"field to fork happens" at Bistro 67
Bistro 67 is our go to for special occasions! The food and service is excellent, we really love the seasonal menu and the option to try dishes that are out of the ordinary.
Wonderful experience. Excellent food. Perfect coffee.
Found the ambient noise slightly high, couldn't quite hear the background music which made for a bit of a less relaxing meal, still very good, but a bit noisy.
As a vegan, it is often difficult to find a variety of options. I found many! Very pleased with the food and exceptional service.
If locally grown and supporting hospitality students sounds good to you, then go there and start your dinner early around 6pm. We had great seat by the window reserved overlooking the garden and crops. By 7pm, our friendly waitress is already at stretch on Friday night. The crowd is obviously over-whelming and she didn't have time to attend us. They are under-staffed. We spent over $100 without wine, 1 soup + 1 appetizer and 2 entrees, bit on the pricey side as I could easily get professionally done food in Milestones (across the street) for about the same price. One of the appetizer is too salty. Their greek yoghurt ice cream sponge cake dessert is the best.
Everything else is OK but on the pricey side.
From the time I entered the premise I was pleasantly greeted by all employees/ students. The hostess was pleasant and accommodating- our waitress was attentive - food was very tasty and plenty of - great choices. great overall service
This was our first visit. What a dining experience! The people were friendly, attentive and and knowledgeable. The various flavours in the summer menu where wonderfully interesting. You need to try the edible garden for dessert. They have something for every one. Can't wait to try their fall menu!
We even got a tour of the kitchen! It was awesome to see the students work side by side with the employees.
A special thanks to Chef, Sous Chef and our awesome waiter Cole (Gino) for an outstanding outing...We found a hidden gem in Whitby!
Our server Eliza was very professional and helpful.
I had the Margherita salad. It was very large for an appy, could have done with half. There was only a slight trace of balsamic, definitely could have used more to offset the oil.
I had the Trout which was excellent however the spaetzle were hard like little pebbles.
Excellent place for any occasion wth your significant other. Classy spot without the fuss
The meal and service were both good, but the food seemed to take an unreasonably long time to reach the table. Our server must have noticed this, as she brought by a map of the surrounding gardens, which we were looking at out of the windows. The map was interesting, but appeared as if the server was attempting to distract us from our impatience with the food.
Had a wonderful evening! Thanks for the great food and service!
Food was AMAZING! Service was excellent. Impressed with the garden.
Bistro67 made me realize that one does not need to venture into Toronto for excellent innovative cuisine.
The waiter (Kyle) was amazing. Very personable and attentive. Not a very romantic setting. Very open and “bar” like... the chairs were absolutely horrible. The comfort was so bad that it tainted the experience. It felt like my bottom was bruised even the next day... hostess and all staff were incredibly friendly and warm. The food was great but very small portions for the cost.... also my burger was a little more rare than expected and temperature was never asked at time of order... I had to take the Mac and cheese crisp off the burger and remove the wet bun because of how bloody it was ... taste was great though... fries were amazing. Dessert was a lemon cheesecake ... taste was great but it was not a slice of cheesecake.... rather it was a small tiny square of cheesecake... if I wanted to I could have eaten it in one bite. I could buy 3 cheesecakes for the price of a bite.... not worth it.
Bistro 67 is a great spot for any occasion...
Make sure you try it.
A great find. Beautiful view overlooking the college’s flower and vegetable gardens. Generous portion size. Engaging service (by Madison). Save room for the meringue lemon cheesecake!!
This was a lovely place for us to visit with my sister and her husband visiting from Minneapolis. We picked the Bistro as our place to entertain them because we know the food and service are outstanding. Thank you so much!!!!!!!
My experiences at Bistro 67 have been wonderful everytime. The food is amazing with flavours that are so well put together. I try something different every time I go and I am never disappointed.
Everyone in our group ended up ordering vegetarian entrees, even though we eat meat. The food was created with care and imagination, and tasted fresh and local, as advertised. We hope to return soon!
Wonderful! I went for lunch the day before and had to take my husband to experience the food, view of the vegetable gardens. What a perfect spot. We are very lucky to have bistro 67 in our community. Thank you.
Amazing as always! Extremely flavourful! Amazing concept, garden to table as well as supporting the education of the Durham College students!
First time eating at the restaurant. The service was fabulous and food was delicious.
Well thought-through menu that changes with the season. Gorgeous floor to ceiling windows provide a view of the farm that grows most of the ingredients.
Had a fantastic meal at Bistro 67 - great service, great ambiance, great menu and the food is excellent.
Most food is grown on location or sourced locally and ingredients are great quality.
The overall experience is certainly one of the best in the Whitby area.
This was our second time and thoroughly enjoyed it. Everthing was great. We ordered s bottle of wine that they had run out of and our server offered 2 that were not on the wine list and both priced very well. The food is delicious and one in our party had a food allergy and it was accommodated very well by adjustment in the kitchen. We live downtown toronto so it is odd to travel this far for good food but absolutely worth it!
Delicious meal and great service. Wonderful view of the sunflowers and gardens from our table by the window.
Salad and appetizers were way to salty, almost Inedible. The dinner, dessert and service were great. The view beautiful. The work that goes into this farm to fork restaurant is worth a visit.
An excellent experience. If this was downtown Toronto, comparable service and quality of food would have easily cost 4x as much!
Great service wonderful food and relaxed atmosphere
Went with a friend to check it out for first time ....loved it.
The food was phenomenal, staff was super ffriendly and it was fun learning about the different types of local veggies, flowers and fruits.
Fantastic service. Enjoyed a relaxed dinner
Had the most amazing experience as always at Bistro 67. The food and service was above and beyond all expectations. Can’t wait to go back!
What a wonderful evening Try Emelias Edible Garden, best dessert ever!!!
I got lost finding the restaurant and as it was my birthday celebration the waitress was very attentive and spoiled me with extra fries and a lovely dessert. The food not only delicious but beautiful presentation!
Food was a delicious combination of fresh ingredients. Great view over the vegetable garden. Prompt, friendly service. Would definitely recommend.
This was my first time at Bistro 67. Loved the food and the service. I can't wait to return!
Such an amazing connection to Durham College and the local community supporting local businesses! Beautiful decor over looking the colleges bountiful gardens! Always enjoy!

Great Food, Great wine, Great Whiskey!!
We had a fantastic time.
