Aria Ristorante
Dinner before show. Great location. Food was great. A little pricy.
Dinner b4 Cher concert and always love to dine at Aria conveniently located. Food is always delicious and the service very knowledgeable and friendly.
Arrived late so wasn’t too busy. Server was awesome and took time to provide his own recommendations as well as wine pairing suggestions. It was spot on. Nice atmosphere. Enjoyed the sea bass on a bed of broccolini. Service was quick, attentive, and, most of all, friendly. Well done!
Solid wine list and great ambiance - food wasn't up to par however. It was enjoyable but not a stellar experience. Service was fabulous, just wish dinner had been a little better, undercooked pasta isn't ideal.
Terrific restaurant. Always wonderful experience. Its a go to restaurant for sure.
We were there for my girlfriends birthday, as we were all excited to celebrate the evening. Upon arrival the hostess seemed to be surprised by our group, the reservation was fine no issue there, but her demeanor had changed. After being seated we began socializing and ordering drinks at which point we all felt like we were being rushed to order our food so we could leave which was a huge turn off/uncomfortbale, usually restaurants would like you to sit around order drinks and stay longer so you can buy more food as well, but here we had not only our waiter but what seemed like to be the manager for the night constantly hovering over our group. Most if not all mains do not come with any side whatsoever. I’m ok with fine dining but most places I’ve been have a side of something with the main but here they overcharged for sides (~$15). The food otherwise was good, but service was not up to par.
Service was excellent and the space is beautiful but the quality of food was nothing remarkable.
Always a great meal. Excellent food, interesting cocktails and fantastic service. I come here all of the time and am never disappointed.
Excellent dinner !
Outstanding in all facets
A great choice for dinner before an event at Scotia Place Arena. Wonderful food with good service and just steps to the arena.
Great location and food right near the Scotiabank Arena.
This place is in a great spot we went to the leaf game afterwards. Unfortunately portions are brutal. When you charge huge money be prepared to cover your plates. Value stinks here. Quality is great.
Great place for dinner. Super attentive server. Next to the Scotia Bank arena and has underground parking. Food was delicious - a little pricey for a quick dinner before the game/show, but a higher end place. Enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere.
Overall a great evening. Went with my friend prior to concert. Great ambience, waiter was very attentive and friendly. Answered all our questions pertaining to dietary restrictions. And guided us through the house features
Absolutely will recommend and return
Dinner before Elton John concert
Food is extremely overpriced for what you get. Pasta was barely cooked and meat was tough. There are tons of better Italian restaurants in the city and close to the arena. At least my business partner was pleased with his $70 steak. Would not return.
Portions were much bigger than expected. Wow. And tasted great.
This was our second visit to Aria, and we enjoyed it once again. All the food was very delicious. We tried a new appetizer, the risotto aranchini balls that had a parmesan cream sauce that melted in your mouth when you ate them. We would definitely go back. My only complaint was the portion size on the tagliatelli pasta, they could have been a bit more generous.
Lovely ambiance, delicious food. Few people in the restaurant on a weekday lunch time, however surprisingly slow beverage service - i.e. had to ask for water glass refill, waiter took a little long between times checking in on the table.
Always excellent daily Frittata.
Not a single complaint. I dream about the gnocchi
Many of the items on the menu were either not available or substituted for something else. A little disappointing that they couldn’t have their stuff in stock. It’s not like I was there super late in the evening.
It was loud, slow service, high prices. We were sitting at a table that was being crowded by a group of men in suits
Stefano was wonderful.
Great food as always!! Love Aria :)
My Fritata was not fully cooked and was partially soft and liquid in the middle.
Let me start by saying that the food was certainly delicious and the service was very good however the prices are pretentiously a bit too high for what really wasn't a "fine dining" experience. It was a good dinner but portions were so-so and the prices just didn't match what we were getting. I had the Branzino fillets with rapini and a side of roast potatoes... nothing really that special... $54 just seems too high for this. All in all I would still recommend this restaurant as the food was delicious but just be prepared to pay dearly.
Would definitely go back, been several times and always consistently great food and good service.
I always have pasta and they get it right
Wow!!! Loved it
AMAZING! If you haven’t been to Aria yet, you must go! Incredible food, great service and the varieties of wines is quite incredible. The server recommended a great wine and my friend had a handcrafted cocktail that was really yummy. The vibe was great, definitely recommend this place to anyone!
The menu hasn’t changed for some time. The food was over cooked and bland. I also noticed that the fish portion was less than it used to be. It’s a shame as the restaurant is beautiful, the service is pretty good but the food let’s them down.
All good...perfect before a concert
Delicious food. Just didn’t stay hot. Great place. Expensive cocktails.
Great place to go before heading to the Queen concert.
The food (especially the pasta) was very good, however, unfortunately later in the evening we noticed a mouse roaming the restaurant which completely turned us off of returning! The waiter didn’t seem to be bothered when we pointed the mouse out to him and his only explanation was that it probably came from the underground parking garage but he didn’t make any other comment or effort to appease us that this was uncommon.
I never really write any reviews cuz I’m lazy and I just don’t care that much but this was a horrible experience that made me diligent enough to write this review. First of all, very loud in terms of noise level, ambiance and employees attitudes. It seemed like a full house/busy night for them and servers were running around and between the tables like crazy. They would often hit my table with their hips and push my napkins and utensils as they pass by. Their table arrangement is the worst I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. I’m a big foodie and I’d pay high price for a good meal. However, this place was certainly over priced compared to the quality of their food. I did like their high ceiling and their artistic lighting but I’d rather have a good meal than a high ceiling with pretty lighting. I ordered one appetizer and two main for me and my company and the server looked at me like he was surprised and asked if that’s okay. I asked him if that’s too much for two people and he replied it wouldn’t be enough cuz most people here don’t really share and order their own. Well, thank god I didn’t pay another $30 for a tiny little app cuz even the first one was definitely not worth it. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. In fact I’d stop anyone from going to this restaurant. It ruined my good Saturday night that cost $120 for two people meal.
The food was a bit bland, waiter & food service was good but waited a long time for my cocktail, it arrived when I finished my dinner.
Good spot for business lunch
The food was just okay. We ordered the Summerlicious dinner and felt it was overpriced for what we had. It’s in a very touristy area and weren’t crazy about the food. The service, however was great.
