    The waiter was rude and got my entree order wrong. We asked for a Cab and he brought a Merlot. He did not really engage with us , disinterested One nice guy poured our wine when he saw our glasses were empty, I think he worked behind the bar. Not a great experience

    I cant say I love this restaurant. It was fine, but that was all really. The decor is lovely. Our server was very nice. The food was good but not exceptional. My biggest issue was the extreme emphasis on getting us in and out as quickly as they could. I knew on booking there was a 2hr seating limit. When we arrived before we'd even sat down, in the literally empty restaurant, we were told we had to leave within 2hrs. No sooner had we ordered and our starters had arrived, way too soon for them to have been freshly prepared on order. We had approximately 5min between starter and mains. Our plates were being cleared as we swallowed our last bites. We just weren't allowed time to enjoy our meal. I've been to many a restaurant with a 2hr seating situation but none were as blatantly obvious that their sole aim of the night was to get my money and get us out.

    Food was mediocre at best to be honest. Didn’t feel satisfied spending 150$ on what we ate yesterday. Restaurants vibe was very nice. Booked patio seating and the patio was pretty dusty and dirt was flying around due to nearby construction and wind, even had leaves and dirt flying into my hair a few times. Plates and table when we were seated were covered with dirt. Service was impeccable but that was the only part of this experience that was up to par for a restaurant of this level. Overall experience was definitely not worth the price. Won’t be returning.

    The table for a group of 7 was comfortable and allowed good conversation. The ambiance was a bit disappointing. The plain table with no candles, and dark mirrors with no artwork were impersonal. The service and food were very good.

    Food and service were top notch but it was super pricey. The server whose name was Michael was outstanding. He explained everything on the menu and provided his professional opinion and he did not disappoint.

    The service by Bryan and other senior staff was great. I ordered a Medium Ribeye with Carpaccio as a starter, so he did confirm with me whether raw beef could be a concern. So I loved the service. I personally think the ambience of the patio as much, since it is right beside a very busy street, but overall good enough. Food in general is good, it’s about as expected for the price. I did find, however, that the default serving of bread is only with olive oil is odd (I observed other tables) since other places typically serve with vinegar as well. Not a biggie though, since I was provided with vinegar in same types of bottles after requesting it.

    We were very disappointed in the food. Our only favourite was the watermelon and feta cheese salad 9/10.The service you can tell from every server is amazing. The plating of the food is also beautiful and well done. We also ordered the soup of the day 6/10. Ribeye steak which was under cooked with no flavour and the vegetables were burnt.4/10 The desserts are ok but overpriced. 6/10

    We were seated in the mezzanine level and it was perfect. Live music was not too loud. Food, beginning with appetizers, was outstanding and unlike many upscale restaurants the portions were not preciously small--they were perfect! We really enjoyed our server and co-manager, Mauricio. He was friendly, knowledgeable about wines and honest about the menu options and his personal experience and preference which was very informative and appreciated! Thanks for a wonderful evening Mauricio!!

    The patio was very nice but noisy because it’s in a Main Street however Blu creates a lovely atmosphere. The service was very good and the food was as well, but the portion sizes of the salads and appetizers were quite small and the meal overall was very expensive. $90/person with only one cocktail or glass of wine is quite pricey.

    We stumbled upon this restaurant looking for Italian food in Toronto and so glad that we decided to go! The service and food were outstanding! Our waiter was so nice and helped me to make the best choice for dinner and wine. Highly recommend if your looking for a great Italian dinner in Toronto.

    The ravioli was perfect. We enjoyed our dinner on the patio. Our server was very capable but clearly overworked. More servers are needed. I know it’s hard to find help post COVID. However, this is an expensive restaurant and excellent service is expected.

    The special pasta, Antipasti and risotto were fantastic. As were the desserts. At 72$, the lamb is outrageously priced. The salmon and cornish hen also were very tasty.
