   We had dinner at Baileys Backyard last night. My dinner was excellent! I started with the brisket onion soup. It was an unusual recipe for onion soup but I was willing to give it a try and delicious it was! You must try it! I then had the tuna appetizer which was a huge portion, so I was pleased that I had it for an entree. It was cooked the way I enjoy it, medium rare. It was also above and beyond delish. Go to Baileys, your taste buds will thank you. ❤️

   This restaurant was not at all what I expected location wise. Reading about the cuisine I thought it would be more rural, on a farm-type venue. Or at least with some outdoor land. But didn’t matter, the food was fabulous, apps were good portions, dinner was beautifully presented, drinks were generous, and the staff was awesome! My only disappointment was that we didn’t have time to stay and have dessert. They all sounded amazing! Hope we get back to Ridgefield sometime for a return visit!

    I was with a friend who had recently lost her husband. THe restaurant was very quiet although it was lunch time and the waiter was very patient taking our order . Most importantly we were allowed to sit and talk for several hours offeing some comfort . The food was delicious and we were grateful for the extended time.

    Came for Easter brunch. Even at 2pm, place was filled with families and friends. Service was top notch. From the “super yummy” cornbread (complimentary) to the brunch dishes we had (eggs Benedict and southern breakfast), and Arnold Palmer on masters Sunday. Excellent choice. Fries were excellent. As southerners, it’s hard to find good biscuits/gravy & grits. Grits were outstanding. Convenient public parking right next to restaurant. Will definitely come again.

    Four of us tried a variety of menu items and we were unanimous in our acclaim! Patrick was spectacular as was the bus/boy who jumped in to meet our every whim. We were not afforded any special perks by virtue of each of us was named Bailey.. . it seemed everyone was greeted and treated like royalty! Two of us loved our salads: endive, pear, pecans and Gorgonzola ; the other was a well dressed kale and beets salad. The omnivores enjoyed a beautiful and generous chicken sandwich and a teriyaki and ramen bowl and a side of dumplings. We all shared perfect French fries. So in summary a lovely spot with delightful staff who served a deliciously prepared meal. We will most certainly return!

    Ordered a Cobb Cesar salad. Small pieces of avocado, wilted lettuce, hardly detectable egg. Prices dud not reflect the portion sizes. Will not return. Service was good.

    Our first visit. Loved the fresh margaritas made perfectly. Our server was so professional and knowledgeable. Her recommendations were spot on and delicious. We did not leave a morsel on our plates. Highly recommend. We were rushing for a show at the Ridgefield Playhouse and they made sure we could still have 3 courses and get out on time.

    My husband and I visited Bailey for their Wednesday Tasting Menu and we were not disappointed! All four courses were fantastic. My husband is vegan and it’s very hard to find restaurants that can prepare delicious vegan dishes. Bailey nailed it. We both went home with a happy belly! Thank you Sal for a wonderful dinner!

    It was my wife’s birthday. Tasting menu was very good though they missed our 2nd course which we had after the third course. We took the wine pairings but it would have been good to see the choice in advance.

    It took much too long for our brunch to arrive, but we were being patient... especially since they provided delicious corn bread! Bummer though, as the eggs benedict were cold. They did provide a refresh but then it took even longer and we didn't eat our meals together. No adjustment to the bill. Much too expensive to not have the food right. That said, I will try it again.     I haven't been here since it first opened and we decided to go since the reviews were so good. My husband absolutely raved about his skirt steak but I was disappointed with my pappardelle with short rib bolognese. The pasta was overcooked and when it first came out, it was cold and I had to send it back. All of us at the table thought the food could have been hotter than what was served. Our sharing dishes were very good- the burrata, the brussel sprouts kung pao and the egg salad were all good. The caramel cheesecake was also very good. Maybe get better heat lamps in the kitchen to keep the food hot and don't overcook the pasta.. I will say "al dente" please next time.

    We went on a Wednesday and had the tasting menu. Every course was fantastic. The Scallop appetizer was particularly delicious. It's been a long time since I last ate Bailey's but I'll definitely be back.

    Had brunch on a Sunday morning with a friend. Made a reservation as I know this is a popular spot - all the tables were full during the time we were there. We both had the Apple cider mimosa which was delicious. My friend had the southern breakfast and I had the Brie and apricot sandwich. We were both very happy with our choices. Always enjoy my meals here and we will be back again soon.

    Aurelio , salvaged our experience, he is nice, attentive, and a gentleman! Our waitress was disinterested and underwhelming, it appears she does not want to be serving people. Food and ambience was very good. Overall , our experience was very nice, in spite of our inhospitable, aloof server. Our hostess , was very nice and also added to our overall positive experience.     We went for brunch and everything was great. The food is very good quality, our server, Patrick, was professional in all ways, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I will go back to Bailey's in the future and try some of their other dishes.
