Very nice ambience good food, and very convenient location, specially in concert days.
We came to this restaurant for the Giro festival. We were disappointed by the food. The pork roast was completely over cooked and the calamaris were similar as those you can get at a sports bar:( the desert was disappointing as well the only good thing about our diner was the wine. We won’t come back.
Great service, food, etc. always a good place for dinner.
We had a great time at the restaurant, before heading to the symphony. Service was unobtrusive but never lacking. The food was well prepared, however - and I never thought I’d say this - the portions were a bit large if one were to indulge in all courses. I do not know if half portions are offered (at a reduced price, of course) but that would have been appreciated. I would have loved to try a main, but we were all full after an appetizer and pasta. Something to think about.
The food was great, it was the service that really disappointed us .
Food is not anything special. Don’t know if I would go back. Location is extremely convenient if you have a meeting around the area
Restaurant is nice but food just average, a bit bland. Disappointed.
I custom ordered my dinner and it was perfect.
Delicious food. Great service my favourite restaurant in Toronto!
Great food with excellent service, good wine menu. Great location prior to an event st ScotiaBank Arena.
The menu on line does not match the actual restaurant. This is expensive, fine dinning. Portions are small for the price. 3 of us ordered steak with a side each, we split an appetizer and dessert. We all had 2 drinks each. Don't be surprised by the bill $$$$$$. Overall food was decent, but the men were hungry rest of the night.
It was a great start to an evening out without the kids. Our server was great and allowed us to take our time ...enjoying apps before ordering our main course. Food was pricey but delicious. We will be back.
Wine list by glass is very poor for this type of restaurant
Pasta I had was fine - a bit heavy
We had an Amazing meal. The gnocchi and ravioli were amazing. Made fresh in house and were perfect. Our Server was awesome!! Wine list was very knowledgeable and had a great selection from Italy, we will definitely go back. Only thing was the tables were very close together so there was not as much privacy as expected for our reservation. Other than that was a great experience. We will be heading back very soon.
Overpriced and the food was ‘ok’ at best. Would never go there again and would not recommend.
Great dinner before Leafs game!
I went for winterlious to celebrate Chinese New Year with my parents and auntie.. when we got there the host was very welcoming and took our coats and brought us to the table. Which I thought it was nice. When we got to our table we waited for 30 mins or a little more before we were able to meet our waitress. Finally our waitress came after we either waved or just got the attention... I have been a server before and I believe the number one thing is customer service and I totally understand you can get busy but not only that the waitress had the look of not wanting to serve us but just saying hello or greeting your customer would be a good feeling for the customers.. other then the fact they ran out of some of the items which is ok.. the food was good and tasty..
Fabulous! It was a wonderful Birthday celebration. It Exceeded our expectations.
The seafood pasta was virtually inedible..... Pasta was rubbery and underdone. The shrimp were Asian farmed and soggy.....all in all very poor and overpriced
The overall experience was great, food was great especially the steak, the environment was quiet and romantic, and server was quite thoughtful, gave us a big table. The only problem was the seafood which was not really fresh and it contained some sand inside of the scalups.
It seems they don't want to participate in the Winterlicious... Their options were terrible... I went last year as well and who order something from the regular menu was happier than who tried their Winterlicious...
Poor, small, tasteless
Staff are very professional and warm. Food was not only delicious, but beautifully plated.
The staff were friendly, especially our server. The food was good, especially the short rib. I liked that it was different than typical cuisine.
We tried the Winterlicious lunch menu and it was so good. From the hostess to our service, we had a great time. The noise level was perfect, we could have a nice conversation and hear one another. The service was quick and top notch. Everything about this restaurant was awesome and you will not be disappointed. Great dining experience!
We booked for Winterlicious dinner. Food and service were amazing.
Our first table was near an outside door which let in a blast of frigid air when it was opened.
The staff was very accommodating and and seamlessly moved us to a table away from it in no time.
Too expensive for a child (4 years old) no real reasonable choices. Their wines are really over priced.
Winterlicious was not bad, but not great either. All in all, very expensive for the dollars.....
Excellent food and service for the winterlicious lunch. Generous portions. Had the octopus, pork and torta.
The service is friendly and attentive. The food is always delicious!!!
Seated on time, served well and great food.
Great location. Food was good.
Always a great experience. The staff are very accommodating
I've dined at Aria now 4 times. The food has always been very good to outstanding. Service is top notch as well. We love going there before a game: GREAT MEAL + location to the arena.
Last time - we asked for some bread and get charged $6.50 for a few pieces of bread and olives. We never asked for the olives, just bread for the soup. Not a biggie, but would recommend that bread be gratis.
Service was point on. The food delicious and service 5*. Will definitely return. The location is perfect if your watching a game.
It was a bit pricey but overall quite good value given the central location.
great for a meal before the game at the Scotiabank Arena
our service here was excellent
took care of the little things that other restaurants overlook like straightening your napkin if you get up
My husband and I have been trying out different restaurants all over the city of Toronto. This was our first visit to Aria and unfortunately it will be our last. Personally speaking I'm pretty good in the kitchen, after having dinner at Aria I'm certain I can cook better than what the chef cooked up for our dinner - and I'm not even a professional chef. I would not recommend this restaurant for good food. The service was good and all the staff were really friendly. Hopefully this place considers getting new chefs as I think that is what is hurting their business.
A great place to go for great service and quality food before the game.
I went on a Friday night over the hristmas period when ghere was no Leafs or Raptors game, so og was very quiet - and it was simply awesome. Nic3 fo go to an Italian restaurant and be served by someone from Italy! Gnocchi and Osso Bucco are off the chart.
