    Best Raw Bar experience close to Disney. Extremely fresh Stone Crab, King Crab, and Snow Crab. Service was spectacular. Will be back for the killer happy hour.

    We went to Big Fin for their "Thanksgiving buffet," and it was absolutely some of the worst food we've ever had. The turkey was overcooked and very dry. The "stuffing" was basically chunks of dry, stale old bread. The ham was edible but also very dry. The mashed potatoes were ok, but the gravy was like water. The sweet potato casserole has ice crystals inside it. They brought us some more, which was microwaved and runny. The green beans were also cold. The dessert was pumpkin pie, apple pie, and pecan pie, which I'm pretty sure was from Publix. They need to stick to seafood. Terrible experience. Never again

    Booked Thanksgiving Dinner for 7pm. By the time we arrived all the turkey and ham were gone and there were serving some stuffed meats - not sure what it was. We ended up leaving with out eating… hundreds of dollars for nothing.

    The worst Thanksgiving buffet I’ve ever had. Pros, we didn’t have to cook. Cons so many. High school cafeteria looking set up. Cheap Kings Hawaiian rolls that were cold. Ham was ice cold. Stuffing was dry bread cubes with no flavor. Green beans cold. Gravy was white lumpy tasteless. Store bought pies would be gourmet next to the 3 unappetizing ones offered. Big Fin should be ashamed of themselves. $80/person for this horrible experience. Then to charge a 20% gratuity for party of 6 when all only served drinks. A few years back Big Fin did a plated Thanksgiving. That was fabulous. This was such a painful waste of money, we will NEVER go back.

    Service was great, but the menu left a lot to be desired, especially for the price. No salad, very few sides, and dessert was limited to 3 types of pies. I will admit, the turkey was exceptional. I would've just had seafood, but the only option other than the buffet was seafood from the cold bar.

    Had a fantastic time. We had the Thanksgiving buffet and it was great. Started with cocktails the Castaway and Dead Mans Tale were both delicious. We'll be back for sure to checkout the regular menu. Service was great too.

    The best Thanksgiving meal and service I have ever had! And my family said the same thing! Everything was cooked to perfection! And our waiter was the best! Everyone there was so friendly, helpful, and professional! Thanks for making our Thanksgiving special!

    This was my second time dining at Big Fin. They never cease to amaze us. We have a top notch experience every time from the greeting to paying the check and leaving the restaurant the experience is nothing less than amazing. Kevin was awesome!

    I won't say the restaurant was bad. What I will say is that I didn't enjoy ANY of my food. It was our first time there, and we happened to arrive during happy hour. Between the two of us, we ordered about 5 different appetizers (meatballs, ceasar salad, golden shrimp, oysters, and something else). I didn't enjoy the taste of any of it. Then, we ordered the lamb chop dinner. The portions were small, and the taste wasn't up there with other places we'd been. The valet service was exceptional. The two hostesses at the beginning were nice and funny. The drinks were good too. Overall, I'm glad we were able to experience this place. We won't be going back, but please try it for yourself. Every place has a bad day. I do know they were very short-staffed, so it took a very long time for the oysters (and other food) to come out. As a matter of fact, it took so long that they ended up taking it off the bill for the inconvenience, which i thought was nice of them, and we appreciated the gesture.

    We truly enjoyed our dinner at Big Fin Seafood Kitchen from the ambience to the outstanding quality of food and exceptional service. Andre was very attentive and offered great suggestions, and the food was fresh and delicious. The lump crab meat and fried rice, as well as the Bronzino was out of this world!

    Crab legs were cold and difficult to break. The food took over an hour to get. Our server was not very service oriented. Someone else had recommended this restaurant to us but we will not recommend it to anyone else.

    Amazingly fresh stone crab. Haven’t had as good since moving here from Miami. They sell them by the pound too, not per piece like other places. Had great “Boat To Table” swordfish. Worth every penny. Will be back for happy hour, amazing deals to be had.

    Over priced and over rated. Three stone crab claws cost $155, and the extremely mediocre tower was $195. All in all, the worst $500 spent. The shrimp was raw!!!! We took bites of raw shrimp, and finally asked the server - is this actually raw?! They served it that way. The place was empty for good reason. I’m extremely disappointed. First and last time. If you’re considering seafood, run to Eddie V’s or Ocean Prime.

    Went this past Saturday for my good friend’s birthday the food was outstanding! And the service was exceptional. I even went back the following day to try the steam seafood special as well. I will definitely be coming back to eat there.

    They were out of many foods on the menu. Prices were expensive for the quality of food received. Would not go back and it's a shame because both the bartender and our waitress were really nice!

    Terrific happy hour menu where you can get a little bit of everything. We enjoyed the meatballs with polenta, oysters, ribs and a delightful glass of wine. We'll definitely be back!

    They boast about “boat to table” cuisine and highlighting fresh Florida fish.. but $54 for grilled Grouper? Seriously? And $56 for Swordfish? If your putting the spotlight on Florida fish that’s caught between 24-48 hours and readily available, shouldn’t it be more affordable? Expensive prices aside, the food was nothing to brag about. It was good but nothing special and certainly not worth the price tag. Save your money and go somewhere else. Service was also lacklustre too - once we were seated we were not greeted by our server (Kyle) for over 10 minutes. Finally, the manager noticed our server hadn’t come by and took our drink order. We won’t be back.

    Quality seafood you can see and taste. New Chef is fantastic, stopped by the table made sure we had a great evening. Server was very knowledgeable on the boat to table concept and even educated us on caviar which we we treated ourselves to. We will be back for the happy hour which has great seafood options at beyond reasonable prices for restaurant row which the manager maclemore let us know about. Will be back soon.

    We eat at Big Fin regularly but last nights dinner was a bit of a disappointment. I ordered fish and chips, when my meal arrived it looked to me that a piece of cod was cut in half and that’s what I received for my fish. Previous visits I’ve had 2 large pieces of cod. Not sure what happened last night but for what I paid I had 3/4th of my plate covered in fries. I hope portion sizes aren’t going to continue to get smaller.

    Probably have eaten there 10 times over the last few years with this experience being the worst. If this was the first, I would have never gone back. Meal was overcooked and slow to be served, my guess is it sat for 20 minutes before server picked it up. Even the appearance of the manager was disturbing as his shirttail was hanging below his jacket, just as unkept as the food on this occasion. I just think a $321 meal for two should have some quality to it. Again been there about ten times so it wasn't about price it is about quality each and every time. As my wife said afterwards I guess we need to find another seafood place.

    Food and atmosphere excellent! Our waiter got two orders wrong, was nervous for some unknown reason, no oyster list and then after entrees served, waited a full 15 minutes until the manager came and said our waiter was injured and he would help us. Nothing offered for the wait and inconvenience.

    Food was extremely disappointing. Hardly any crab in the crab cakes, rice was dry, swordfish was dry. Realize now why the restaurant was empty!

    Our dining experience was magical! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from start to finish. The highlight of our visit was the wait service and appetizers. The clam chowder was delicious, and the shrimp was mouthwatering. Highly recommend this restaurant.

    If I could rate Big Fin with 10 stars I would. From the moment we pulled up with Valet, we were met outside by Mike (our server) and Alivia (our GM). They are not employees of Big Fin, they ARE Big Fin. The treatment for my birthday was off the chart and amazing with the chef-created culinary oysters and special treats. Our bartender knew how to keep the party going and I cannot thank the entire staff enough. It was a birthday dinner to remember! Thank you BIG FIN!!! Family makes family feel right at home and you do it every single time we come for dinner.

    My food I ordered was raw I had to ask my waiter twice about checking my salmon. To the point i had to pay for it and just take it home. It had no seasoning and the top of the salmon was seared but when you opened it was raw. So disappointed this is my second time trying and for what I pay for it’s extremely disappointing. They had a sign about unable to take your food with you home. This is a no!
