The main waiter was very awesome he really tried! The helper we had could, we could not understand one word that came out of his mouth. Steak was brunt and dry, and the excessive delay in getting are food. After being made to feel awkward for complaining and the hateful glare. I figure after putting out $400.00 for a meal that was less than stellar and being that it ruined a birthday celebration it deserve mention.

Everything from the ambience, decor, staff, service & especially the food was Outstanding! 5 stars all around. I highly recommend Atlantis Steakhouse for any special occasion or date night. I would say not to bring kids to this place. It’s fancy and meant for adults to enjoy themselves.

This was our first visit. Our waiter, Dan, was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and his timing was perfect. We had a nice dinner at a very pleasant, unrushed pace. The food, prime rib and bison filet were outstanding. The presentation was very nice for us common folk but it would impress even the most avid food snob. Will return even if we are not staying at the Atlantis.

The wine selection is good and som will help with decision based on your choice of dinner. The wet-aged steaks we had were done to perfection. The steaks were delicious. We were treated very well be everyone on staff, especially Jessica. The service is excellent.

Great ambiance, quiet place for a romantic dinner, or just a quiet dinner. The atmosphere and vibe is outstanding here. Food wise, great subtle flavours, I only wish there was more flavour as I like a more peppery / salty flavour with my steak. The bread and appetizer was phenomenal.

We love this restaurant. Good food, good service. They need to update the menu information on open table. Many items on menu links in open table are no longer available. Prices need to be updated. It is a selfish request, but I wish they would create a new location with views of mountains and/or downtown lights.

We were a party of 6. Food was excellent and well presented. Servers were attentive and professional. We each had a cocktail before dinner and although they tasted good, several in our party did not taste the alcohol and ordered extra shots. We brought a magnum of wine and were under the impression that the corkage fee was $35 for the 1st bottle and $25 for 2+. Not once did anyone say that a magnum would be $70. We will probably be back because the food was so good, but will probably get drinks somewhere else first. This is definitely a "special occasion" place. Our bill without tip was over $800.

Our night was incredible! We had Logan, he gave us excellent service, he was funny and very informative about everything on the menu. He gave us his business card and we will definitely request him again. He made our night very enjoyable. Overall the food was incredible as well as the presentation, it was my boyfriends birthday and they presented his desert beautifully. Overall an amazing experience.

Hadn’t been to the Steakhouse in a few months and it was a friend’s birthday so I made reservations via OpenTable, which was simple and straightforward. We were seated immediately upon arrival. The team of waitresses and helpers were at our table very quickly and provided water and took our drink order. The waitress, throughout the night provide A++ service. She got our orders 100% correct and the food was as amazing as the service. Outside of LuLou’s, this was the best service I have had in Reno in a long time. The waitress and helpers were very polite, weren’t overly invasive but we never were in need of anything.
