It's a great view, great staff but way over priced and the food was alright. My steak was cold and very rare and was not appealing to eat.
Had a wonderful time. The view was amazing, I am definitely going back.
Mais trop cher par rapport à la qualité de la nourriture
I’ve been there many times and the usual great service was missing. Too many seatings at one time. Food was ok. Need to change up the menu as many of the same items were available as last 3 times.
The food was not hot enough but we didn't want to send it back to reheat it. If I come again I'll know to make sure I tell them in advance that I don't like luke warm food.
Clearer direction to elevators back down and also to the washrooms would help a lot. Because the restaurant revolves where they are keeps changing.
Would recommend for service and view and the roast beef prime rib and the salads. Stay away from stuff chicken caprese also very fatty and would not reccomend the cod zucchini noodle watered down the whole meal.
It’s nice for a special date (realy nice view) but I was expecting a better attention and better food for the price. But I’m general it was good. Thanks
View and experience is amazing however, the food is not the best.
Food was very good and prices were moderate seen the touristic value in the area.
Amazing experience with spectacular view and very good service. Would've preferred more vegetarian options though.
Most to do in Toronto!
Excellent food, excellent service, excellent view.
My partner and I both work in the high end hospitality industry. We were greeted by Leslie, a delightful lady who looked after us incredibly well. She is personable, knowledgeable of the menu and produce, the wines on sale and of the history of the tower and surrounding area. She made our lunch very special and we thank her for her attentive service. Charles Anderson
Ambiance excellent as one would expect. Service impeccable. Food very good...have to rethink the seafood chowder recipe!
Overall this was a very memorable dining experience. $$$$ but worth it for a celebration/special occasion.
Over priced food is not good at all I would rather prefer something else it’s only the view
Philip the Busboy was amazing! He took such good care of us! Thank you from Montreal!
An attraction. All the family was happy to be there. Wonderful memory!
The ambiance and wait staff were excellent. My husband did not like his prime rib meal was sent back and second piece was worst than the first. There was an upcharge for that meal so we did not expect it to be sub par. I ordered off the endogenous menu and thought the food was excellent.
Great place to go and eat but if you get the wrong server, it ruins your experience like we had.
The staff were great and the food was amazing. Will talk about this for years to come. Thank you
I would recommend it for the experience. The food was very delicious but for the price, I expected to be full when I left.
The steaks we had were simply incredible, these perhaps set the bar too hight as dessert was 'just' good afterwards. The lift up and down could have been a more streamlined experience.
Il serait bien d'indiquer que la visite de la tour est inclue lorsqu'on a une réservation au restaurant.
We came all the way from Ottawa to experience the 360 experience for a special birthday. Server often forgot about us. He forgot to bring soup spoons before our soup came. Carried it with his hands afterwards when reminded of it. Main course arrived and had to ask for a stake knife for our prime rib because once again, the server forgot about it and had to wait for the runner to bring us some before starting our meal. Ordered a glass of wine and it arrived 20mins later. I was half way through my main course at that point. To be honest, I didn’t even want it by the time it came. The best part about the experience was the hosts, the runners, the buss person on our section and the view. The server on the other hand, was a slacker. If it wasn’t for the team working with him, he would have gotten a much lower tip than 15%. Our stay in Toronto was absolutely amazing except for the 360 experience. I would recommend the restaurant only because out of the 24 servers that night, I don’t believe they are all like the server we had.
Server was great, food was delicious, but everything combined wasn’t worth over $80 per person (if you tip on top of 1 two course meal. It was cool being able to go downstairs and look at the view after, but if I’d known getting a 2 or 3 course meal was required, I’d have just paid the 30+ to go to the floor instead of food too. I definitely don’t think you’re truly paying for the food, though. Although it was good, it wasn’t $80 good lol
The selection of dishes was perfect, not too limited and not too overwhelming. I loved that they had an indigenous menu to choose from. I had bannock for the first time and it was delicious! The view was magnificent, even on a somewhat cloudy-ish evening. It was a bit pricey but definitely worth every penny for a special occasion.
It was the highlight of our belated birthday celebration with our 5 year old great grandson. He enjoyed the view and really enjoyed his “Shirley Temple”. It as an awesome experience for my husband and I. Hope to be able to repeat it before too long.
Go for the experience, not the food! Drinks were good ($20 each, so they should be), appetizer was edible (just), main was cold and inedible. Overall, this was the worst meal I can recall having at a restaurant. I'm more than OK paying $300-$400 for a nice meal, but it needs to be quality. The food on the observation deck looked more appetizing than what was served at 360. I will almost certainly remember this meal for the rest of my life, but in a humorous "I can't believe I paid that much for food that bad" kind of way. Luckily, my partner and I could laugh about it even in the moment.
The view and service were spectacular. The food a bit overprized for the quality.
First visit for Grandmother.
We are enjoy the highest restaurant in Toronto, thank you.
The menu had a lot of variety. My expectations were beyond met during my visit. I think it is the only way I will visit the cn tower. Our waiter provided excellent service and was very attentive. As for food.....DELICIOUS.
I will always visit the 360 because I fall in love every time.
It's good for the views of the city but the food quality is poor and portions are way to small for the price. I would recommend getting a ticket for skypod and skipping the restaurant alll together
The food was good, there was bad service, it was definitely busy but I also didn’t expect to wait 15 minutes for the server to come and get drink orders and another 10 for the drink to come, and then the drink wasn’t what I ordered. It’s was also very hard to get the server to come by, which stopped ya from ordering more. But we enjoyed the view and the experience. I would go back but hopefully would receive better service.
I understand the significance of security check at the entrance of the tower but wish they work gently.
Loved it all! The food was AMAZING! Service was great. We honestly had an amazing time and would totally recommend 360 to everyone, no matter the occasion.
A very nice evening for a special occasion. Of course, the ambiance is spectacular and paired with a nice meal and good service made the evening very memorable
