Wonderful experience. The food was very good and our server was exceptional from his service to his recommendations regarding wine and menu choices.

Really enjoyed everything - food, service, ambiance. Our only criticism would be that the food came out too quickly. But there was a show on at the ACC and they probably needed us out - it was a busy night. We came early (5pm) so that we could take our time.

We went here before Depeche Mode concert. Great location since it is right where Air Canada Centre is located. Food a little pricey.

I recommend this place for a late night find because there is no one there, even on Saturday, so you can have your pick of tables. The food is mediocre at best, expensive even if it were good, the server brought the wrong bottle of wine and was wearing dirty trousers. It took ages to get someone to bring the bill with perhaps 10 diners in a big restaurants.

We had business colleagues from USA and they preferred a restaurant in the Financial District. Aria was perfect in terms of location, service and excellent quality of food. Their menu is not extensive but with what they have, the food is of highest quality.

Even though the restaurant was not busy, we found the service to be good and the food to be excellent. Have been there before a hockey game when it was packed, and the food and service were much the same. This tells me that it is a well run restaurant.

Great as always! A lot quieter than some other options - we were able to have a conversation

Although the look of the restaurant is lovely the food is sub par.

For the prices were we thinking the food would be exceptional, but all of us in our group were greatly disappointed.

Our waiter was very nice though.

Hello. My biggest issue with your restaurant was the noise level. I don’t understand why so many Toronto restaurants think it ok to have to struggle to hear your table mates. So although the food was very good, I won’t be back.

Went to Aria with a client prior to a basketball game. The service was great and the food was delicious. They made sure we had plenty of time to get to the game without appearing to rush. Very professional.

Unhappy with the first time experience.
What me and my guest ordered from the menu was not available and we were informed about that a little after the orders were taken.
Option number 2 was also not fully available and substitutions had to be made. It was a total write-off experience.

The food was ok, we had a terrible waiter. Kept disappearing, we couldn't order wine, couldn't order food, I would have had a second glass of wine but he was gone again. Food came before bread for the table. I left him 13% but I really didn't want to. There are other better options around to go to for the price.

We ate before a leaf playoff game. It was busy with everyone trying to get fed and make it before puck drop. Our food was very good. It came a bit late and we missed the first five minutes.

Generally the overall experience was good.
We ordered Straciatella Soup, totally disappointed it was oily to the max, sent it back, then
10 minutes later we got the boullion quick style soup (not good). Otherwise everything that we ordered was good.

Service is impeccable! BUT quality of food was definitely not as usual, risotto was too liquid, Osso bucco over cooked, rabbit over cooked. Only Pennette was good which is not an accomplishment for a restaurant of this stature. We’ve been so many times, very unfortunate we brought new guests that were extremely disappointed after praise from us of good food. Especially after some of us felt sick throughout the night. We will forget this restaurant for a while...

The service was very good. The restaurant was crowded and loud. The restaurant did have a nice ambiance. The food that a couple of us had was tasty but the plate of food was scarce. menu lacked a good variety. It would have been nice to see a chicken dish on the menu. I quite enjoyed the flavor of my meal and thought it was cooked very well so no doubt the chef and cooking staff are very good but for the price of the meals no should not leave feeling hungry. The pasta lacked flavor. The prices were high for what you got and the wine was not very good. Overall too expensive for what you got. But the quality of the food was excellent.
I was there a year or so ago and had enjoyed it but the menu had a better variety of choices and the prices seemed more reasonable. I guess it is just not for us anymore.

Not a great steak, I should of just stuck with Italian food. Did not feel that $75 for a rib eye steak that was served cut up in pieces and also being charged another 10 for each side order (which we were not told) was worth it.
Feel the menu is overpriced for what we got.

Terrible service. Waitress did not provide consistent service to her tables. Didn't smile. We had to ask her twice to order. She was borderline rude to the four of us . Different experience than the first time we went there. I was embarrassed because I chose the restaurant based on wonderful previous dinner there. Such a beautiful restaurant ...

I've been here for business lunches - and it was always VG. So we decided to try out Aria for a special occasion with friends. Unfortunately, dinner was disappointing with small portions, high prices, unimaginative presentation and mediocre flavours. The tables were too close together and our group felt a bit squeezed. Service was excellent.

Had a team dinner while in Toronto for our company Tech Summit. Two things kept this from being a 5 star review: Very noisy and at least half of our group of 11 had to order something other than what they initially chose because the restaurant was out of many entrees. Having said that, the food we did get was excellent and the service was great!

Asked to switch tables twice
Told to sit at a table with someone I didn’t know
Brought the wrong drinks twice
Slow service
Talked about a nut allergy and brought nuts twice
Brought the wrong cheese appetizer
Wrong olives
And got one entree wrong

Worst meal and a long time, and not great to entertain clients like this.

We made a 6:30pm reservation at Aria because we wanted to do the Giro d’Italia. After making our way through downtown madness in the midst of a maple leafs game and finding a parking spot for $26, we finally arrived at Aria.

We came in and asked for the Giro d’Italia menu which wasn’t at the table. When the server came back she told us the manager said it wouldn’t be available until 7pm “because of the game”, no idea what the Giro d’Italia event had to do with the game. Although we didn’t like the news, we decided to wait until 7 for the menu... just to be told, 10min later by a different waitress that the manager said that it wasn’t going to be available until 8pm.

This was absolutely disrespectful, no communication between staff either, no heads up when the reservation was made or confirmed the day before. This restaurant was committed to the Giro d’Italia event and did not deliver.

We stood up and left, we were in other Italian restaurants as part of the Giro d’Italia and they were absolutely lovely. I’d never go to Aria again in my life nor recommend it to anybody, go instead to any of the other 14 Italian restaurants from the Giro d’Italia and you’ll be ok.
