From the start - the staff does a great job of making you feel welcome. Elevator ride was entertaining and we were greeted immediately as we exited the elevator and brought to our table. Service was friendly and prompt. We were rushed a little due to late reservation (145pm, at end of lunch). Food arrived quick for kids (a big help). We did the 2 course meal - portions were small for $60 per person, BUT quality was very good.
Oscar is wonderful! Thank you for a fabulous experience
A great experience, would reccomend to anyone! The rotating view is amazing.
My pork tenderloin was overcooked. I understand it is a revolving restaurant and you are paying for the view but it was still expensive for what we received.
The location and the view were amazing and the set menu is really good value.
The starters were fabulous but the main courses were not as good as we had hoped. I think we chose wrong and should have gone for the beef..
Very enjoyable lunch nevertheless
The food was mouthwateringly delicious and plenty of it. The service was impeccably timed.
We’ll be back.
The nicest thing here it's obviously the views, just perfect. The service was outstanding Paul and Michael were great!
The food It's not as good as expected. The presentation is fine but the food is lacking flavor. Not bad, but for the price you should get higher quality
We celebrated my son's 19th birthday at the venue. The food was brilliant and the staff were fantastic, they made the evening a truly memorable experience. You can't beat that view!
C'était fantastique. Nous avons été reçu comme des rois. Nous avions grâce à notre réservation un ascenseur spécialement pour nous. La vue était incroyable. Le service top notch. Les recettes originales et superbement présentées. Bravo !
The coolest dining experience I have ever had. The food was great, the staff were prompt and polite, and the view was spectacular. Thank you!
The waiter seemed very rushed. The overall experience was new for myself and my partner, so that was exciting. The food wasn't the best. We had the trout (which was fine) and beef (not so good) It seemed as if the beef wasn't seasoned properly and it was very chewy. We were celebrating a birthday and the waiter didn't accommodate us in any way, which I thought was surprising! The 360 views were amazing and having the 2 levels
of the tower included was a bonus! Overpriced for the food though!
Very romantic even with foggy weather, great food and very good service
We loved the experience. Very unique to anything else. Food and service were excellent
All good mostly, staff were great, views extraordinary, the bones in my first bite of fish were what set me off... just unacceptable.
Although the view is nice, the pricing and dishes were quite disapointing as we could expect a lot more from this place. The food had nothing special and nothing to envy to other places downtown. The view of Toronto at night is nice but the place is quite noisy.
Unfortunately, not the experience we expected from this high end restaurant.
A great view but a very regular food for such a high price. I would say that is a good idea to go and eat a snack just for the view but the meals and the 2 or 3 course is a waste of money
Great view on Toronto!! Food is good and service is excellent. A must-do in Toronto!
My only issue with my dinner at 360 was that most of us with reservations were late, due to an event group that was using part of the same floor, and the CN Tower workers were allowing them to use the elevator and pushing people who had made reservations back (some people got up 90 minutes after their reservation time, when they were inside the tower in line before their reservation). Also, only 1 of the 2 elevators to 360 was being manned, so that pushed things even slower than if the group was allowed up first only. Once we were up there, it was the experience I enjoy. Food was exceptional as well.
Amazing views, worth waiting for a window table. Just before sunset is the best time to go. Food is mediocre at best.
Pretty view, but really bad food
We had one of the most horrible experiences I think I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We waited over an hour for our food to come out and we had a reservation at 530, which is not usually a busy time. Our steaks came out and were not even hot, they were luke warm. Also, the steaks had more fat on it than meat. I ordered shrimp that I had to remind them about. $28 for shrimp you have to remind someone of is ridiculous. I’ve had way better service and food at every other restaurant I’ve been to and didn’t have to pay almost $400.00. We told the server about our meal and all they had to say was “ok”. My husband didn’t even have 4 bites out of his steak. Any good server would ask when cleaning up our plates if there is anything they can do regarding the meal. Lastly, a place that charges $400.00 for a meal and their debt machine didn’t work more than 3 times, tried.
Really sad experience.
Kids menu quite expensive, especially for the small plate of pasta, $40 is fine for the prime rib but not chicken fingers and fries or pasta.
A few vegetarian varieties would have made a big difference in rating.
Amazing. Service was excellent The food was amazing. And the view...... awesome. To be able to sit and have a complete view (revolving) while enjoying your meal in an unrushed environment was totally worth the price. The service was top-notch as it was the meal.
First time there and it was a wonderful experience for me and my girlfriend. All of our expectations were met from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Our waiter was very friendly and efficient made sure all our needs were met. Will definitely be back again.
Amazing food and service, the view speaks for itself
My main course tasted awful and I was so disappointed. I was surprised about that because when you pay a lot of money for food you would expect for it to taste good.
Came here to celebrate my graduation, overall a good experience! The only downside was that the servers were not trained to the expected level of a restaurant of this stature.
Was amazing as usual. Food was perfect and the view is the best
Fabulous experience. We were impressed with the quality of food and the service was impeccable.
Great server! Gordon I think was his name. Thanks for my second lovely dining experience. Great food, great service and great views!
Overpriced as expected but you have to do it once in your life
It's really only recommend for the view. The wine prices were fine as well as the appetizer but there price for the steak was definitely not worth. Everything was so beautifully plated and then when the steak showed up it was literally just a steak... On a bare plate. Very very poor presentation. An $80 steak with not only poor presentation but mediocre taste. The fries treated like we're straight out of McDonald's.
All in all I'm kinda ended up like we payed for a very expensive night viewing of the tower.
The food was amazing. The view was out of this world. We went at night time so a lot of lights. The waiter seemed a bit bored with his job, but we got all our food and drinks and everything was spot on. Water was not forthcoming after the first glass. No one asked if we wanted coffee. We had a great night in all.
Worth the experience.
Good view very good good good. Good good good good. Good good good good
It's all about the view. Incredible, even on an overcast day. Serving staff very attentive and friendly. Getting to the restaurant from the entrance a bit of a nuisance. Poor instructions, indifferent staff. Food mediocre, small servings, big price.
Had a lovely dinner enjoying the views. Attentive staff and good food.
Excellent service. Delicious food. Amazing views. The staff was attentive to every detail of our lunch, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Our appetizers arrived right away. The Warm Seafood Verrine and the smoked BC Sablefish Chowder were perfect. The main éntres were delicious, specially their Fogo Island Cod, Prime Rib and the vegetarian dish Crisp Polenta and Ratatouille. The revolving floor allowed for a superb view of Toronto. Overall, an exceptional experience.
