    The restaurant was closed due to hotel workers' strike. NO ONE from the hotel emailed or called to say the restaurant has been closed for 3 months. We drove from Virginia to Canada during Labor Day weekend and always have Sunday brunch here. Absolutely, no communication to us this reservation was cancelled.

    Reservation was cancelled due to strike. We were absolutely disappointed considering we only stayed at the Hilton because of the restaurant. So it was a complete waste of money.

    Reservation was pre confirm but once on site restaurant waxs close due to staff conflic..? Very poor management from open table. Lots of frustation and wasted time. You should havebeen aware of the staff conflic.

    The lower score was because of the unfortunate situation with our servers, not being able to present themselves the way they would like, but they had to wear the vest to show their employer, their strength and unity. I hope this gets resolved in their favour.

    Very good food. I had the prime rib and my husband ordered filet mignon. It was cooked to perfection. The portions are quite generous, I couldn't eat it all so my husband helped me out lol. We also had chocolate mousse and the crème brûlée. It was delicious. The Service was also excellent. Very attentive server. Pricey a bit but overall it was worth it.

    For the price of beef, it was disappointing. The cooking was not right. I asked for Mid rare and it came med. My mother asked for medium rare and it came rare.

    The only back draw was the outfit of the servers: camouflage pants and security street worker vests (bright yellow). Please treat your employees more fairly so they do not need to use means of pressure to obtain a decent salary and good working conditions. They are very competent and welcoming with the customers. Shame on the big bosses who urn so big salaries but don’t share a tiny bit for the people under them!

    A perfect location for a quiet dinner to catch up with old friends. Friendly service with just the right amount of humour, marred only by servers being forced to wear fluorescent yellow vests by their union during contract negotiations. The food was tasty, well proportioned, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented.

    From valet service to beautiful decorated interior Casino Lac-Leamy never ceases to amaze! The endless dessert bars and the freshly made eggs Benedict upon request were my favorite and the mimosas and bottomless coffee were to die for! No matter what selection you went for the food was fresh and tasteful. Seafood selection was lacking, mostly only shrimp and chowder but you definitely pay for the experience and worth every penny. Our waiter was amazing and made our experience very special.

    Bonjour, le souper était long. ce n'était pas le serveur. Je crois qu'il est arrivé kkchose dans la cuisine. La bouffe était tres bonne. Serveur était tres bon. Leur moyen de pression... les vestes de construction - tres bon moyen pour eux...disons que sa fait moins élégant... donc on les vois. Merci.

    The entire hotel is working work to rule. All the staff are wearing safety vests which kinda ruined the ambiance. The food is very good but we waited 1.5 hours. Our server was great and provided us with complimentary appetizers and deserts and coffee. because of the delay. I will go back when they have settled their labour dispute.

    Service, food, was exceptional for celebrating the bride to be. Our sever was friendly and very attentive to the service provided. Also we didn’t feel rushed we’re able to enjoy our meal and each other’s company.

    The hot breakfast food was overcooked, took us 25 minutes to get our coffee after it was ordered and further 30 minutes to receive drinks. The brunch buffet was extremely limited and the quality was not what you expect from a 5 star hilton.

    For $60 an adult the selection was limited. Nothing like it was pre-pandemic. Only carving station has ham and roast beef as options and nothing else. No omlette station, not a lot of fruit or seafood at all. Choice of 1 juice etc.

    We hadn’t been there in years and were very surprised at the lack of menu selection and the increase in costs (knowing Covid is partially the reason). The fluorescent vests worn by the staff felt like were amongst construction workers all evening (not to hat there is anything wrong with construction workers). The food was over cooked outside of our cook instructions. But Jesse our server was professional, curious and very good! Not sure we would rush back …

    Souper le 2023-05-18. On a dégusté a deux l entrée de crevette pétoncle et steak de calmar et tataki de bœuf .Vraiment délicieux. Un seul hic on a eu droit a un petit pétoncle( a peine la grosseur d un .25 cent ) a partager a deux .....Si c est un plat a partager a deux ,SVP mettez au moins deux pétoncles ! Merci d en prendre note.

    The occasion was the Mother's Day Brunch. There was a wide selection of food and all of it was very well prepared and presented.The setting was splendid and service was excellent. A very nice added touch was the live entertainment.

    Deux de vos employés m’avaient chaudement recommandé ce restaurant, mes attentes et mon enthousiasme étaient très élevés! Pour ma conjointe et moi, nous avions mis beaucoup d’argent de côté pour ce payer une chambre au Hilton et un excellent repas à l’Arôme, mais malheureusement l’ambiance paisible et chaleureuse n’étaient pas au rendez-vous, j’ai même demandé au serveur s’il y avait de la musique dans le restaurant… Deuxièmement, le serveur n’avait pas la technique pour servir dans un supposé restaurant haut de gamme, à plusieurs reprises il a fait couler des gouttes de vin sur la table et même chose pour le remplissage de nos verres d’eau… de plus, il y avait deux clientes extrêmement bruyantes et personne n’est intervenue pour les avertir, nous étions entourés de personnes plus âgées et même eux ne la trouvait pas drôle… adieu l’ambiance feutrée et délicate! La qualité globale du service ne vaut pas le détour et j’en ai fait part à vos deux employés qui semblaient très surpris! Malheureusement je ne vais pas recommander ce restaurant, pour l’instant je n’ai pas partagé mes commentaires sur les réseaux sociaux…. Vraiment déçu!

    Très mauvais service et la nourriture servie froide. On ne regarde jamais les prix mais pour le service et la nourriture que nous avons eu avons tous été très très déçus. Par chance que la terrasse est belle et qu’il faisait beau. Nous allons à ce restaurant depuis 15 ans et nos 3 dernières fois que nous sommes allés furent très décevantes. Certains de notre groupe ont mentionnés qu’ils ne reviendront plus, c’est très dommage.
