love the unusual food and the service. On a Sat nite was just too noisy, tho we came early and sat in the back corner. a NY problem!

Delicious unusual food, attentive service but noise level intermittently very loud. It seems to be from the ventilating system and when it’s activated it’s hard to hear your dining companions. Highly recommended.

ARCO is a terrific local Italian restaurant with a great assortment of regional Italian pasta types they make every day in the restaurant. I just love having fresh pasta and now can enjoy it right here in the neighborhood! BRAVO!

Good food, well prepared, not over priced. Weight staff was helpful and efficient. We ate at the bar and enjoyed our meal. One complaint: we reserved a tape bowl through open table app and the only available tables were outside. We assumed outdoor dining was heated, or at least sheltered, but it is neither. Fortunately, we found seats at the bar. Great little restaurant on the upper West side.

Our favorite local Sardinian Italian restaurant, the food and service are always A+. Francesca, the owner, runs the front, taking orders, making drinks, keeping all things running smoothly. Fresh homemade pastas and a variety of sauces you can mix and match. Plus delicious meat, chicken and fish dishes. Sorry we’re moving away but we’ll be back! Ciao

Took a friend there for a birthday dinner. We enjoyed the experience but unfortunately it's a little expensive for us to be regulars. I loved the pasta shapes, nice not to have a choice of just ziti and spaghetti, so kudos for the terrific homemade pasta.

This Sardinian restaurant has character. The food is terrific (and definitely not your standard Italian), the service super efficient, and the value excellent. I particularly appreciate the moderately priced wine list.

My Nonno was Sardinian, so I was overjoyed to discover a Sardinian restaurant. The food was excellent. Arco Café made my soul happy.

Although my friends and I were a bit late for our reservation because they had been held up in traffic, the staff at Arco generously seated us as if we hadn't inconvenienced them at all. This is a wonderfully pleasant restaurant owned and run by lovely people.

We live near the Cafe and have walked by many times over the years. We decided finally to give it a try and regret not having done so sooner. It is unassuming from the outside and too easy to walk by without noticing. But the food was amazingly good and authentic Sardinian. The the service excellent as well. We sat in their outdoor but enclosed area and barely noticed the traffic on the street. A great find and we will be back.

Perfect little gem of a restaurant on the UWS. Greeted by the owner who pored us the perfect Martini! 🍸. The food and service was impeccable. Always a joy to find a small business of this caliber in a city of corporate owned restaurants. Highly recommended!

I had the skirt steak special and friends had pastas. Everyone was happy. The food here is always excellent and the service just so sweet and attentive. You feel like you’re their personal guests. But what I have not stopped thinking about since last night is the table bread. So chewy and tasty—I believe it’s the base for their focaccia. I almost went by there just now to see if I could order some to go. It’s the best. (And I usually don’t eat bread.)

A great NYC eatery. Very noisy, but aren't they all (except for the stratospherically priced ones, which are not in my universe). Everything I've tried on the menu has been good or very good. Some of the pastas are great. Prices very reasonable (ssh. Don't tell anyone.)

Arco is a friendly neighborhood establishment with exceptionally delicious food. The entire dining experience is much like sitting around a table with family members and/or very good friends. I will admit that my remarks are a bit biased, as I am a longtime customer.

Great neighborhood spot. I've probably been there 8-10 times now, and it's been delicious food every time. The service is good; it's a relatively small and consistent team across different visits. Value is also good - for a restaurant on the UWS, ~$20 for an entree and ~$40-45 for a bottle of wine is a great deal, especially given the quality here. Highly, highly recommend

Bad acoustics indoors. There was a party of 15 while we were there and we had to yell to converse with each other. I’m a regular customer and love your restaurant otherwise.

Really quite good overall but the presence of a whining and shrieking child, not a toddler either, it was very distracting. We know that this is a family restaurant, and it is not the duty of management to police the children of guests. Still, it made for an uncomfortable situation. I will go back, but it will have to be after bedtime.

Arco makes their own pasta and without fail all of the selections are delicious. The wine selections are good and very reasonably priced. Arco is a wonderful addition to our Upper West Side neighborhood!
