The service was pretty good, except we ordered a flight and were expecting to get Neon Haze, a beer we frequently enjoy in a can, but were told when the drinks came that it came with something else instead. It would have been nice to have known that prior to the order being taken so we could’ve altered the order.

it’s always disappointing to see no choice in which table a party is seated at only to find the next customers that were seated offered a choice. We were seated, despite having an advanced reservation, at a table with several spotlights, facing directly into our eyes. It was like watching an episode of COPS. Management ought to consider repositioning these lights so that guests feel welcome to dine rather than being under interrogation. Further, the hostess struggled to find our reservation, but after about five minutes when she turned the screen to me, it was easy to find my name, so it remains quite unclear as to what the problem was. Further, at these price points, buy a Pepper grinder for your guests, a $20 salad should match with better pepper and how about offering soy sauce to put on an Asian main course, these would be nice things to provide to your customers.

Overall the experience was good. The food as expected for Pub food. Would have liked the option to reserve a patio table for 12. Initially they reserved a long slim bar table with high chairs, but upon viewing table they were able to accommodate and move us to a wider lower table for more comfortable seating. Unfortunately did not get name of our server, but overall his service was great.

When booking is done online, how would customers know whether it is for patio or inside. We wanted to sit outside but we were asked to sit inside because that needs another booking and there was queue in that. When the booking is already done online and if it's confirmed then customers should not be asked to again wait for another queue.

Pizza came with mushrooms- we ordered the classic no mushrooms Plain Brewers Burger - burger came with sauce 2nd brewers burger bun was damp Powerbowl salad - avocado’s were very firm and chicken very dry No carbonated water available Felt rushed by waitress as she suggested a take out box while one person was still eating. If you need a restaurant near the lake, unfortunately this maybe your only option. On a busy weekend don't expect hot food, proper table service or wait staff topping up your drinks. The party I was with order a chicken salad which had frozen rice at the bottom. The other guest ordered fish and chips...the chips were cold and fish was steaming hot. When we asked our waitstaff about the food on the menu, she was quite dismissive and rude. I would equate this restaurant as one step up from fast food, more like chain bar food. Unfortunately, if you want a lakeside eating experience, this appears to be your only option...so buyer beware.

My reservation was for 3:30pm we were sitting at a table for 30mins before anyone even acknowledged we were sitting there. Finally someone took our order and we got are food before we even got are drinks, which was waters and cocktails. The food was good however I won’t be back as service was unacceptable.

We used to come loving here and our server was lovely but the food was not at all what it used to be 1-2 years ago and before that. The quality was sub-par and we even asked for fries that were not cold and the new batch that came was cold and old… the rest of the food was also not as good as it used to be. We were very disappointed.

We took our order and didn’t put it through. After 20 minutes, our order was out through. The food didn’t seem to have any flavour.

Neil was our server and he was bottomline racist! Went their for my friend’s birthday and oh boy, whatta mistake! Could have dealt with it right there and then but didn’t want to ruin her birthday even more! If you need any further information on this incident, please feel free to reach out to me and I would be more than happy to shed some light on how awful of an experience and how awful of a person Neil is. I am not talking about serving anymore! I can totally let his rude behaviour slide and slow awful service slide. But he was bottomline racist and that I can’t. Never coming back.

There is not much choice of restaurants near Harbourfront so we decided to go here. Average food although my fries weren’t great. Not crispy and I think there were sitting around and last of a previous batch since others at my table appeared to have fresher fries. Ok place for food but nice location.

Our group had to fetch our own condiments. Additionally, a soda order did not make it to our table. The brisket Mac&Cheese - there is too much oil in the dish. The pints of beer are delicious, however, pricey..

The service was excellent. We have a large group and we have upper corner section to ourselves. Too bad the weather wasn't nice, I'm sure we would have more guests to join us. Our server Siobhan was fantastic, friendly and explain to us about the menu very well. She stand out compare to other servers.

I took my son here for his 16th birthday before a concert at the Scotiabank Arena. Even with the concert in his recent memory, he recalled his food from the restaurant as one of the main highlights for the evening. The view of the waterfront was fantastic and the service was great, even with how busy the place was. Our experience was fantastic and my son has expressed a strong desire to go back again soon.
