Great place, good food, good wine. Service was slow but overall it was good.

Everything was excellent, from scallop starter (best I’ve ever had) to braised short ribs....yum! Would definitely eat here again.

The food was excellent (osso bucco and shortribs hightly recommendable, the lobster bisque was delicious). Service was pleasant and attentive enough. The lighting is harsh, decor not great, tables very cafeteria like. Overall, very pleasant evening.
Had a great dinner, main meal was awesome and dessert was even so yummy! Service was great, I would recommend this restaurant.

We had a fabulous meal and great service! With an old lodge feel in an updated dining space, great care is taken in meal planning and preparation. I particularly liked the gnocchi in the delicious sauce.

We’re on a ski trip with friends. The restaurant was nice, our server was excellent but the food was not at the level of the price points. I had the lamb Osso buco which was overcooked and tepid. Having chosen the restaurant I didn’t want to voice my disappointment to the group.

Arrived on a Monday, AND they have a complete Meatless Monday menu that is quite honestly superb.

Food was very good - sea bass marinate was excellent - mushroom risotto was prepared perfectly - all kids meals are made fresh. Service was slow - good waiter, but wasn't seen after the initial hello four about 15 minutes - a second waitress brought over drinks. Lots of time in-between courses.

We were visiting from Colorado on New Year's Eve. Everything about the Nita Lake Lodge was excellent. My husband had the Beef Tenderloin and I had a delicious Squash Risotto. Service and ambiance were perfect.

Aura is an excellent example of delicious food that is healthy too. There are lots of gluten free & vegan options. The only thing misding on the menu was a vegetarian gluten-free main course. Staff was very creative to design an option.

This review is.fornthe brunch, not dinner. It was $36/ adult. The hot food was not impressive. Then old food looked good but we didn't eat it.
Nice setting for dinner. Enjoyed my squash risotto. Hubbie had the duck gnocchi (a bit heavy for him). Salads were fresh and delish

Amazing food drink. Super friendly professional courteous staff. Really personal touch. Cullain was our server and one of the nicest people we’ve met. Had a lovely chat with dinner. He was there when you needed but never hovered. Super nice receptionist too. Very courteous.

We were lucky to be able to sample the last day of the preset 3 course menu for only $39 per person. The choices were varied and enticing, and between my wife and I, we ordered 4 different meals (2 starters and 2 main) and all 4 were delicious. Service was a bit slow and our server seemed to be easily distracted. Great evening though. Would recommend without question.

This is absolutely one if the best restaurants my boyfriend and I have been to. Food was delicious. Great cocktails. Love the open kitchen. We really enjoyed our time here and would return again any time.

I found the restaurant too bright as the tables we were seated at line up along the open kitchen and hallway, very brightly lit.
Portions were generous, lab shank delicious. Dessert was only fair We had 4 course deal which was certainly reasonable offering.
This place was great for recovering after too much food/wine at the 'Cornucopia' event the night before. Everything was spot on and at a $1.32 exchange rate, a cheap date, eh?

This was my first visit to the restaurant. It’s was a excellent experience. The wait staff was pleasant, helpful and attentive. The food was delicious, well presented and a good temperature. I had the lamb shanks. The dish was not too salty and the quantity was perfect. The mashed potato was very good and the carrots/turnips cooked to perfection. The crèche brûlée was excellent. Just a great dinner from start to finish. I was also appreciative of the fact that it was relatively quiet, no intrusive music.

We had dinner with another couple. All of us are professionals and well traveled. Only my husband ate his entree, the salads were not even restaurant worthy. My friend and I ordered the linguine dish with mushrooms and braised beef-we didn't even save the leftovers and only had a few bites at the table. We are unlikely to return for a dinner meal.We have a mountain home within walking distance and we were hoping to be regulars. Restaurant was noisy and the round table was small for 4. The waiter removed our bread basket to allow room for our meals. Such a great location but terrible food.

My second visit, came back because of the great service and food. Although the food was still great, the service wasn’t exceptional which I always expect in a higher end restaurant. An error was made with our salad , which did cause an inconvenience and the server that we interacted with about it (not our main server) was not really apologetic about it.

Very over-priced for the amount of food served. Very small portions and everything a la carte.
Definitely not worth it. Service was very slow as well.
Went to the BC winemakers dinner. Incredible!! Food was unbelievable, we actually were served a lot of great wines (my wife ended getting drunk), the view was awesome, and we even had a visit from Yogi Bear who tried to join the dinner party.
A night we will remember forever.

We went to Aura expecting a really amazing experience based on many reviews and knowing its beautiful setting. We got a great first impression because of its beautiful viewa and decor. Nontheless that was our only good experience of the night. We ordered the ceasar salad with bacon which was good and also a beet salad which was really good, and also the rissotto which was really sweet and had a bad texture as well as the lobster pasta that was mediocre at best. The real pain was with the service ehich was absolutely terrible. Our server Bobby, was allways trying to rush us, taking our plates away before we were finished, trying to rush us to pay and just being very rude all around. There was only another group while we were dining but we made a reservation and it wasnt even the last one. The prices were also steep for a mediocre dinner. Much rather go to araxi or rim rock for a true fine dining experience.

Dined with a larger group, 7 total. We took our time which didn't seem to bother the staff, all of whom provided attentive and friendly service. Both vegetarians and meat-eaters in our party and everyone found something to enjoy on the menu. The lake setting is really beautiful.
