    My daughter’s favorite when we visit my son in Raleigh. All six of us really liked our meals. Our waiter was very nice. We got to sit in the round gazebo room which was enclosed and heated for November dining. Nice dinner out.

    Bahama Breeze was amazing as usual. My girlfriend and I had lunch there. Even though we were a party of nine, they accommodated us easily and quickly. The food was great and the waitress was patient, helpful, and gracious. We enjoyed the experience.

    Kam was a great hostess. From start to finish she was attentive, courteous, knowledgeable about the menu and willing to help us make a selection for dinner. The food was the freshest I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. It was delicious. The appetizer and the shared entree was amazing. I’ve only frequented this establishment twice but Kam is as great and I wouldn’t mind coming back.

    I had a large party for my daughters 18th birthday and I wasn’t told that we would be split up to 2 different tables. If I would have known that I would have gone somewhere else.

    Maaaan , we had a time last night 😂. Everything was perfect. Good didn’t take longer than 5-8 mins to come to the table. The wings were spectacular. Ordered 4 plates .

    Service was deplorable. Brought wrong food twice. 55 minutes later they showed up with a salad for my wife that was her entree. It was wrong again. My food got cold wiring for hers to be delivered. No follow up from server then she bailed out at shift change. She put another tables meals on our check. Finally the floor manager had to come to the table and apologize. I tipped the replacement server 20.00 because it wasn’t her fault. Nevertheless the service was terrible. Food took forever only to get the wrong items. Then they tried to deliver the food order again after 30 minutes and it was till wrong. It was not busy and only 3:45pm when we were seated. So I don’t want to hear the excuses that they were busy. Absolutely NOT. Just crappy service overall. Won’t be back !!!

    Cocktail was way too strong. Food was subpar. Came to the table room temperature and vegetables were undercooked and chicken was not jerk as ordered. Very expensive for what it was.

    Horrible. For starts I had a reservation and requested a booth but when I got there me and my fiancé had to wait. Then we got seated outside at a table. Service wasn’t good. Took forever to receive our food. Then we we sat at a table that was leaning and unlevel. If I could give 0 stars I would.

    I always get the Salmon Tostado salad which is always good. I decided to try something new and ordered the Jerk Chicken entree. It was delicious and plentiful. The spices were just right, not too much but just right.

    My silverware was dirty and my water came with lots of particles inside. Thank god I didn’t try the water before I looked. The food was delicious. The cocktail was delicious. The service was sub par but it was a busy night so I’ll take that into account. I would come back again but not for a special occasion.

    The restaurant was very crowed and service was slow. We had a 7 pm reservation and were not seated until 7:45. Once we were seated it was at least 15 minutes until we received our drinks. Total time of service was over three hours.

    Service was not the norm. It literally took 40 plus minutes to get part of our meals and another 10 to get the rest. I made reservations and was seated within 10 minutes….waitress was subpar. Didn’t really check on us for needs and waited 15 minutes for a receipt (she took a break after we asked for a copy of the receipt). My husband had to go ask for her🤷🏽‍♀️

    First time going - went pretty late so it took some time to get the food, but worth the wait because it was SO GOOD. Highly recommend. I just won't go so close to closing time again.

    Always enjoy this restaurant! You can’t beat the happy hour and the food and drinks are consistent’ 10/10! Only wish it wasn’t so loud and an a adults only section would be wonderful!

    I acknowledge that there are staff shortages everywhere, but if those who are there attend to their tables and customers a lot of negative feedback could be avoided. Staff in the walkway doing tik toks, no one answers the server button for well over 8 minutes and I only received one cup of tea. My food was cold too! Ugh.. I’ve been here multiple of times, but I’m going back to the lunch crew. The dinner crew is tired. 😑

    The food and presentation was done really well. OpenTable did not inform us that it closed early that day though so the timing of our reservation did not really give us time to fully enjoy everything. The food was great though!

    The restaurant was very busy, which is pretty normal for them. The food is great, and there's a good variety of options for different palettes. The restrooms were not particularly clean and stayed that way throughout our stay, but the rest of the restaurant looked clean and functioned efficiently. Our server was appropriately attentive (didn't hover, but didn't ignore us), and very friendly.

    Bahama Breeze is one of our favorite 'special occasion' restaurants! The ambience and service continue to be excellent but the food was not as awesome as the food that we have been served in the past.

    I ordered the Jerk Chicken pineapple bowl and asked to add chicken. What I received was good but both the shrimp and chicken was nominal. I was gravely disappointed. The first time ever when ordering this entree. It was NOT worth the money paid. As a fan of Bahama Breeze. This is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed. Please do better.
