    Service was excellent, our server was Millant. She was very attentive, and lively, she even offered a celebratory drink for the birthday girl on the house - a very and nice gesture. Food was good, we had lamb chop, steak, halibut and pasta. Lamb chop was excellent, steak was descent, halibut was subpar and pasta was average. Grilled broccolini a a side was delicious!

    Our beautiful server was Milian! She is the sweetest server ive ever encountered!! I've never seen a waitress so passionate and happy with her job before and seeing how nice she was, it really encourages me to go see her again! Her recommendations as well as amazing facts about the dishes honestly amazes me. We went to this place due to the high reviews and videos on tik tok about it so we thought why not? It was our 8 year anniversary so we wanted something cool to try! I was very happy and satisficed with not only the food but the amazing service here! Definitely a place to go again :)

    Once again, the dinner and evening was absolutely spectacular at the Arc Waterfront Centre Hotel! The service, food, piano, and ambiance was perfect! Thank you for making our 28th Wedding Anniversary dinner fantastic! (That’s where we had our wedding reception 28 years ago to the day!)

    We enjoyed our experience in general. Wonderful cocktails! We were seated on the lower level which really helped with the noise level. We had a terrific server, Jennifer (I hope I remembered her name correctly). We ordered the 4 course meal which was mainly excellent except for two things. An otherwise delicious salmon course was unpleasantly over salted, and the dessert was built on a pastry shell that was very tough and also tasted stale. However, I would try this restaurant again. We liked the portion sizes. The menu was interesting and mostly very well prepared. It might have just been a slightly off night for the chef.

    Food very good. Servers very good. Real problem with incompetent hostess that does the seating. We had reservation for 7:30 at high top table. Showed up exactly 730 to find line of 8 couples waiting to be seated. Watched all be seated immediately after responding they had no reservation. We were then seated at only available table which was low, behind a wall and directly outside bathrooms. Rediculous. Reservation’s mean nothing here. Guest if fairmont was planning to eat here often during our 4 night stay. Wont go back.

    I am impressed with the fact they have organic greens growing on the rooftop. However, I ordered a Kale salad and there was no kale to be found in it. Perhaps they should call it the rooftop garden salad..

    Most of the dishes we tried were awesome! The only disappointment was the jerk chicken waffle - definitely was out of balance and ate more like dessert! The service by Darrin was so incredible - he was warm and friendly and made us feel so comfortable. Would give him more than 5 stars if possible!

    Barbara, the Chef is always awesome. Our daughter is Celiac and Arc is the only Non Gluten Free place we go because the kitchen will take the time to properly accommodate for her GF dishes. We've been there a dozen times in the past 2 years and every single time, the kitchen and especially Barbara would go above and beyond to ensure the safe food for our kid. Service is fantastic.

    Great food, service and beautiful restaurant. This was our last meal before heading back home and they gave us a nice table away from other people so it felt very private. The all you can eat brunch was amazing and well worth the price.

    You can have a drink there with your family and friends, but definitely not the food. The price you paid compared to the value and taste of the food, it is so terrible. DO NOT ORDER HALIBUT! It tastes like chicken beast.

    Hope to be able to attach a photo. The tomato burrata presentation brought a chuckle after the initial shock wore off. Friends agree the description of tomato compost with maggots (rice puff). Tastes alright but presentation in a classy restaurant is important.

    We had an amazing meal at ARC the other night. We were staying at the Fairmont Waterfront the night before our Rocky Mountaineer trip. Since we needed to meet very early the next morning, we decided to eat in the hotel, rather than going out. I was not expecting such a superlative meal, as I had this preconceived notion about hotel restaurants. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Everything, and I mean everything from drinks to dessert was as good as any meal I can remember. Highly recommended!!

    The quality of the food was very disappointing. I heard great things and brought my daughter from out of town for her birthday. Jerk chicken was not crispy on the outside and was dry inside the waffle was soggy. The duck confit poutine was the best thing on the menu and was saved by the gravy. The bone marrow was under-cooked and under-seasoned. I suppose I expected more from such a fine dining restaurant and all the hype I read about it being the best all you can eat breakfast. The biscuits and the green smoothie were the best things on the menu.

    The Arc is a beautiful restaurant, with a wonderful view of the water. Our server, Julie, was professional and polite. We started with the salmon rillette with homemade chips and a sourdough bread. My husband raved over the Halibut and my steak was tender and juicy. We would dine again.

    I had Pan seared cod perfectly cooked, flaking nicely, in a savory, lovely bed, complimenting. My wife had the dungeonous crab and raves about that. This restaurant is arc shaped and beautifully overlooks the entry for cruise ship passengers boarding their ship. Ubers are plentiful. A perfect spot for before or after a cruise to have a wonderful meal , snack or a drink.

    Wonderful food, nice but simple ambiance. Every server was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and very competent. We had a business dinner here and would come again any time. Very convenient location for all coal harbour/convention center hotels as well

    The Salmon & Rack of Lamb for dinner were absolutely phenomenal and cooked and plated to perfection. But it was our server Jennifer that made the evening extremely fun & memorable because of her sense of humor. It was an “over the top” experience !!!

    Far too few options on the a la carte menu…it’s obvious you’re trying to push people to opt for the expensive brunch, but even those selections were not great. Also, my friend ordered the crepes, which were supposed to be filled with banana compote and chocolate, but were actually undercooked with nothing but a few bits of lemon zest.
