We showed up at 7:10 for a 7:15 reservation and were told they had no table for 25 minutes. They offered outdoor seating but I had specified indoor seating when I made the reservation since they offered the option. It was a rainy miserable night and we didn't want to sit outside. Heated or not, it's not the same. Very weak showing.

They advertised a prix fixe traditional multi-course Thanksgiving meal. I called to inquire, and booked seven people. 6pm. They called back to confirm. There was NO Thanksgiving food. The manager claimed they'd run out. At 6pm? Love Turkish food, but it was inedible, though the kabob, baba and lentil soup were passable. We'd have fared better at a diner.

We love A La Turka! It’s become our families go to, and now when we have family visit they always want to come here. We also hosted our rehearsal dinner here 10 years ago and my sons Christening here years later, they were so accommodating and closed the restaurant just for us. I love the food ,we were here last night and they switched back to their original menu which I am so happy about. My favorite’s include the lentil soup, Lahmacun, manti, stuffed chicken and all the kebabs

Enjoyed the brunch (with a pulsd voucher, so it was a great deal). Flatbread was like a personal pizza - very tasty. Mezze & egg platter included 3 generous dip portions with the eggs. Brunch drinks were heavy on the juice. Service very attentive and helpful.

This is my very favorite Turkish restaurant! The food is amazing, the owner and staff are so warm and welcoming. It’s a fun place as well and the tables are spaced out so you have some privacy while talking.

An out of town friend asked me to take her out for Turkish food and I knew just where to go. The food at A La Turka is always top flight -- well prepared with high quality ingredients. I usually have a dish made with lamb and this time I chose it over eggplant which was so delicious. I love what they did to the outdoor space. It's comfortable, nicely lit and has both air and heat. Just a lovely evening all the way around.

As requested, sat outdoors which was very comfortable for our group of 6. We've been here many times and will gladly return. We were able to sit, talk, eat and enjoy without feeling rushed. Food was delicious.

The music was too loud -- it sounded like a discotheque. It's not that kind of place. Why?? We couldn't hear each other. The food was ok, the service was fine but after we paid the check and sat for a while it was as if we were invisible. No one offered us water. Not good.

This was my first time at the restaurant, and it won’t be my last. The service and food are excellent, the bar is beautiful and the staff extremely friendly. My only negative was that right at the end of our meal a band started music at much too high a decibel.

We went to see/support a friend playing percussion at the restaurant, everything was good until the server kept asking for $50 minimum orders since our orders didn’t add up to what they wanted. It killed the vibe. They wanted us to keep ordering everything at once so we can reach a certain amount of money, it was unprofessional you don’t keep bothering your customers and sending different servers to ask to customers to buy more in the middle of their gather. Definitely won’t think about going there, very unpleasant experience, not classy and would avoid at all cost. So many better places in the city.
