    We ordered grilled lamb and the meat was extremely fatty, fat to flesh ratio was practically 9:1 and for a price of rm200 i felt cheated. Just horrible! Everything else that we ordered; pasta, nachos, fish and chips (for price of rm118, you’ll get only a quarter of the usual decent size of fish you normally get from other restaurant) food were just mediocre in taste and overly priced.

    Beautiful place in the heart of KLCC The food menu is simple but very nice I was a bit surprise with level of spice in my pizza and pasta but next time I will mention less spicy 😎 I definitely go back

    Excellent food and ambiance with a level of service that matches the expectations of dining at a restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental. Prices are high of course but if you have a Platinum Elite membership card you get 50% off your bill if there are just 2 of you so it's worth the price of admission.

    We went to this place for their happy hour after looking at the menu online. When we arrived at the restaurant they told us the menu online is wrong and that they can’t honour the mocktails for the happy hour but we could have an alcoholic cocktail instead. We don’t drink so this was irrelevant for us. It was not our fault that the website menu has not been updated and we felt that a big chain like mandarin oriental would have honoured the mocktails that they did have for happy hour. We did not end up staying as we felt the service was quite bad and the staff had a take it or leave it attitude!

    It’s great do a lunch when you have kids so they can swim while you eat. It’s not good for dining as people are walking around in their swimming costumes and children running around. It feels like a sports cafeteria. Very friendly staff.

    Me and my boyfriend had a lovely dinner at Aqua. The dishes were served quite fast, the food was delicious and the portions were good. The service quality was exceptional. We ordered the chocolate lava pudding for dessert, which would take about 20 minutes to bake, which was fine for us. However, after 15 minutes or so, the waitress came to our table to apologise for the fact that something went wrong with the pudding, so we had to wait another 15 minutes, which was again fine for us. When the dessert was finally served at our table, we heard it was on the house. That's what I call hospitality! Overall, I would definitely recommend AQUA at Mandarin Oriental!

    A fantastic view of Kuala Lumpur, deserts were good and the Shanghai Dumpling ; onion rings were unexpectedly delicious. A really good place to have birthdays and get togethers. Service was really good.

    Whilst the hotel called and left a voicemail as an international traveller I didn’t pick up the message thatbit was a poolside BBQ and not al la carte menu. The poolside BBQ was not good value for money and the overall quality and ambiance was poor for a mandarin oriental product. The cocktails were not the standard either yet they were the same price as the cocktail bar inside. Very disappointing overall.

    Friendly and attentive staffs. The ambience was really nice as we got the dining table facing the infinity pool. Food were pretty good although a little pricey from the portion that were presented. We even got a complimentary surprised birthday cake with the staffs singing along. Overall it was a wonderful dining here ! Would highly recommend to anyone to have special occasion here.

    The food was ok but wasnt super delicious.. the wings was super salty.. had them changed and kitchen responded very well by making a new one with sauce on the side... it was ok after that even though i still tasted some saltiness but better... the scene is very nice but there were no wind so at one point it started to get hot.. so it will be great of theres fan somewhere... overall the service is 5 stars.. waiter and waitress are polite and food came very fast..

    Go around sunset for the best views of KLCC - the food is a bit pricey but the service and ambience make it a great place to bring visitors to the city.

    We do eat here often especially when we have overseas guests staying with us. The food, staff and service are always wonderful. Great view over KLCC park while kicking back with a drink or two.

    Aqua at Mandarin Oriental was a great choice. A varied menu of Asian and Western food which is very tasty. The atmosphere is perfect if you are looking for a quiet, charming night. The staff is lovely and very helpful and they treated us with ice cream from the house.

    Celebrated mother's day. Needed last minute request to purchase bouquet of flower for mom and they immediately helped purchased on my behalf which helped with time and kept things a surprised. Aqua even threw in free two slices of cakes because not only did I bring my mom, but also my aunt. On top of that, my kids got two free ice-cream on cone which they were delighted. And lastly, I got a box of macaroon! The service of the staff is commendable and always checking on us. They were attentive to my needs without having to ask for things, but instead they were the ones asking. Example, they asked if I needed kids set / chair and they moved all breakable plates towards one side away from my kids. Most important, mom went home happy!

    Service: was inconsistent. One waitress was very helpful and initiative, but our main waiter was not familiar with the menu and couldn't give us recommendations when we asked. He also said that portions were very big (they are certainly not). He also told us that the burger & beer set was available and then after it arrived clarified and said it was not available. (It was not.) Food: while the dishes sounded interesting on the menu, they were disappointing. The mushroom soup was too salty, the gourmet burgers were small and passable. Price: For a party of 7, with 3 beers, we paid RM 660. Ambience: was very cool. It's by the Mandarin Oriental poolside, and although you can't see the Petronas Towers, you can see its reflection on one of the buildings. We were lucky that the weather was nice.
