Jasmine provided the BEST service. Food was amazing. We had two bottles of champagne and basically every appetizer on the menu - we tried. All wonderful. The patio was very nice it was a beautiful day. Jasmine took such wonderful care of us even though she had other tables inside she took time to make sure we had everything we needed and she also took time to take our picture which was special b/c we live in different cities and states. Thank you, Jasmine! We will definitely be back!

I had a delightful lunch date at Bazille in Nordstrom. I had the mandarin salad with salmon and it was delicious. My companion had the crab and avocado salad; each was thoroughly enjoyed. The crab salad is served with three pieces of rustic bread. It was a little on the too hard side but that didn’t stop us from eating it. The salmon was cooked perfectly and was the perfect size portion. My one complaint is that the drinks, an iced tea and a Diet Coke, were $4.95 and $3.95 respectively. This seems steep to me, $3 seems to be the going rate at a lot of restaurants I have been to lately, but $5 for two glasses (one refill) is exorbitant.

Love Bazille. It’s hopping at lunchtime, but with a reservation, you’re sure to get in. Great Asian salad, they’ve stopped automatically bringing bread but it’s available by request

We made a reservation at 7pm; only to arrive and be told that the restaurant was closing down. The bartender was enough to comp us for our drinks and mentioned that a manager would be calling us; still waiting for the call. We don’t understand why the restaurant would allow to take reservations only not to offer us service as per our reservation window.

Hey, Nordy’s. I got SUPER sick, and I’ve eaten here a few times, as you can see. This isn't very pleasant. I had to send food back because it was cold and I’m thinking maybe that’s why. Please do better because this has ruined my Christmas Eve.

The salmon salad plate had a lot of garlic sauce on it which was not in the description at all. I could hardly eat 1/4 of the salad. Great if you want nothing but a mouthful of garlic with every bight. I also had made this reservation weeks ahead and it was in a heavily trafficked area. I asked for a quieter booth and there was one available but they said it was not available. How many weeks ahead do you need to make a reservation to get a decent table???? Not going to return.

The decor in the restaurant from the window shades shredding on each side, to the peeling leatherette banquettes to dirty cloth napkins being left under the tables from previous patrons, Nordstrom’s should truly be ashamed. My husband ordered a Caesar salad and added shrimp. The shrimp had no flavor, the lettuce was limp and soggy. No one even asked why he left 90% of the salad and shrimp in his plate. I have frequented the restaurant many times over the last 4 years I have lived in The Woodlands. Truly pitiful!

Great server and the food was good. The one thing we noticed was all the peeling plastic on the bench seating in the cafe. Is this supposed to be upscale dept store? That is the question we had. I think most people don't notice it but we all did. It was pretty pronounced.

We arrived on time for our reservation. The very rude Greeter did not ask our name or if we had a reservation, and seated us outside of the restaurant in the open lobby area of Nordstroms. We werent given menus, silverware, or water. In fact, we were ignored for 15 minutes. We ended up leaving. We will never go back to Bazille.
