we were pleasantly surprised how terrific the whole experience was - from the food which was tasty beautifully plated unusual ingredients - to the service and the overall set up of the restaurant: tables spaced well etc - and of course the views of our city are breathtaking. It was my birthday and the dessert
I received was a nice touch. We would recommend 360 to friends and family - by including the two observation levels the total cost is quite reasonable. Peggy and Bob

Dinner at the 360 CN tower was amazing. I went during the evening during sunset hours and the view of the city was immaculate! Service from the staff is amazing and very friendly. Food was already really good but a little small for portions. Overall, my experience at the restaurant was excellent and would for sure recommend it to my friends.

As a young couple who both work in the restaurant industry we understand the difference between good and bad service. From the moment we sat down our server barely spoke to us. Once looking at the menu and seeing that it was confusing using three separate pieces of paper for one menu we asked for assistance at which point we were told "its quite simple just pick what you want to eat". The server never offered any suggestions to the wine list or other drink list. The only time our server came to check on us would be when we would have to look out for him and call him over. We rarely go out, and never somewhere that expensive, but we were celebrating a birthday and were prepared to pay and tip accordingly, but were quite disappointed with how we were treated. The food was amazing though. When it was time for us to order our dessert we asked a server walking by if we could see the dessert menu. When our server saw this he went up to the other server and told him not to get it for us. A few minutes our server finally brought it out to us. When I paid the bill he waited at the table and looked over my shoulder to see how much i tipped him (18%) after seeing this he then started to point different thing out in the restaurant and actually being the server we expected to have at the beginning of our dinner. I would reccomend the food but would warn younger couples about the blatant disregard for us just because of our age (early 20s).

Booked in advance asked for a window seat, didn’t get one. Couple vacated a window seat right next to us right after we sat down, asked server Clarence to move us, was refused. He stated window seats were only provided when asked for, which I indicated was the case on the reservation, to no result. Bread brought to table was cold and chewy. Prime Rib was dry. Cocktails were left empty without being asked for a refill, had to wave him down. Not the service you’d expect when you’re paying about 250$ for a dinner for 2. I’ve been here before with completely opposite results. The view of-course is outstanding, but the restaurant isn’t worth it anymore. Save your money, eat somewhere that isn’t relying on its location for patrons, and come to the observation deck for the view later.

Over priced menu. Small portions. Presentation over taste. Go for a drink, don't go for the food.

Hostess was rude. Lady who walked me to my table was rude. Brought out two appetizers and 1/2 lobster to the table at the same time. 1/3 of my plate was hanging off the table. People kept stepping on my purse which was tucked next to me.

Besides the food and friendly server, nothing else went right. Especially for a special night.

The server was very aggressive and unpleasant. We wanted the window seat and nobody told us we'd have to wait another 45 minutes eventhough we made a reservation. Our table is placed on a random spot.

You pay for the view. The food is over priced. Prime rib was supposed to be the best in city but was very dry. Salmon was tasty but overcooked. Advised hostess and waiter of my husband birthday, but nothing was done for him.

I had ordered the Dry Aged Prime Rib ( 10$ surcharge ) for my main. It was cooked very well ( MR ) and of course super tender but was missing that typical dry aged character taste. And unfortunately my waiter didn’t ask me how my meal was.

This has got to be the best way to experience the CN Tower.
The General admission pass is included in the meal price.
The service is excellent. The food tastes divine. The view is unparallelled. And the front of line access you get to elevators and entry to the facility makes it fast to get up and down the tower. Highly recommend this to anyone who wants to experience the best the Tower has to offer.

It was really warm when we've got up there, and cold during supper, the air conditioner was maybe a bit high.
Aside from that, I was with friends from Quebec and they've sent us Vincent, wine specialist, to help them in they choice of wine, they really appreciated the gesture, so do I.
Always a pleasure having supper at your place !
Thanks again !

We arrived late past our booking time but quickly got a seating with little delay. The server was very courteous and polite. We went to celebrate my husband's birthday and also my kids have never been to the CN tower before. I did not ask when I arrived if the restaurant would do anything special for the person celebrating the birthday. Midway through the lunch I went up to a lady in black suit assuming she was the manager or supervisor and was told only thing is if we made a purchase for a desert they will put some writing on it. I told her thanks I was just asking. To our surprise the server came with a birthday cake for my husband we were totally unaware of (not charged to our final bill). This surprise made the visit extra special and the kids enjoyed the meal and the environment. We would definitely come back for another visit in near future.

Inspite of a terrifying elevator ride, the wiew was spectacular, the personell friendly and professional but the food was a bit to expensive for the taste. The menue needs an update, but the staff was amazing. I’ve had better food. Even though the dessert was spot on.

I had visitors in from the US. This was a great way for them to experience Toronto and great Canadian food and wine. I appreciated the efforts made to showcase Canadian entrees as well as wines. Big Head is one of my favourite vineyards ! Great night and excellent food and service.
