The food is average. It’s a super busy. Everyone feels like rushing. Service is okay. However, it’s a great place to go if it’s your first time up there, for the view and experience. Other than that, not highly recommended. I wouldn’t wanna go again.
Es un lugar caro, comercial y muy Apretado, los meseros te estan corriendo para tener nuevos clientes, menu ya prehecho y malo
Even if the price is quite expensive, the food was correct (appetizers really small), the view is breathless and Keith the waiter was helpful and lovely! We enjoy our experience.
Try it out for the view, not the food though. Great experience but we expected way more from the food itself.
Our waiter was fabulous! The best waiter I have ever had! I was surprised that my message that I sent when making the reservation was addressed ! It was an early birthday celebration! A Birthday desert with Happy Birthday written in chocolate on the plate and multiple birthday wishes from our waiter! It was a perfect dinner! The prime rib was the best I have ever had!
Wahnsinns Ausblick, gutes essen....
Great view of the lake and Toronto skyline. Food was good too.
The food, view and ambiance was terrific and was made even better by the wonderful friendly and helpful staff. We were especially impressed by the very friendly, helpful and attentive waiter named Steven. We have gone many times to this restaurant and, while we were always happy with our visit, this time was especially wonderful and we'll be visiting again in the future.
We had a very nice time at dinner. We had prime rib and duck breast. Both were outstanding. Of course the lure of the scenery at the top of the tower makes it worth the price. All in all a great experience .
First time in Toronto
Awesome view, and really friendly staff. Being able to see for miles and getting a 360 degree view really makes the trip worth it. Food is really testy. It is worth to have lunch/ dinner and get free access to two observation levels up to 1,122ft and the Glass Floor.
Is very nice place but The waiter who touched me tended us to the races because the kitchen was closed at 3 and the attention was very bad. the delicious food...
Unhappy employees greet you at the door. Service is basic and does not reflect the menu prices. Food was not very good.
We arrived, to have a little wait to get up the tower and for our table but was reasonable. Most of our food was to die for. Full of flavour and tasty. We got a window seat which was amazing. The view amazed my boyfriend who is super afraid of heights but he didn’t want to leave. The seafood chowder could have been a bigger portion but was very delicious. We stayed there till close as we enjoyed two bottles of wine, a seafood tower and two pre fix meals. We felt a little rushed to finish our bottle of wine to leave but overall was great.
The food was correct but not worse at all the price. We were 4, 3 of us took the 10oz Roast Beef Prime Rib for an extra 10$ supplement and honestly it was way under our expectation.
Regarding the service, we never had such a bad service in a restaurant:
The waiter threw the plates on the table without even looking at what he was doing. He was leaning on our chairs! We ordered drinks during the meal and had to reclaim them several times. The waiters ran around and talked very loudly to each other, a waiter was running in saying he was coming. This is not a way to behave especially in such a restaurant. The service was horrible. I will not come back and recommend anyone to come.
I’d go back to a customer from another country. As a Toronto resident, never again
View is spectacular. Our table was ready at the agreed time.
Service was good, but not better than anticipated.
Food was also good but considering the price it was just ok.
We are from out of town so this was definitely a tourist type of dinner for us. We would not have missed it.
Loved everything about the 360 restaurant it was beautiful and had a wonderful ambience staff was friendly and food was awesome I’ll be back for sure.
Food was good, little overpriced for the taste, but for that view worth every penny! Had a great experience overall! Thanks for the excellent service we got!
Service was Top drawer, the Food was very good but the menu is small.
What makes this special though is the amazing perspective of Toronto, the view is spectacular
This was our second time eating at the 360 restaurant. Both times celebrating our anniversary. 1st time was after dark and the city lights were amazing but this time was even better! Arrived for our 4:45 reservation with incredible daylight veiws and enjoyed a lovely sunset as we made our rotations. Our server DAVID was incredible. Love that he had a sense of humour and really seemed to be enjoying his job. Food was very very good and we had a nice little anniverary treat at the end (Including a little serenade from David!) Would definitly recommend.
Outstanding view, godlike food, fulfilling hospitality
Sadly the food does not taste good what so ever and it was extremely overpriced (a 3 course meals has the fix price of $74 for lunch and the portions are very small). We were a table of three and we each got something different so we could try various things on the menu and sadly none of the food tasted good, the structure and atmosphere of the restaurant was great because it allowed for a phenomenal view of the city, the waiter was respectful and helpful but when noticing that we tipped him $10 he told us we have to tip 15% of the check (which would of been $42) we asked him where does it say we require to tip 15% and told him we are not gonna tip more, he did not fight us on this and left our table, we found him telling us we have to tip 15% to be very disrespectful and rude considering we were a table of two sons who saved up money to invite their mother to a overpriced meal that turned out to be $276.4, and since his total labor that was less then four minutes of setting down plates did not warrant $42 tip from us.
Overall the restaurant provides a beautiful of all of Toronto with its 360 design but sadly the food they serve does not taste good at all and is extremely overpriced and there is a possibility of your server telling you to cough up 15% of the check (which will be quite a lot since as mentioned before, the food is overpriced)
I found this to be a dam shame since the CN tower is Toronto's (and Canada's) most iconic infrastructures, and all walks of life visits it whether it be Canadians, tourist, low income people, middle class people, upper class people etc.
I would recommend it only because of the experience of the revolving restaurant The food serve was only luke warm, as if it has been sitting around for a while in the kitchen. Service was slow - almost seems like the place is under-staffed. I only go there when I have visitors from out of town. I also find the price on the high side - certainly not getting value for my money.
I red all the comments and was a bit scared to book the restaurant because there was a discrepancy between amazing and awful reviews. Over all I thinks its an amazing experience. I can understand that the service can be not optimal in the rush hours, the food is not fine cuisine and it is expensive but over all I recommend it as a one time in life thing. Try to choose lunch over dinner avoiding peak hours. We went for lunch got an amazing table as it was not busy, a happy weightier, ok food and view we will remember forever.
Excellent celebration for my cousin’s 60th birthday. Thanks for making it special
View and atmosphere excellent. Food excellent, BUT this is our second visit to 360 and on both times my main was served while still having my appetizer. I realise they are trying to turn over tables but not that quick.
The evening was excellent, but a little disappointed with the food, have had better for the money
1. Lovely view, that's why you selected this place.
2. Food is good for the price to value and experience.
3. Service, ummmmmm so so. Some of the guys were really good but the rest were not. There's this guy who keeps looking at the food and noting down a time till you leave. Leaves you a bit annoyed. Another server came and asked us to speed up eating the appetizers or else he would put the mains on the small table. What!!!! Really???? But then there was a great old chap who was gentle like a feather! Mike if I recollect.
Excellent view and food. Highly recommend for any occasion. It's a must-visit restaurant in Toronto.
Great experience and a must-do while visiting Toronto.
The service was very poor. Took 20 mins for a waiter to even say hi. Food was very bland and this was our 4th time to restaurant. For the price we paid it would have better spent else where.
We had a wonderful meal, with excellent service.the staff in the CN centre were very helpful in telling us how best to access the viewing platform afterwards.
This was my daughter in law first time on the tower, she really liked it! I am unofficial tour guide for family and friends from abroad and we always visit our tower since 1977
Highly recommended especially when entertaining guests from out of town. On a clear day the view is fabulous.
Very disappointed couldn’t sit beside the window even it’s available when we arrived, we asked for the window table but waitress said it was reserved, but we booked the table online too.
View is awesome, but it was very noisy, a guy seemed drunk or was too excited, yelling and laughing out loud few times but no one stop him until other customer complained.
You’re paying for the view and that’s fine, it’s a lovely view! The service was generally very good and attentive and we had a nice bottle of wine and cocktail. The food was good but not outstanding. The biggest issue was that there was an extremely loud, obnoxious and clearly drunk customer who was determined to ruin everyone else’s experience by shouting at the top of his lungs at random intervals and doing inappropriate things with the harem of women he had obviously paid to accompany him. The manager and then security eventually threw him out but his behaviour had already carried on for an hour at this point and the whole section had already been treated to him licking cream off one of his dates faces. It wasn’t what I would expect of a restaurant of this caliber and should have been better handled.
I went there with my boyfriend to celebrate our first anniversary. They were very nice to decorate our dessert plate saying “Happy Anniversary”. And foods were really delicious.
Wow! What a view. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Fantastic food, service and the best view you’ll ever have at any restaurant in the world. In around 70 minutes the restaurant will rotate 360 degrees enabling you to see the whole city.
It was a wonderful time only regret had to cut it short could have sat there all day
