soup and salad were forgotten. My shrimp was supposed to be bacon wrapped, but it came without it (I should not have sent it back) when I got my plate back, my filet was WELL DONE...YUCK!! Waited another 10 minutes for Medium! Meanwhile, my mom had finished her dinner! You did nothing for us except say sorry! For the cost of this place and what we spent...I would have expected SOMETHING! I wish I could say I would recommend to a friend, but for the cost and all the mishaps NO!

    cut down again on menu! I go there for the big shrimp and crabcakes. when they take that off of menu we will stop going! also no free rolls or bread!! never heard of steak place that charge you for that!! they are so cheap!!

    Hate to say it but the food tasted great. 3 of us went. 1 had fillet 2 had the wagu burger. The two that got the burger got sick overnight and that's the only thing we both ate other then fries bit the third guy had some as well off our plates and he was ok. Everything else was amazing. Scampi was great. Shrimp cocktail awesome.

    Food not as good as usual. Prime rib was over cooked. Lobster tostada was a joke. There wasn’t enough lobster on it to even call it that. Super small dab on each piece. Way over priced. Our server was wonderful. Rest of meals were great.

    People around us got bread basket we didn’t we would hav enjoyed I but by time came back to check on us. We were done with our appetizer and our food came out. Our server was attentive when our steaks came out had us check on them to make sure before he left, that they were done to our liking.

    Made a reservation at 5:45 as we were sat in a back room that appeared to be used for a party room not for normal dining. Seemed odd since there weee plenty of other tanks and booths in the main dining area and we ate so early, they ope at 5! The hostess seemed very disinterested, took our name then said nothing and started typing on her computer. Another hostess came over to ask if we had been helped we said we think so and the first hostess said yeah, sorry I was doing something, then told them where to seat us. The wait staff was great! Super friendly ladies! The food was absolutely terrible! My food had little black hairs in it, so needless to say I completely lost my appetite! My husband got the flat iron steak special and had to choke down the 2 bites he took because the meat was gross. I think it was a special because he t was going bad! The manager did come over and apologized took my meal and our salads off our bill and said the next time we come we can have an appetizer and some drinks for free. Both my husband and I are 7 stars with Cesars and this was the worst experience we have ever had here! I doubt we will ever go back! Again our waitress, the girl she was training and the lady that was helping them were amazing as was the manager! The chef and cooks could use some help in the kitchen and maybe taste their own food to be sure it is still good!

    One of the best restaurants I have ever dined at. It was so good we had to return the following day to dine again. Everything was just perfect. A special tribute goes out to our server Amini . Amini is so good at his craft. Besides performing his professional duties, he was able to take time and just talk to us. You are very lucky to have him as an employee

    We just had two appetizers the mango one with tostada was not worth the price at all but the prime rib Flatbread was excellent! Brooke is a great waitress!

    Great service, good food. The food is expensive and they don't offer you bread, you have to pay for it. At the prices they charge you'd think they could give you bread .

    Please read reviews before you go. So not worth the price. I was a previous customer and will not be going back any time soon. The food was no better then a Texas Roadhouse or Long Horn but you pay more and all your sides are extra. So I feel it was 3 times the price they should charge. Also it was our anniversary. They asked if it was a special occasion on the reservation but there was no mention or acknowledge of of it so I'm not sure why its asked.

    We had a great waitress and staff experience. Why do you ask, when making a reservation, if you are celebrating a special occasion? No one says anything about that we were celebrating a birthday, no comments, not even a "small" acknowledgement. Also, at the prices that are charged why not have dinner rolls included? My steak was wonderful and my husband enjoyed his as well. We have always enjoyed the 360 Steakhouse food.

    Had to send steak back as it was well done. Second one came out and was medium well when ordered as medium. Everyone’s meals were average at best. The prices are way too high for the value. This used to be one of our favorite places but we are in no hurry to go back.

    Very elegant atmosphere, excellent service from everyone from the host the the waitress, the food was the main problem for us. My filet arrived cold, the garlic mashed potatoes were very bland, and ordering the filet oscar style was a mistake, due to the lack of both bearnaise sauce and crab meat. However, the staff was extremely helpful with making our meal right after we voiced our displeasure and we ended up having an excellent time. 10/10 to the staff, just slightly disappointed with how the food first arrived, but we will be back to try again! Would recommend to anyone looking for a high class meal.
