    This was a perfect spot for a business lunch in which we needed privacy and the ability to hear each other speak. The wait staff was attentive without being intrusive, and the food was exceptional.

    Food is very good but probably not as good as when they first started doing this brunch. Service was extremely slow. With a reservation, it took 10 minutes to be seated and another 15 minutes after being seated for a server to take our order. Plates came out quickly but again it took another 10 minutes of sitting and waiting at the end of the meal to get our bill and pay.

    Great spot for breakfast or weekend bottomless brunch ( have tried both) and dinner as well. The staff are excellent at their job and very attentive, coming in only at the right moments. Cocktails are a tad bit overpriced, though very well made and unique. Desserts are delicious, the grilled cheese and tomato soup is perfect for a rainy day and almost everything at breakfast and all the egg dishes were top notch. I will make a habit of this any time I’m staying at the hotel or nearby for a weekend

    Pretty basic nothing memorable. Food was okayish, service was decent we went for bottomless brunch for a friends birthday. Overall was fine, not great

    Tables, chairs and window area not clean upon being seated. Half of food was served was at slightly more than lukewarm temperature. Poached eggs were overcooked. Gravy on poutine was congealed, cheese curds not melted. Hollandaise sauce on salmon benedict seemed processed and not made from scratch.

    Amazing food. I just wish they had a full menu at all times. When we went we only had a choice of the lounge menu which doesn’t have lot of options.

    The all you can eat brunch for $65 was awesome! The quality of food was great and the items were delicious. Food comes out relatively quickly too. Our server was really attentive and kind. Drinks are all quite expensive (even beers), but still worth it. Would go back for special events/as a treat.

    The food was delicious. The endive salad was so flavourful that we didn’t have to use the dressing that was put on the side. We haven’t had such a fabulous rainbow trout for just too long. Our server Jennifer was such a sweetheart. We absolutely will go there again!

    Menu seemed very interesting and cocktails were fabulous but food itself lacked salt. Was disappointed with duck rillette and bread and butter. Bread was delicious but butter had no salt or flavor. Duck rillette was equally bland and lacked the natural gaminess of duck. I ordered the duck and butternut risotto which was overall good but had some undercooked butternut squash and again was a bit blander than I'd like for the price point. Ambience and service were impeccable. Lounge singer was quite good and in general had a lovely evening.

    Chic airy space, all glass and high ceiling but not cold on a dreary, rainy November day. We shared several small plates from the brunch buffet. Each plate a delight of flavours and a large enough portion for two people to get a good taste. Outstanding was the fried chicken and waffle. Service was excellent: Arvin was knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant. We did not have to wait long for our orders. I’ve recommended the place to others, already and hope to return, soon, with some special friends.

    Birthday brunch with my family. We were going to do the bottomless brunch. Unfortunately many of the foods from the brunch are not on it anymore so we went with a la carte. Food and drinks were wonderful. Our server Millan was an absolute gem. Would go back without hesitation time and time again.

    Firstly, hosts are amazing. Very personable and accomodating. Second, ambience is cozy, welcoming, huge windows facing water & the beautiful North shore. With that said, it brought in an amazing natural light. Noise level is okay. It wasn't noisy at all. Since the restaurant is spacious with high ceiling, the noise level is spread out. It allows you to chat with your group nicely without having to raise your voice or shout. Third, our server was knowledgeable and attentive. You can tell he knows what he's doing. Lastly, location -- it's perfect! It's right at the heart of downtown Van. A must-go AYCE brunch.

    Nice atmosphere and wide open space which is great. However, my pasta had a hair in it and they replaced it quickly, but the server said "Oh I gave you 20% off your whole bill, including the alcohol, which we don't normally do" Which I was grateful for, but unfortunately that 20% was significantly lower than just removing the pasta itself. In my opinion, removing the price of the pasta would've made more sense considering that's what had the hair in it, but at that point, it seemed like they were trying to keep their money. I appreciated the effort, but quite honestly, at a fancy restaurant like that, I expected to have my bill taken care of, or better yet, no hair at all, but I realize mistakes happen, I just wish it was handled with more grace and empathy.

    My bf and I went to the bottomless brunch and by the end of it we were both stuffed. Highly recommend the Dutch baby, the spicy chicken & waffles, and the berry smoothly. Great value, personable staff. Definitely a highlight of our week vacation from school and work.

    The new winter menu, porterhouse steak with 3 sides was amazing. We had a 5 month old baby with us, the restaurant was able to give us a good spot to park the stroller. There were a couple of tables nearby us occupied, but the noise level is quite low, we can barely hear the next table.

    The buffet was not what I expected, it was order based. The server came really slow and he wouldn’t let us order everything, instead he suggested that we order some first. But there was a time limit.

    The waitstaff were friendly and attentive. All of our food was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised to see the restaurant included a Thanksgiving option with turkey, cranberries, stuffing, and gravy. ARC is the perfect spot for a holiday brunch.

    We went for the Thanksgiving AYCE weekend brunch for $65 per person and were not disappointed. Our server was attentive and accommodating, the food was first class and we felt that the restaurant ambiance could not have been more classy. We were lucky enough to be sat right by the window with a view of the harbourfront. You can definitely get a lot of value for your money here, since it is AYCE - as long as you make good use of the 1.5 hour time slot you get allocated. Strongly recommend if you are looking to treat yourself every once in a while.

    For $65 was totally disappointing , the menu, food quantity was not I expected from high end establishment. If weren’t for the great service and our server , me and my family would bhave paid our bill and walked away mid way through the buffet! After working in hospitality industry for 30 yrs, been at all levels of property sadly this one won’t come close most clients expectations. The whole concept of plated buffet is to save cost instead guest satisfaction.

    Service was excellent, our server was Millant. She was very attentive, and lively, she even offered a celebratory drink for the birthday girl on the house - a very and nice gesture. Food was good, we had lamb chop, steak, halibut and pasta. Lamb chop was excellent, steak was descent, halibut was subpar and pasta was average. Grilled broccolini a a side was delicious!
