Lovely restaurant and view! Food was lovely and very tasty. I felt a bit rushed when the waiter took my sister and Mothers appie plate and I was still eating. ...That really is a no no in the food service. As soon as my salad plate was taken we took 1 sip of our drinks and entree was served. A bit rushed, we didn’t have time to savour the moment it seemed. Other than that it was great

Well the food I ordered was ok and I found the chicken was bland and dry. It would have been nice if It was nice and tender. And my husband ordered salmon as the appetizer and the fish was raw. It wasn't cooked. He found it hard to eat. We thought it was cooked but it was served cold no it was cold. The menu was so concise so we hardly had any options. We felt it was way to pricey for what is being served. I wouldn't come again.

I did not know you had to eat to be able to ride the elevator to the tower.. But our waiter talked to management and let us stay for cocktails and enter the lookout level...really made my birthday special so thank you so much !!!

I went with my boyfriend who was visiting me from out of town and highly recommend this as a great date location. I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. Even with the rainy and partly cloudy weather, the view was still gorgeous (while we were seated for dinner as well as walking through the observation decks)!
I ordered the 2 course Pre Fix meal with the HEARTS of ROMAINE and BABY KALE SALAD and the ATLANTIC SALMON FILLET. Both were delicious and well prepared.
I also felt safe having gone through security to get into the building and loved the option to check my coat and umbrella on the first level before heading up to the restaurant and observation decks. The only suggestion or preference I could lend would be to have a more personable server. The greeter was super outgoing and made us feel welcomed the moment we walked into the restaurant but our server who hardly graced our table didn't seem quite as excited to serve us, at least not until he saw his tip, then he smiled and said "oh wow, thank you". I look like a teenager and my boyfriend certainly doesn't look his age. Maybe he thought we were young and cheap until that moment... who knows. Lol
All in all, I had a great experience.

Great experience at the 360 Restaurant. Even though there was low visibility on the day that we went, it was still a great experience. The value is quite good too because the meal price includes the elevator fee, so if you subtract the elevator fee ($36) from the 2-course meal fee ($58), the price for the meal is quite reasonable ($58-$36=$22 per person).

Great service (Sunny was awesome!) but zero visibility made the price for mediocre food not worth it. Wish I realized there would literally be no view, I would have rescheduled. Screaming kids and dirty floors took away from ok the fine dining aspect. 500$ is a lot for lunch without the special views

The food was very good. We were a family of five and they put us at a table suited for four.
