    Three had the lobster Ravioli. Two did not finish as the Lobster had a very strong fishy taste. Go back to old Caesar salad. But rest was awesome. Thank you for the delish birthday desert!

    We had not been to the Boathouse in many years due to service in the past. This was a 1st visit since. We must say the server was great; food was great; view was awesome. We will come back to the boat house in White Rock again.

    Lovely dinner at The Boathouse. Made the most of “lobster fest”. Really enjoyed the Lobster Bisque and the ravioli was delicious. Nice atmosphere with a view of the sea & excellent service.

    We love the food there. But this time was disappointed by the new dishes we tried. Seared tuna was way too dry; Salmon carpaccio was just a few slices of smoked salmon with some salad and so over priced for the quality.

    Whjilr our server was excellent, the service was a bit slow. The restaurant itself was not busy and it felt we were waiting quite often for drinks, for water, a bc for the different courses. It was worth it in the end as the food was delicious but service could have been a bit better. Also a large party of 10 was sat right next to us even though over 1/2 of the restaurant was empty. Made it very loud and hard to talk to the people at my table.

    My boyfriend and I went for our anniversary dinner. The food was amazing and the service was even better! Helen was amazing from start to finish. The prices are very high but the experience was definitely worth it. We will definitely be back.

    The service and food were awesome. Drinks were great too. The lobster and crab ravioli were amazing. The batter on the fish and chips was a little heavy, but the fish was really good. Server was fun and on point.

    Pleasant service, great views, good food, but PRICEY. Also, parking in White Rock is expensive ($9 for just 2 hours). Perhaps merchants could reimburse a portion of the cost?

    My friends and I were celebrating a friend’s birthday. We all enjoyed the food (crab and lobster pasta, fish and chips, salad with chicken) and the ambiance of the Boathouse. Pat was served a delicious cheese cake which we shared.

    We had dinner for my Father's B'day on September 17th. The team was very helpful and accommodating. Only feedback was that we told a Cake/Slice/Desert would be served for my father for their b'day, but it wasn't served. Overall great experience.

    The menu has changed the chowder is different and the Cesar salad while different were disappointing. The prices have significantly gone up and we were left disappointed with our meal. The wait for appetizers was over 45 minutes and another 45 minutes for our main course. The server was very chatty and made the best of the situation but it certainly is the experience that the boat house use to be.

    I went on a dinner date with a friend and the food was fantastic! We both had muscles to start and they were delicious. I had the Szechwan salmon with mushroom rice and greens. The salmon was melt in my mouth good! My friend had the tuna poke bowl. Big portion and she said it was really good. The only downer was they don’t serve the full menu on the roof top patio. (Which we didn’t know) we had picked out our food online ahead of time and realized 1/2 of the menu wasn’t offered upstairs. I wish the hostess would have informed us of this before we choose the rooftop patio. Next time we will try the dining room down below. (For full menu) But otherwise, great place!

    We had a lovely time at the boathouse last night. I took my godparents for their 57 anniversary dinner. I asked the restaurant for a table by the window when I made the reservation and we got seated at the table with a view. The server was very pleasant and quick. The food was tasty and arrived quickly. It wasn’t very noisy which was excellent as it allowed us to have a nice visit and enjoy our conversation. Keep it up, the Boathouse and we’ll be back! P.S. the restaurant has an elevator which is great for people with mobility issues or young children

    We were on the rooftop deck, had an excellent meal, and a very good server. Unfortunately, our meal took about 45 minutes to arrive, which was a bit long. Our server was very apologetic, and we did get some money off the bill which was very kind. It’s the view in White Rock, so no complaints.
