My best friend from Australia was visiting Toronto for the first time, so I thought dinner at the restaurant would be a good way to welcome her to the city, as well as Ontario. It was a lovely evening, very good food and service, and I would be glad to return again. And of course, the view was amazing!

Restaurant was beautiful and actually gave you a high class night out experience. VERY fancy and service was amazing and personable, not rushed or sloppy in any way at all. They even gave you a photo opportunity that we had no idea about but loved! It was an amazing experience that you’ll have to see to believe and one you will definitely never forget.

Our server Babu was phenomenal he pointed us to some awesome wine! The prime rib was the best I have ever had. We wish we had listened to Babu about the sides as they were huge and we should have only gotten 3 instead of 4. Highly recommend this dining experience!!

My husband and I were visiting Toronto and the CN Tower was on our list. As it was our anniversary we decided to upgrade from just a visit to dine there and were really pleased that we did. It was a little pricey but the food, view and service were excellent. They made it a really special evening for us.

The front desk directly arranged the seat without asking our option. That was rude and we booked it 4 weeks ago and wanted to show our parents came from the other country the CN tower. It’s turned out it’s be worse seat in house. Not windows seat. We saw some u shape seat left as well which at least not twristing necks.

Excellent view and the food was very good, particularly the chicken main dish. Great for a different dinner experience but I was surprised there were people dressed in casual clothes. The only suggestion is to get there at least 20 min before your reservation to get past security and the lines for the elevators. Overall a great experience.

I went with my wife to the 360 , we had to wait 50 minutes to be seated at the window, we also tipped the waiter 18 $ for 3 minutes serving us during our 1.5 hour stay and he didn't said thank you. Apparently it was a little for him !!!

Apparently Open Table’s option to make special requests is irrelevant for the 360 restaurant, I requested for the server to arrive with two glasses of champagne upon being seated, which is a request many top restaurants in Toronto have more than fulfilled for me when requesting through OpenTable

When the beverages didn’t arrive I told the server I made a request and he said whatever request you write through OpenTable doesn’t matter to 360 and that you have to request in person..how is one to do that without tipping off their guests?

I also requested my guests dessert plate to arrive with something written in chocolate which again is something that has been a success at various other restaurants I’ve reserved at through OpenTable. But there was nothing on the plate.

The server also brought the incorrect main course for my guest along with the incorrect dessert for me, granted they didn’t charge me for the wrong dessert and said I could eat it while they bring me my correct order.

This was my second time dining at 360 and the first time was not like this, I’m not sure it the server was simply having an off night or if my experience is indicative of a larger issue.

Overall the food was good and it was as always a spectacular view. The renovations at the observation deck are fantastic, very modern.

have been to this restaurant many times, a truly enjoyable experience with excellent food. But yesterday I took my wife for her birthday. I had a reservation yet it took 10 minutes to be seated. My wife and I ordered 1 drink and 1 shot each. The waiter opened the beer can to pour in my glass and it sprayed all over me, my wife and the table. He then proceeded clean the table and in doing so shook the table causing the shots to spill. At this point I was not happy but the occasion was important for my wife and I so I let it be. But it gets worse..... I ordered the caesar salad which was delicious. But half way through I found a green worm moving on my plate, I can't explain how shocked, angered and disgusted I felt. I decided enough was enough and decided we would have lunch somewhere else. I asked to speak to the manager, he said he would not charge me for the food but I had to pay for the drinks. Being my wife's birthday I did not want to make a scene, so I agreed to pay for the drinks, and also tipped the waiter 15%. We decided we would finish are drinks and leave, the waiter came to the table to clean it off and knocked over a glass of water, spilling on my wife and I. I could not beleive this all happened in less than 10 minutes. I had enough, we did not finish our drinks, which we paid for, $50 for 2 shots of jagermeister, 1 beer and 1 drink for my wife. I took a video of the worm moving around on my plate and I am debating whether I should inform future patrons. The fact that he decided to clean the table off and rush us out to serve the next patrons when our drinks were not finished was also irritating. I would never ever expect this. I don't think I will be coming back unless this can be resolved appropriately

The meal was interesting. It was definitely gourmet cuisine.
Our largest complaint was that we were not allowed to sit at the window table. We made a reservation online, and there was not an option to select seating, so we assumed it would be first come first served for seating. We were sat at a large half circle booth, even though there was a window table available adjacent to us for the majority of our meal. It would have been a much more enjoyable experience had we been allowed to reserve a window seat, or to switch over to a window table. Other than that, the meal was very enjoyable. We enjoyed the observation decks and the gift shop.

Excellent views, food, service and ambiance. We enjoyed the Bison tatake and Caesar for appetizers, cod from Fogo, Newfoundland and Alberta beef for mains, and chocolate lava cake and cheesecake for dessert. It's a pleasure to go to 360. We are very proud and excited to take friends, especially those from out of town, to 360 and CN Tower.

The view was amazing, the ambiance was great, and it was all very pretty. Our server was friendly. The food is way over priced and I’ve eaten better at far cheaper restaurants though. I wouldn’t go back due to the price, but I’m glad we went for our anniversary!

And they keep us waiting for 20 minutes after 10pm.

When I booked I was asked if the booking was a special occasion, it was our 50 wedding anniversary. No mention was made of this when we arrived. we did ask if there was the availability of a table by the window,to no avail. That request was totally ignored. The service was fine and the waiter was professional and polite but all in all it seemed a bit rushed obviously waiting for the next booking and hurrying us along. It was noisy and the other peoples table was so near to us which basically meant all conversations could be overheard, this obviously was to maximise on the covers in the restaurant. Sadly not the best experience for us to celebrate our anniversary.

Best part about the restaurant is the view by far. The food was average and the menu is limited. Although you pay for either a 2 course or 3 course meal, often times the food with meat in the dish are an additional fee over the price. I ordered the lobster pasta and luckily that was fairly good. But my boyfriend's appetizer and my desert were subpar. This, on top of the fact that my his steak was very fatty, the food was extremely average. Luckily, we dined at sunset and the restaurant was rotated so we were facing the west side of town - the best view of the sunset you can find in the city.

If you're looking for a dining experience that's unique and you're okay to splurge a little, this one is it! But if you've been up the CN Tower already, sit this one out.

We asked for a window seat when we made the reservation but did not get one. Not only that...we saw at least 5 open tables by the window and asked the waiter who then asked the manager. She came by and wasn't very friendly refused to give it to us. She told us that she will put us on the waiting list (approx time is 45 min with no guarantee). Through out our lunch...the windows table were not occupied. This is the first time for my friend and I have been there many times. We definitely will not be coming back. They provide better service at Harbour Westin or Skylon

Amazing and unforgettable views. Service not great but they are not after repeat business. Food was good but could have been warmer and they constantly try to “upsell” you alcohol. However as a “one off” would recommend.
Ask for a table by the window!
