    Everything was perfect the greeting at the front until the entrance of the restaurant , food was prompt, warm and excellent, our Cathy was fantastic, great job, I’ve been there before was there last night and always be going back, fantastic Job!!!

    As always, Nolah did not disappoint. The food and service were both excellent. We sat in the enclosed area of the terrace and even a pesky bee could not detract from the food. My husband started with a tangy gumbo, we shared a dish of hush puppies and both loved the smoked brisket presented so beautifully.

    I got to spend my birthday at my favorite place with my favorite person (my daughter). There were so many great offerings but we went with the crab cakes, mussels in curry broth and the fried chicken with a glass of white wine for me and the litchi martini for her to start. Then I had my favorite dish: shrimp and grits and my daughter had the braised short ribs. We ended with the bananas Foster cheesecake for my daughter and the chocolate torte for me. As always, everything was delicious and cooked to perfection, so much so that we ordered more fried chicken for my daughter to take home. They never disappoint.

    Exceptional on every level. The blackened catfish, hush puppies, pork belly, curry mussels, shrimp and grits, and the fried chicken, best I’ve ever had. This place went from very good to outstanding!

    Virgin mohjito is outrageous at $10 for lime mint and soda. I work in a high end restaurant and thus price cannot be justified. Everything else was amazing

    The food was excellent, the service was excellent. It was a beautiful night so we chose a table outdoors and it was great to be dining on the West Island next to St. John's Blvd and not to feel like that's where you were at all. They did a great job with the ambiance.

    Food & Service was exquisite. It's a small place so it gets loud quickly. It is a bit expensive but I feel it was worth it. I asked to change something I don't eat in the meal I chose and they agreed no charge. Pain perdu is to die for...

    Bistro Nolah is my favourite restaurant in the west-island! Amazing ambiance, outstanding food, wonderful staff! A must go! Strongly suggest doing tapas style and GET THE MAC AND CHEESE! You won’t regret it!

    This place is my favourite restaurant in the West Island!!! Definitely consider myself a regular 😋 sausage gumbo and shrimp and grits is just perfection. Hush puppies, even their bread and butter is the best I’ve ever had!!!

    I've driven by Bistro Nolah so often thinking how it's just another pretty good West Island restaurant, was I wrong... Our experience was that of a high end/ unreasonably high priced restaurant, without the unreasonably high prices... Must try, I look forward to my return. Thank you to Chloe and the team!

    I really enjoyed the food and our server was really great but the noise level was so high I couldn't hear the others at my table unless we screamed. That's the only negative. Our server was so helpful and took the time to explain all the menu items. I believe his name was Mathieu. He deserves a mention.

    From the entry to the dessert, I was not disappointed. The place has a warm ambiance, well decorated toilets and friendly waiters. Definitely want to go back and try every meal on the menu

    Impeccable service from suggestions to describing the food pairings. Started with local craft brew and warm housemade buns with a delicious chipotle honey butter. Specials were fabulous make sure you share to have room for the incredible entrees. We had Brisket that smoky flavour and bbq sauce were amazing and Catfish was full of flavour and heat! Dont forget to finish off and share one of the amazing desserts the Bananas Foster cheesecake special was delectable and their Begnets were warm and pwdery goodness.

    Excellent food, our second time going with friends. We had the Bao special & Jambalaya starters, our mains were Bourbon shrimp with grits special and the beef brisket. We will continue to support this wonderful restaurant. They also have a good selection of reasonably priced wines.
