As always, the food and the serving team were great.
We are regulars here about every month or so and we enjoy it as it is the best fine dining for miles. Our most recent visit was for Valentine's Day. The service is always very good and we appreciate that they put us in a small room where the noise level is easier to take. I had the scallops which are always delicious even though the accompanied veggies and my husband had the beef tenderloin dish. Both were excellent and beautifully prepared. No doubt, we will come again in another month or so.
Antebellum is a very good restaurant with great service and food fit for a foodie. The roasted bone marrow was outstanding. The braised short rib was bit on the dry side and the pureed cornbread base was not satisfying in the way polenta might be. My special Manhattan cocktail tasted rather bland, not getting the bourbon taste nor any other flavor of note. Salad for my wife was one of the best things on the table. She very much enjoyed the fried green tomato appetizer.
Fine dining at its best. Glad that Valentine's supplemental menu was carried over to remainder of week, which saved the day despite my tardiness in booking. My bride always feels I'm treating her special when we go to Antebellum.
Great! Fantastic food and service.
We had a wonderful time. The ambience was fantastic for a romantic date night.
Incredible food and excellent service. My high expectations were met and exceeded.
The food is always excellent and the service is top notch.
Flawless execution, friendly staff, amazing flavors. Had the pork belly salad and lamb, wife had fried green tomato stack and beef tenderloin with mushrooms and mashed turnips. We shared a brownie with strawberries and rose ice cream for desert. Lamb was perfectly tender and served over a combination of potatoes with pomegranate and mint jelly mix - have never tasted better. Antebellum is always our choice when we want a flawless but casual dining experience.
The food and service were beyond 5 stars. We will certainly be going back!
Truly a wonderful dining experience, I would have preferred a more private area although I did not feel the background intrusive. However, it is a renovated house, which adds to its charm. The waiter we had, Ken, was a true career professional, more characteristic of French culture such as would be found in France, Montreal, or New Orleans. My best dining experience in Atlanta area.
our third visit to antebellum and it was the best yet. the shrimp and grits has been ordered every time. scallops are perfectly cooked. we love this place
Atmosphere was just perfect, everything was amazing!
Antebellum is a gem of a restaurant located in lovely Flowery Branch. I have been lucky to celebrate several wedding anniversaries and many dinners with dear friends. The food is always creative and delicious. I have never been disappointed. The wine list and bar drink selections are well suited to the menu. I highly recommend Antebellum!
One of our favorite "special occasion" places. Never disappoints with quality of food and service.
What a great find! My husband and I were in town for a special weekend, looking to eventually relocate there. We had the Lamb Shank - it was spectacular! We couldn't stop talking about it! The foie gras brulee was exceptional as well. Delicious all around, and the service was very attentive! We will definitely be going back soon!
Food is fair but for the price it isn’t anything special. Local public barebones cotton cafe all are better.
Nick never disappoints! Dinner was fabulous and we loved the new dessert options. Looking forward to our next visit!
We started with the cheese plate that was out of this world delicious. The lamb shank might have been one of the best dishes I’ve ever had, and the spice crusted beef tender loin was also very delicious. Great wine selection, can’t wait to go back.
Cozy atmosphere, great food and cocktails. One of the best meals I have had dining out.
