   I ordered a Turkey club sandwich with sweet potato tots. The sandwich was huge and tasty. The sweet potato tots were at least twice the amount I was expecting. I had to get a box to take what was left away to eat later. The only downside was that I requested iced tea and never got it. Luckily they had provided water before the meal arrived. They seemed short on staff which is a problem for most businesses these days. But the staff they did have was friendly. I would recommend this restaurant.

   They served my son salmon tacos that’ said gluten free and in fact we’re not. The tortillas were flour, not corn! This is a very bad mistake especially with someone with celiac. The staff was extremely nice and apologetic and credited us.

   My recommendation, YOU CANT TRUST OPEN TABLE! Made reservations in advance with OT, for Bin 595. Received confirmation. The Renaissance Hotel WAS CLOSED. We showed the gal our reservation on arrival and was told they didn’t open until 5. This was on this past Mother’s Day. Can’t blame the hotel- although this isn’t the first time it had happened and they told us that “They were fighting with google “. The gal we talked to at front desk was less than conciliatory. This review ends up being about OPEN TABLE it is not reliable. Always call restaurant first if it’s a big family event- like Mother’s Day. Oh wait, isn’t that what Open Table is supposed to be doing? I call them out as fraudulent

   Although it was 7.30am we arrived it took an hour to get our food served. The restuarant was not busy but seldom did a wait staff employee check in with us. It was disappointing for me as I had recommended it to my friend.

   This restaurant is inside the Marriott Renaissance Plantation Hotel. I was an overnight guest. I made my reservation in advance from home for Brunch at 1130am. The restaurant was empty, the buffet of food was cold and "picked over" We no sooner sat down at 1145am to find the servers removing the food. THEY ARE ONLY OPEN FOR BRUNCH UNTIL 12NOON!!. Who goes to brunch for 15 minutes? I complained so they left the stale reheated food out. I went to the hotel management who did not charge me but nevertheless the embarrassment remains. This was an important business brunch that made me look horrific. So disappointing

    The service and food at BIN595 was fabulous. Our waiter was excellent. We each ordered something different. We tarted with the Brussels sprouts appetizer and then the turkey avocado sandwich and seven layer salad. We ordered wine and enjoyed key lime pie for dessert. I visited this restaurant before and always enjoy. Looking forward to returning.

    Not a lavish meal just standard breakfast items. A grade better then ordinary hotel but not in the realm of top notch cuisine. Staff was friendly but overworked and always tried to be very pleasant just not what I had expected for a special occasion

    They did a great job of making it special for Valentine’s Day. They brought us a complimentary cocktail each. It would have been nice to have had some bread too but that was not a big deal. The food was good but a little pricey. It almost felt like they want the food to live up to the pricing instead of the pricing to be based on the taste and presentation of the food. We ordered a brusselsprouts dish as an appetizer but it really was better suited as an a la carte side. They were delicious though. We asked for the candied jalapeños on the side. They came out on the side but not candied. We did say something and the waitress didn’t know how to respond but a manager came out and was great about it and offered free dessert. We had for our main dishes a quinoa dish and fish dish. They were good. A bit overpriced but good. As for the dessert, we ordered the chocolate cake. It was complimentary so no real complaints but it was dry and not worth eating. It at the very least needed a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. The ambiance was nice and romantic. Some places give a rose out to the ladies on Valentine’s Day. Not here. But that was okay as I came with a dozen. We will go back as it is worth another try and not many options in Plantation. The staff were great and there is no question they are trying hard to succeed.

    Christine was the hostess and somehow ended up being our server too. She was fabulous. From start to finish she was on top of everything. She asked all the right questions and made sure everything was just perfect! Hugo, the bartender was great too. He made this super secret vodka cocktail with Rosemary, lemon and lime juice with a sprig of something else that was a homerun. (It’s worth just stopping in for one of those bad boys). Then came a beautiful bottle of Pinot Grigio at a very reasonable price that was just the right thing to go with our meal. Christine brought out some very tasty garlic knots(the Bin 595 version of garlic rolls). For the main course we had the Jalapeño honey mustard grouper and the glazed grilled salmon. Both were excellent. For dessert, well I can’t really tell you that because my cardiologist would freak out. But just drop in and ask for Christine! You won’t be disappointed! Bon appétit!

    The place is quiet, only four or five tables busy when we ate. The grouper was fabulous, over all the menu is a bit restricted but not short on flavor. I felt some of the wines were a bit over priced, but it is South Florida.

    When we arrived there was no one else in the restaurant so apparently there was only one waitress. Once we got our food we never saw her again. We needed items but by the time she got them back to our table our food was cold so it wasn’t worth it. Pricey meal for that kind of service.

    The Valentine's special was very good. Lamb meatballs appetizer, followed by sirloin steak , lobster and vegetable medley. We followed it up with a slice of cheesecake which was a little dry. It came to just under $150 which included the cocktails. The maitre d made up for the waitress lack of service. We weren't rushed and we had a very pleasant evening.

    The service was great but the food was mediocre. We had a metal brush piece in our Son's dish. The restaurant made it right by covering our meal and the server and Managers were very attentive. The quality of the food I would put at the level of a Average franchise restaurant (chilis, applebees, etc...)

    I took my wife to this restaurant for her birthday breakfast, our server was very patient and professional, my special request for chocolate covered strawberries became the biggest surprise as it was complimentary along with a fruit basket of red roses, the food was great , pricing was great ,I'll definitely go back and recommend this restaurant to whoever is looking for a place of quiet dining.

    The food quality was average, small portion sizes and prices were high. Service was nothing out of the ordinary. I ordered an appetizer. It was never brought out and the waiter did not mention it nor was it included on the bill. The food, cost and service experience does not motivate me to return.

    This restaurant is set in the Renaissance Hotel i.e. It's the lobby bar restaurant. As such the noise level can get rather loud. You can hear the conversations of the bar patrons at your booth. The steaks (rib eye) and (churrascaro) were cooked to perfection; however, they got cold very quickly as they were served on plates rather than skillets. The side dishes (marbled and fingerling potatos) were tasty however I couldn't tell the difference between the two. They looked and tasted the same. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to dine here. However, if you're on business and staying at the hotel and don't want to venture out, its a pretty decent meal.

    Although the restaurant was not full, service was very slow. I had the lobster bisque and Watermelon salad, with added salmon. The bisque was warm, but not hot. For the salad, I got some large chunks of watermelon drizzled with balsamic and bocconcini. The salmon was simply placed on the side of the plate and was flavorless. This meal took nearly 30 minutes to get to my table. The location was convenient to my upcoming meeting, but the food and service would not command a repeat visit.

    -cannot recommend this restaurant.. The bartender could not prepaare the drinks on the menu as the restaurant did not get a liquor delivery that week. The food was good but average and so was the service.

    We were there on New Years Eve. The Hostess took along time to greet us then sat us without drink or wine menus. We waited over 20 min for service which we had to flag the hostess for. Then another 20 minfor drinks. The Menu was prefix. All of thefood was fabulous. If you want great food and don't expect service this place is for you
