Great! Meal and views.
Nice view. Not as special as we thought it might be. Food ok. View good but you can just go up the tower anyway. Poor value.
it was a wonderful experience to fall in love with that restaurant
It was a cool experience but not amazing. The spinning restaurant is neat but I felt rushed by the waiter. Plus they brought my husbands birthday dessert to the table while I was in the washroom. He had to sit and wait at the table alone, to blow out the candle. It was fun getting to see the rest of the CN tower afterwards.
Amazing! Thank you!
My reservation was moved to 8:15 pm from its original 8 pm reservation. They even called to confirm that the original reservation was 8:15, when in fact it was 8. I even got an email confirmation that says 8 from open table after the phone conversation. It was my partner’s celebration of becoming a Canadian, which I’ve noted on my reservation info. Neither the server nor host acknowledge that. There was nothing they did to try and make the evening a special one. The view was amazing, but I won’t come back for what it’s worth.
Server was rude, impatient, cleared plates before people were finished and walked about taking the name of the Lord in vain when things didn’t work out as he expected. Customer service stunk and we didn’t feel a warm sense of hospitality.
Our group and the atmosphere and view made the experience great and allowed us to overlook the major errors of service.
I would recommend it JUST for the experience, ambiance and service NOT for the food
The food wasn’t in highly level.
I don’t find it right that the restaurant is revolving around itself while the eating.
It was a nice experience once in a lifetime.
The food was good but too pricey. The service was fine.
Amazing service, the food was delicious and the whole experience is a must do!!
Unfortunately had really bad experience it was a 25th birthday celebration- on arrival it was clear from the smell from the restaurant the food was not cook from fresh- our server was pleasant but our order arrived far too soon to be made fresh - we had 2 course but was unedible- food seem to be microwave, - I do not recommend restaurant- if you want to see CN tower take a trip do not eat at the restaurant, - we were advised not to go but we did anyway we should had listened to the advised
For a special occasion entertaining friends this really is the best location in Toronto. We were completely satisfied and I’m looking for my next chance to return. The private entrance and elevator makes it really special. Lamb shank is sooooo good.
Skip the queue
Enjoy view in peace
See full rotation
Service was good (thanks waiter Bobby)
Good value compared to say 101 in Hong Kong or Shard in London
Decor dated to near retro
Menu a bit dated but food okay
Viewing platform after meal was very cold and our coats checked in on 2nd floor, so didn’t get to enjoy that so much.
Would strongly recommend. On balance worth it for the views and good table service.
Definitely paid for the experience not the food. Everything was prepared and cooked well, just disappointed in the portions for a $120 plate. And finally, who serves Lobster without garlic butter, seriously, that’s just plain crazy! Bright side, staff was amazing, very friendly and informative.
Food and service were very good but not worth the big price .. a 2 course meal with drink is almost 100$ and things were cold
It was an absolutely amazing experience! We went for my son's 13th Birthday. Our waiter was wonderful, food amazing and overall experience was fantastic. My son can't stop talking about it. 😁
It is a great view and the food is good, but it is absolutely way overpriced.
Extremely rude server
Server made us feel stupid. I work as a server and my boyfriend is a bartender and when it comes to SERVICE in general that was NOT the way to treat customers. Let alone working at a place like this you expect your staff to be more trained. We are not from town and the server didn’t know the drinks. We asked him for an alcoholic drink in the sweeter side because we are light drinkers and he said “there is no such thing if you don’t like alcohol, get a non alcoholic drink or these are the options” again, in a very unprofessional way. Drinks were too strong for us and his recommendation the “aviator” was the worst thing we’ve tasted. Didn’t really explained how the menu worked and we started with the appetizer, i wasn’t finished talking ordering the first appetizer (we were gonna share) and said “you can’t do that, you have to tell me everything you want for the both of you” i just looked at him and said “i need a minute” after that I told my boyfriend to deal with him. When the meal came it was like he threw the plate (not literally) he didn’t put the plate down, he let go. Dropped the fork, walked away, we only said “thank you” out of curtesy but... wow. Asked how everything was we looked at him about to say “it’s great, thank you” and as we were talking, he walked away. It was nice of him to give my boyfriend his birthday dessert, though but after that he disappeared and we just wanted to get the bill and get out of there. Again, we work in the industry so we are big tippers, we will never not tip staff but this guy just ruined our night. We began to wonder if these guys just don’t care about how they serve because they will get a lot of money regardless (bill was about $240 and tipped him 10%)
The view, the service, the food. Everything was great!
Yes, I would recommend the 360 Restaurant to a friend for the view. I felt I was being rushed through dinner which took away from the ambiance and experience. The restaurant is way over priced for the
service received. The food was o.k., found it over priced.
It was a splendid evening. The view was Amazing and the servers were excellent. LOVE, LOVE. LOVE IT !
Great setting, Wow moments with great service and yummy fulfilling food from the team at 360. Maintain it guys....
Fantastic for out of town company!
the view is amazing even though the food and service is not good!
Food was bad and cold and overpriced
We enjoyed our experience at the 360 restaurant, the service was great but, brood left a little be desired. My salad entre was just ok and my wife’s chicken was dry.
If you're looking for a perfect dinner with a view, then this is the place to be. Great ambience. Very friendly staff !
I proposed to my girlfriend last weekend at the restaurant, and it just felt fantastic.
I would totally recommend it.
Food was not good.
Waiters were moving around too fast spending no time explaining the food
Amazing meal....beautiful view...all worth the experience will do it again
My wife Michelle and I travelled from Stephenville Crossing, NL, to visit Toronto. Michelle says dining at the CN tower was the highlight of our trip. She had wanted to do this since she was a child. We are proud that your restaurant features Canadian dishes. I had pork tenderloin and Michelle had chicken. Both choices were a taste sensation, seasoned to perfection. Our server, Carlos. was absolutely fantastic, and with 38 years service is part of the restaurant's history. He and the other staff made us feel very much at
home. And no one else has the view you have. You should expand to the level below you and have the
restaurant on two levels. We would definitely recommend 360 to our friends.
We had read a number of reviews that the food was average, view was exceptional. We did not find that at all. All the dishes my wife and I enjoyed were very tasty and generous.
Had a fabulous experience at the 360 restaurant, staff were very professional and Michael ore server was second to none. Food was fabulous and the views amazing. Would definitely recommend it to others.
This place is a f#cking joke. I would not recommend it to a dog. Not to mention my ears were popping and my head was spinning the whole time. The waiter made an ignorant comment to my husband and if we were outside, the waiter would have died. Then the manager came and offered to pay for our dinner and give us a new waiter but we both lost our appetite by then. What a complete waste of time. My husband and I were both born and raised in Toronto and always loved Toronto until now. This city is a joke.
As first timers to Toronto, a visit to the CN Tower was on the to do list - booking in for dinner was an added bonus.
Great views and fantastic food, would highly recommend and would definitely come again given the chance.
I traveled from the states and went to the tower for the first time on my birthday. My prime rib was undercooked and very tough and the desert was overcooked. The wait staff was not very pleasant and did not contribute to values experience... overall I was sadly underwhelmed.
You are paying for the view and the elevator ride. Food is mediocre at best and if you are looking for a high end meal, there are dozens of better places to eat that cost less than $250 per couple.
Slow service, asked for non alcoholic brought me alcohol, salad was not interesting, salmon was ok
Although the service was ok, just really slow, took 15 minutes to order and get water. Bread was awful.
There was a hair in my salmon and the waiters seemed unphased by this. Was just given another plate. No one attended our table asking if we were doing ok. Took forever to take our order, and when we asked for the bill, it took almost 15 - 20 minutes to get. Overall extremely disappointed by the service and food considering the price for the experience.
