   Overall this is a GREAT restaurant and the Value of the food is spot on!! Do yourself a favor and order the appetizer Meatballs! Clams too you will be stuffed for sure!!

    The scallop entree was served cold and one entree was not the same as when visited this restaurant at another time. Not as expected. Appetizers were very good as well as the bread. Will not be going there again. Too bad because it used to be a good place for a nice dinner. Something changed

    Thursday evening dinner, 6pm reservation, went right in, very quiet in dining room, maybe three tables of customers. Ordered meatballs for appetizer, always wonderful. Ordered for the first time here, Olson Bucco, excellent veal presentation, large portion with perfectly cooked rice.

    Restaurant was very cold, more so than casino. Staff said they were unable to adjust it. Service person was inattentive, I had to get up from my table 3 times to ask her for service. Food was very good

    This restaurant has a nice ambiance. However - several items were at issue. I asked the waitress to do two checks before the couple we were dining with sat down. She did not do this. I asked for gluten free pastaA chef made a Mistake A had to wait 10-15 minutes extra While everyone else had their meals. Waitress did apologize but no other offer to make up for this big mistake. Also - dessert- lemon cake -Old and dry! Our companions didn’t want to make a fuss. We will not return.

    Second time at restaurant. First time Christmas service terrible but thought holiday can’t staff. Came back again, service terrible, food took 40 min to come out with 7 tables in there! Got to table scallops and risotto cold was stuck to plate. Sent back said will never come back. Sad because this area of town need’s restaurants that locals can gravitate to. My advice to casino, fire your food and beverage person. Hire someone that’s hands on and can train your management team. Managers must be on line at window pushing times and quality of food going out. Next get a drink special in your casino a happy happier hour. The casino is a dud because restaurants suck no fabulous drink specials from 3-6 to pack bars.

    We love this restaurant! We've now been here about 5 times. We've lived in Lancaster 30 years and we've seen restaurants come and go and always for obvious reasons. Not gonna lie all the restaurants in this location have never lasted and really its been the restaurant and not the location. Third Place is amazing from the appetizers to the desserts it's just very, very good. The staff has always been on point and very friendly, the food is delicious and the service is fantastic. I am vegetarian and if there is one complaint (if I can even call it that) is to add more vegan/vegetarian options but I've made it work each time I've gone but I can see how a very finicky person would probably not want to return. Otherwise the flavors of everything I've had have been amazing and the drinks delicious and the prices are fair in my opinion. We ate at Third Place for dinner last night and we each had two cocktails, shared an appetizer, each had a meal and shared a dessert and the bill was just over $100. I feel that exactly the right ballpark. Hidden gem! Oh, make reservations no matter when you go, they are always busy. Just do it.

    The manager was extremely rude he ignored us and when he finally spoke to us said we are trying to catch up I will come let you know your reservation isn’t till 8 it was 7:50 we sat at the bar and the bar tender ignored us for 5 mins and there was 1 other person there so we left. It was the worst customer service and we eat there fairly regularly just absolutely un except-able. We walked out.

    Our servicer and the manager if could call him a manager we both HORRIBLE. Our salad was not delivered before our meal. We had to pour our own wine several times. The So Called Manger never once stop at our table but went at lease three other tables in our area and never once asked us about the service. We have had a number of meals and had a party of 11 last month. We'd be hard pressed to invite others after last nights JOKE. Hire quality people. Let not forget, we had to go and get the hostess for seating as she never came back to seat us and stated she told the So-Called manager to seat us. He has issues and it was clear to us as to why.
