First time for lunch. The lunch menu is as good as the dinner menu. My club sandwich consisted of juicy pieces of chicken, tasty bacon and tomatoes. The sauce used had a slight kick to the taste buds, which elevated the sandwich. Julienne fries completed the meal, but there was a choice of soup or salad. Our waiter, Allan was attentive and checked back often to make sure we were enjoying our meal. I will be back for more! Thanks for a delicious lunch!

I requested a good table, however the Hostess wanted to seat us in the other room—not in main dining room! I needed to insist on sitting at a table where I wanted—even though it was totally available! Not nice…

The best Caesar salad that I've had in a long time! The soup was wonderful - hot and tasty. My colleagues also enjoyed their choices (the fish cake special and pizza.) One of our party wanted to have a substitution and the staff was very accommodating. It was my first visit and I'll definitely be back.

It is always a special treat to eat at Barnsteiners! It is our home away from home! My husband had the Barn Burger 🍔 cooked to perfection as were the fries 🍟 and my calamari was tender also cooked to perfection and the flavors were superb. Birthday dinner for my wife, excellent meal as always!! She has rack of lamb - done perfectly. My steak cooked perfectly, I would have preferred a a little more garlic on it but very tender. A terrific bottle of Malvec wine!. Service was very attentive without being bothersome. Noise level a little high at times but all adults talking. Recommend highly!!

Excellent preparation of main dishes (Spätzle and Schnitzel, etc.) and dessert (appel Strüdel... very nice idea to serve it with a perfect crème anglaise). Very pleasant ambiance and service. A lovely experience over the lunch hour. Looking forward to a dinner experience at this excellent restaurant.

The food was good, especially the soup. It would have been nice to have the omelette complemented by some bread. The brand of tea served was low quality. By mistake I was given the dinner menu instead of the lunch menu. It took a long time to sort that out. The noise level was high. The waiter couldn’t have been nicer!

We arrived for our reservation on time. A window seating was requested as there were several window seats available. Our request was not granted and we were seated at a small table in a busy area. Couples who came in later, and seemingly without a reservation, were offered a window seating. Not a satisfactory treatment.
