Beautiful view, but very over priced and nothing kid appropriate on the menu.
Very nice restaurant with great staff and beautiful views. Pricey!!!
I had asked for a window seat when reserving the table. Lady on phone said they don't hold any tables for guest. So I understood that. What I didn't understand is when I got there my girlfriend and I were given a table in the middle even though there was numerous tables open by the window.
I guess my mistake was asking for the window seat.. Oh well😳
Paying tip is a scam they charged me double with my tip what a rip off. Of course I didn’t say anything. Don’t believe me check your debit machine and it’s way too expensive. I am not coming back thank you
Food was dry tasteless. Service fine . That's enough said but i can't close unless I write all this stuff.
We have taken out of town guests before and were pleased to do it again. The ambience is professional and the food interesting and flavourful. We decided to treat ourselves to the 3 tiered seafood tower as an appetizer for 4 people. It was a generous portion of many varieties including lobster and crab legs. We felt it needed to be a little closer to room temperature as the "meat" was too cold to have the sweetness of the seafood. The views of the city are superb!!
I would recommend for the experience, not for the food.
Une décéption malgré la superbe vue! Pourquoi les serveurs doivent ranger la vaisselle dans la salle meme en jetant les couverts et en claquant la vaisselle, comme s’il n’y avait pas déjà assez de bruit.
Great service and view, nice environment. I had a higher expectation with the food, it is good but not wonderful.
I would recommend the restaurant for the view and to skip the lines to access the tower. The food was well presented, but only an average quality. Service was good, but wine serving not well timed with the meals. Place was extremely noisy and crowded so don’t expect any romantic dinner.
The restaurant has a great view ! But overall experience was NOT what u expected! I expected quiet/posh fine dining but what I got was fine dining at Burger King or McDonald's. The food was subpar and had Zero flavour although beautifully displayed. On top of that we had dinner cuttlery for appetizers ( i had to use a huge dinner fork to eat carpaccio)
The highlight of the night was our server Mike ( Bald Head) who made the evening! Without him I would have given 1 star for the view.
There are WAY TOO MANY TABLES in there and hence people. I made the reservation thinking and feeling I would be part of something amazing and elite but instead I felt like another cow amongst a cattle farm. Would NEVER return there....great for one off tourists. But other than that a complete waste of money !
If the weather is clear enough and you plan for dinner to be around sunset time, it is definitely worth it to experience Toronto at 360. After reading reviews I was prepared for the food to be overpriced for the quality, however the quality was better than I expected. The smoked salmon appetizer was really good and I enjoyed the AAA prime rib with horseradish. Even the chocolate tower dessert was excellent. Overall the service was attentive and well paced. On top of it all my family got a fantastic view of the city, especially with the clear sky, while the seating area rotated 1 .5 times about the core of the tower for the duration of our meal. This bucket list item is done!
The view was good, although we were a row back from the window. The adults food was good, I did find the children’s meals expensive $40 for standard chicken tenders and fries, the a choice of a couple of basic desserts. I did find the people cleaning the table a little intrusive! They would hang over the side wall from above and grab at plates etc! Overall I’m glad we tried it but I wouldn’t go there for a meal again .
I would recommend the CN tower for family that has arrived from overseas.
Nice everything, we will be back. Next time in the evening.
It was absolutely beautiful it was spectacular to see the whole city while you eat
We had a nice lunch.
Service was good and attentive.
Unfortunately, my child fell off her seat which resulted in a Buckle Fracture of her right wrist. Not a happy way to end her 5th Birthday lunch. Due to this, we didn’t get to fully experience the glass floor level or the outside deck.
The view was amazing , yet that is a given . Our server, unfortunately cannot remember his name, was an absolute delight. He was friendly, personable, and prompt with service . The food was a joke, as was the price for such poorly made meals. The lobster was over cooked, pasta was undercooked and both meals for myself and my parter were VERY bland and flavourless. Best part was the salads and that doesn’t say much . After looking over other reviews I see the food is pretty consistently terrible and the only reason people give such high ratings is for the view which is unfortunate and not good for business. Perhaps you should look into hiring additional cooks or new ones altogether that actually have a palate and will serve something that is worth coming back for again. If the food had been better we would be repeat customers , unfortunately that is not the case. We make better meals at home . Whomever the head chef is should be fired . DO BETTER!
If you’re looking for a unique and visual dining experience then 360 is for you. However it will most likely be a rare experience because of the food quality and price. While there was absolutely nothing wrong with the food there lacking a wow factor that I would have enjoyed for the pretty steep price tag that came with a main + side, dessert, and a 6oz glass of wine. I will definitely come back in the future, but most likely with people that have never been up the tower and want the special experience of a meal with the best view in the city.
We were visiting Toronto from Seattle and decided to try out the 360 Restaurant, seeing how it compared to the Space Needle (when that restaurant was still around). My family and I all thought we had a better overall experience at the 360 than what we remembered of the Space Needle. Our meals at the 360 were fabulous, and our waiter was very prompt and friendly. Luckily the cloudy weather that morning had cleared out, so the view from the revolving restaurant was amazing. Although admittedly the price of the meals were not cheap, considering that it also included access to the lower two observation decks, which alone would have cost each of us $38 per person, that just made the price of the meals quite a good deal. Our meal ended around 7:30 pm, but we stayed at the lower observation decks until around 9:15 pm to take pictures of the sunset. A very enjoyable meal and sight seeing experience for us all. Definitely recommend going here if you are visiting the Toronto area.
If you are going for the view, it is a dining is a great way to enjoy the view. However you must remember that the $80 for appetizer and main course includes $38 fee to go to the observation desks and appreciate the value of your meal and appetizer accordingly.
I would have been very happy if my meal (Cod) hadn't been served cold and my soup appetizer was lukewarm. The cod wasn't cooked through and was about 25% raw on the bottom. The waiter tried to rush us as well in the beginning, I was visibly reading the extensive wine list and was asked to order something 4 times. Once I ordered a bottle of wine the rushing to order the rest of the meal stopped. This I could have lived with if my meal was properly cooked and hot.
However in saying all that, my daughter can't have gluten or dairy and they were very accommodating. She was very happy.
Great view, be ready to pay 3x the value of the food; and to be surprised at the lack of food on the plate. If I had to choose between going again just to skip the line to the top: I'd say yes ONLY if I DO NOT HAVE THE CITY PASS. If you have the city pass, just endure the lines to the top.
Tout simplement superbe !
Good food, amazing view.
BUT the waiter BILLY was very rude and unpleasent! He became very mad, when he didn’t get the 15% tip that he wanted. Very unprofessional!
Excellent food and service!
Worth going to avoid queues although pricey. Great views except if you get stuck on tables in the middle as we did, views not so good then.
The views are incredible. The food tasted delicious and was well presented. I love the appetizers. There is a great selection of dishes to suit any diet. Great drink choices as well the craft beer selection was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves
Only issue was our seat was located where they clear the plates off and banging of dishes was annoying.
Worth the money spent because of the view and environment, food is better than expected. Overall, quite good experience.
Good atmosfere with beautiful view! But, it’s very expensive and the food are not so good like I imagined.
Table beside us was very, very loud and service was very slow, polite, but slow. Waited 30 minutes to receive the bill. Food was good, but expensive and view was amazing.
Très bon moment entre amis
Très bon repas
Service et personnel agréable
Great kickoff to birthday tour for an 11-year-old
Everything was fine. But when I asked to pay, I wanted to give 20 $ cash to the waiter. He ignored it and set the credit-card-machine to the level, where I was asked how many percent I want to give. This behaviour gives me a bad feeling. In my opinion the service should accept the guests intention. The service never should try to push the guest to something that the guest doesn't want.
Great service ,food and view.
Great veiw, good food, Best thing to do in Toronto. Great place for kids to
I would recommend this as the experience truly is once in a lifetime. However at the end, our experience was well and truly spoiled by the appalling attitude of Dave H, our waiter. His manner towards us regarding a tip, despite receiving what we deemed to be a fair amount considering the short duration we were there (about 10%), was honestly the worst thing I’ve ever experienced in a public place. We were made to feel humiliated by being handed a card back after we’d tipped and him cheekily commenting ‘I’m not sure if you read this about tipping in Canada’. In hindsight I really wish I’d demanded every last cent of our tip back out of principle and told him that, just like in the UK, tipping is optional, but was honestly so embarrassed I left the restaurant as quick as I could and didn’t even enjoy the floor below. I sincerely hope management talk to their waiting staff about this, as I have read other reviews and see this is a common occurrence. It completely lets this place down and I would warn anyone going here to expect to be spoken down to unless they tip 20%! Disgraceful!
We would have appreciated knowing the real cost of the experience. We believed the price for dinner and viewing was $65 but it ended up costing us more than $80 each. In total we paid $40 more than we anticipated. We are not used to that discrepancy.
First visit for guest from Italy
