The atmosphere was really sensual and the food was delicious. The date was fantastic due to the waiters service as well. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and the added CN Tower was a bonus!
Très bon restaurant, la vue est superbe. Le service est quant à lui plus expéditif
Loved our waiter David and it was a very special evening. It's pricey as expected.... 2 courses and a bottle of Canadian red wine was £170.
I booked 4 months in advance, researched sunset time and asked for a window seat for 2. The surly maitre d on the desk said we were too early so we went to get a cocktail on observation deck. Great. Then went upstairs at exactly the correct time and asked for our window table to be told it would be a 45 min wait. It was a quick turnover. Bet he says that to everyone so I suggest waiting. That was the only thing that spoilt it a bit. It's casual. Very casual. I felt a bit over dressed. Anything goes
Overpriced, the quality of the food is average, the atmosphere is really nice .
The restaurant has a magnificent view.. you have access to the glass floor and the look out floors of the tower.. you have to be 20 minutes earlier because there is a line for the elevator.
The downside was I requested a table by the window for observation of the romantic view since it was an anniversary.. but when I arrived they gave us a middle table.. I told The server who was very nice.. and brought some one from the managers.. who apologized and told us there a 50 minutes wait to get such a table..
So that’s a hint
The service was great though and (Al) was very nice and helpful .. the food was good.. and they brought us a complimentary dessert for the occasion:)
The view is spectacular. Too much fish on menu ; ie. not enough variety. Considering everything, good value...includes the ride up.
Thanks for the arrangement for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary. It’s so nice to see the gift and card on the table when we arrive. Let us feel so special.
The salmon starter was not what we expected .As for the main dish the salmon was a bit too dry. The kids portion of pasta was a bit too much.the portion was rather large especially for the 4 year old. Overall it was an enjoyable afternoon
Fantastic value for money set menu includes ticket to viewing deck etc. Food quality was very good and service was excellent. Not too mention the ever changing view and the restaurant revolves. The family had a great time.
We had a close friend visit our house this week. We really wanted to provide him with a memorable stay and an unforgettable lunch experience. Given that the CN Tower is “The Landmark”, my wife and I thought it would be the perfect place to take him. As a very special invitation we took him to lunch at the 360 restaurant on Tuesday October 16 at 12:30. Unfortunately, my wife and I found ourselves frustrated and disappointed with the quality of food served and the overall experience. We found the menu to be misleading. Nowhere in the menu we could find that the East and West Coast Seafood Aguachile was a hot dish. It was not disclosed anywhere. Also, the menu did not show that the 45 day aged Alberta prime rib or beef was not from the grill. The beef was tasteless. We all felt deceived (our guest too). My wife said the Caesar salad was good.
We did not say anything at the time because we did not want to spoil the entire experience, leaving our guest with a bad memory.
What was supposed to be a memorable experience ended up being an experience that we do not want to repeat, ever. It is a shame that we cannot recommend this restaurant anymore and we will have to look for another restaurant to take our future guests.
We are taking the time to send you these comments hoping they might help you improve.
We had a great time! The view is amazing and so was the service. We didn't know that the complimentary view of the CN Tower is after dinner, so we got there a couple hours before our reservation, wishing to view the tower before dinner. We were kindly advised that wasn't the procedure, but they found a way to accomodate us anyway. All staff was very kind and polite, and helped us have a good time.
I am not too knowledgeable about high cuisine, but in my taste the food was only ok. Nothing too special, and quite pricy, a couple's bill will go over CAD300 in a heartbeat. But in the end you pay for the whole experience, not just the food.
I think it's a great place to take international business clients, or even just from out of town.
Fabelhaftes Ambiente! Ein Erlebnis und grandioses Essen hoch über Toronto! Wir haben jede Sekunde genossen!
We were well looked after. The meal was lovely. The view was incomparable. And the right to skip the queue a blessing.
I'm afraid of heights but my daughter insists me to try it. I'm so glad I listened to her.. I'm celebrating my 54 yrs birthday and this is the best birthday dinner gift from daughter..the food with the wonderful view..it's really great 💖
A beautiful view of the city - particularly at sunset.
Over priced and pretty non-descript and bland food however which comes out super quick, so obviously prepped for a fast turn in tables rather than made with passion and care.
Fixed price menu also has too many options where you have to pay extra to get anything decent - wouldn’t dine here again!
We loved our waiter, Steve, he made our lunch quite enjoyable
Everything was great from the food to the scenery to the service! 10/10 would recommend.
Took my boyfriend there for the first time and he loved it. The Ambiance was perfect for our anniversary. We will definitely be returning soon.
Honestly some of the best asparagus I have had in my life.
This was one of our "musts" for our visit to Toronto. It was a wonderful evening, the views of sunset and then the lights of the city below were just breathtaking. Definitely recommend for a special dinner.
Our server Geoff was amazing!! Super nice, he deserves a promotion
If you're going to visit the CN Tower the best way to do it is to have lunch first. You get to spend more time on top of Toronto, observing the different angles, enjoying delicious food and drink. Afterwards you can go for a stroll to the other decks and it's all included in the price of your meal. SO worth it! The only way to do the CN Tower, best way to take in everything it has to offer.
Thanks for everything my family enjoyed the meal a lot. They were so happy
Too expensive for warmed up food.
Food not hot enough
What I liked about the CN Tower: 1) the view, and 2) the fact that they use paper straws, I was amazed and so proud that the restaurant doesn't offer plastic straws which are a huge environmental pollutant. However, the food is excessively expensive. We paid $223 for 2 people (3 courses), including tip, and one mango juice. I had the salmon and my partner had a cod, not that fancy, and still, the bill came up to be $223. My desert "the chocolate tower" had only THREE slices of strawberries as a side of a tiny chocolate tube. The three slices of strawberries were NOT fresh. I'm assuming it cost them maybe $2 to make that dessert. Yet you pay $14 for dessert. Oh, and don't let me forget that by the time we got there (on time for our reservation) we were told that our table "wasn't quiet ready yet" and that we had to wait 15 to 20mins. So we waited, and by the time we actually got seated the sun had already set and the view I wanted to show my partner (who had never been there before) was no longer visible since it had already become dark.
I would totally recommend this restaurant if the prices actually reflected the food quality and amount, but unfortunately, it doesn't.
Food was beautiful and the view was incredible. Really made our trip special. Lisa our server was amazing. So friendly and made our experience. Thank you. Please pass on our well wishes.
As advertised, spectacular view. We were one table away from the windows, part of a row of tables that had been squeezed in between the regular tables and serving stations. Felt a little crowded and constantly bumped by waiters. The steaks were delicious but very small selection of entrées. Also overpriced but we expected that.
Wonderful ambiance and good value if you wanted to eat out and to visit CN Tower.
Excellent service- fix prixe menu is excellent. What better way to celebrate an anniversary
All was really good, the food and the wine was great; just the waiter was a little bit rushed and the attention was not perfect from him. But in overral, all good.
Our waiter, Michael, was fantastic!!
Great experience with my family...it was Sunday birthday of our 2nd child dear Pong..It was first rime for most of us..food were great, much value, excquisite seafood cuisine ..children were grateful. We gonna go back for some more occasdiin definitely.
The views are incredible. This is what makes this restaurant. The food is good, and it's nice to see a good selection of local wines by the bottle, but more by the glass would be nice to see.
We came here from Australia, so it's good to see a local focus, but the pricing point for the a la carte is a large premium for the view. Some would argue, very large. While my mixed grill of game meat was delicious, the price point hurt. We knew that going in as we checked ahead, and our afternoon was very much what we paid for - the views over Toronto and the Lake. A great meal with a premium for the views that we were well prepared to pay
It was a treat for my daughter and myself after visiting family in Canada. We were on the way to the airport. A lovely finish to our holiday
We booked a table at the only time open on Saturday night at 10PM. Nowhere did it say that I read when booking that you had to order a main course. As we were unable to eat dinner there we are elsewhere and thought we could have drinks and dessert.
The staff once we were seated told us we each hand to order a main course or pay for the elevation. Had we known this we would have just booked an observation level pass. But we had to pay the full fee and what we had ordered.
I only noticed in the confirmation email that it said something about a main. Perhaps this rule should be more prominently noted on the open table app so that your customers are not mislead.
I think it would be a great idea for the tower to implement something like a $25 minimum per person charge after 10PM if you want to go up for desserts and a view.
That being said the wait staff were fine but the desserts were dry and overpriced.
Great experience! The food wasn't great but the view more than makes up for it. Excellent service!
2 or 3 course meal deals are best value
Wine is way over priced as are mixed drinks
Dessert was very small for $14
The restaurant had very nice service and the rotating view was very pretty and nice to see. The food was pretty expensive and wasn't anything special. There also weren't many options either.
Loved the view, are meal was excellent. The server was the best, we’ll be back in the future.
We had an amazing dinner to celebrate our anniversary. The food and service were excellent, not to mention the amazing view. Our server even brought us a complimentary dessert. Wonderful experience.
