Wonderful food, company and ambiance. Our waiter was amazing and attentive all evening.
Great food, friendly people, nice ambience and city view.
Warm, friendly, impeccable service from reception to serving. Food was delicious!
Nice menu. The White Sangria is a must!! Restaurant was quiet during the lunch hour which was nice. We had a great server!!! I had the fish & chips and a friend had the burger, we both agreed that it was alot of food and everything tasted great. I will recommend to friends for sure.
excellent service as always. tried the ceviche tostado for the first time, very tasty. burger and fish chips great as well!
We had a wonderful server Gabriel who was so much fun, and the food was delicious!
Great location and view of Canada Pier and North Vancouver...Service was excellent and our server was engaging, friendly and very helpful especially with the champagne mimosa flight! champagne was dry and it affected the flavours of the juices and our server recommended some sprite/7up to sweeten it up a bit which made it so much more enjoyable to drink...The food was excellent, cooked to order and really loved the variety of dishes we were able to eat with the all inclusive brunch! I'm glad I saved room for everything because it was all delicious! Thanks for a great brunch - it satisfied us for the whole day!
Our server did everything right and Gord was delightful and perfect
Great food with amazing views..service was top notch!
It was so good! Loved the brunch.
We enjoyed our dinner at ARC however I’m not sure we’ll go back. The food was pretty good but the selection was small. There’s certainly better value out there. I definitely thought the food was overpriced for what it was. Perhaps there’s a premium for being in a hotel. Chambar or Nightingale would be my preferred options over ARC. The service was great though! Our server was Arvin and he was very attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just how we liked it (even with my picky husband’s dietary requests). Arvin was awesome!
Read such wonderful reviews of ARC Restaurant and was excited about trying out their bottomless brunch menu. The best menu item that we enjoyed was the Harvest Grain Bowl as was the Ooey Gooey Skillet and Traditional Benedict. The breakfast meats was the worse of the bunch as the sausage was salty and lardons were very dry. I had expected the potatoes to be by themselves but it was combined together with kale and sour cream and was a mixed together much like potato salad. The braised pork cheeks were just average. I read such great hopes for the Croque Madame but the egg whites on top seemed transparent and was returned to the kitchen. Since they flipped the egg over and redid the sandwich the bread was very dry and hard. The fruit smoothie was okay but on the sour side. Did not try the buttermilk biscuits, Avocado Toast, Parfait, Beef Shortrib poutine and Migas Breakfast Taco. Service was not as attentive as other restaurants in the same category and caliber.
It was a fantastic way to try out the menu. The server was extraordinary, the food was excellent and the location was perfection. We were able to stroll down the waterfront afterwards. It was quite a memorable experience entirely.
everything was outstanding....staff is great,,,,,,
Try The Bee’s Knees Sundae!! It’s super delicious!
Food was good. Our service was outstanding! I think a bit pricy, but close proximity to the water probably dictates that. Would go back for sure.
very nice place to eat , great food easy to find .
Awesome! Thank you.
Service and food was excellent!
Mediocre food for the price and experience. The mussels may not have been fresh and upset our stomachs the next morning.
Must try this place for brunch !! I recommend going no later than 1 for brunch since the kitchen stops serving it around 2:15!
All staff were courteous and helpful. We really enjoyed our meal as it was most delicious. I recommend the tenderloin and halibut. The ambience was lovely and we never felt rushed.
Great service! Lovely vibe! Fantastic food! My family had a wonderful time.
Everything was delicious. The only plate we did not like at all was the one with sour cream and kale (looked like mashed potatoes). The taste was too awful we could not eat it. Although I ate a lot, that dish (the taste) triggered me before i started feeling sick.
I know the dish was fresh, it s just the taste was not as good as we thought but everything else was absolutely delicious!
Parfait and the madam were too soaked in butter and hard to consume.
Delicious food, great service, generic hotel restaurant vibe.
Go-to bottomless brunch spot, the food and service is excellent!
We were there for the bottomless brunch and the food was truly amazing. We booked a while ago when the price was still $39/person and they were still able to honor that price so I really appreciated that. Our waitress was funny and kind and gave great recommendations. The food was not only presented well but tasted amazing. I will definitely ently return in the near future.
The lentil bowl salad was very disappointing. Menu says it comes with Brussels sprouts, yams, broccoli. I got carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers and green leaves instead. Something was missing…. The leaves were not fresh either. However the grilled salmon was done perfectly.
Food was fine. Not to the level I would expect from a Fairmont hotel restaurant. Wasn’t busy and food took a long time and server was good but not overly attentive.
Great brunch on the patio, perfect weather and great server.
Went to celebrate engagement.. no one cared!! Lol felt a little bummed
But still had an amazing time!
The bottomless brunch was a lovely trip out. The mimosa flight is unusual and I really enjoyed it. Service was impeccable and we really enjoyed our time. Also appreciated a visit from upper management to see if we were enjoying our experience. This created a 'moment,' - and it's these little things that really make the difference between a good and great experience.
The food was great and overall dining experience was fantastic. The only interaction that was a bit uncomfortable was the hostess lecturing me on “next time” when booking how to book correctly. I made my reservation 1 month ago for a total of 4 adults ( 2 couples) celebrating a birthday and last minute we had to bring a baby in a stroller, which to me isn’t a big issue but I called to inform them. Upon arrival the hostess proceeded to tell me how next time when I book to make sure to
book for a total of 5 people
If I was going to bring a baby, followed by mentioning all the ways people book without mentioning a baby. I didn’t appreciate the lecture at the hostess stand when brining a baby, to me already it wasn’t ideal for me to be able to enjoy my all inclusive brunch and wasn’t part of the plan to begin. Being in the hospitality industry I understand the focus is to always make the guest feel welcome, comfortable, and to always try to accommodate in the most pleasant way. The service inside was fantastic but it didn’t really start off that way. Food was excellent!
Ambiance was great! Service was phenomenal. We told the server we planned to be in and out as we had plans later and she ensured we received our food and bill in a timely manner. The food was also great.
excellent service, great food with a bit of a kick, loved the wings
Our server Stefanie was a delight! Great, chill ambiance. Delicious food. Incredible value!
The service was outstanding. Our server made the occasion special.
The lady waiting on the table took over an hour an half to take our food order. The place was not busy. We were really hungry. Food was simple and snd I’d not match the description of fine dining or price tag. I ordered the halibut- it was mushy white fished served on a bed of peas and corn????? I’m pretty sure Batchelor me 29 years ago could have made that - tasted bland.
Really dissatisfied and disappointed, especially for taking someone special on a date.
Menu selection is fair but the food was more on the salty side, for instance the burger's side caesar salad dressing was really salty and too much cheese, and the mussel pasta sauce was too salty
