Service was friendly and efficient. The place wasn't too busy even on a Friday night. You should still get a reservation, though. The kitchen is open so you can watch while the masterpieces are being created, and the chefs didn't look too stressed out. My wife, who doesn't drink, ordered a mocktail, which she said was the best she'd had. We love when bartenders happily accept the challenge of creating a non-alcoholic drink. My wife got the duck breast and thought it was delicious. We started with the agnolotti, which was yummy. I got the pork shoulder which was perfectly cooked and just the right size. It came with chipotle sauce and chimmichurri on top which created the most delicious layering of flavors that never got tiring. The food is not cheap, but this place is well worth a visit for a special occasion. That said, just going is a special occasion!

Loved the atmosphere, the staff was great. The food was delicious, my only complaint is paying $48 for half a piece of fish. All restaurants do this, and why can’t I have the full piece of fish? The other odd thing was, they did not serve salad, and there wasn’t much vegetables in with your dish. They said they could make us one if we wanted it, but it was just kind of weird. Because I only had a half a piece of fish, I left hungry and luckily my husbands dish had more meat and he shared.

Excellent in every way. The Boiler Room could be a Michelin Star restaurant. Dark, urban environment with a sunken kitchen and bar below the main floor tables. If you enjoy watching food being prepared, ask for a table overlooking the kitchen. And the food! Oh the glorious food. I had the braised morgan ranch wagyu short ribs with carrot puree, roasted fennel, dried figs and broccolini. Every single bite was delicious and the textures worked so nicely together. Presentation was beautiful. Service was excellent. Grace easily handled all of our questions and made great suggestions. Creative cocktails, extensive wine list. The small plates looked great and I will be back soon to enjoy a lite dinner and cocktail in the bar. Prices are fair. The small plates were all under $20. The big plates ran around $50. This is great food in a great environment. Get here as fast as you can.

Perfect…. I made the reservation in advance anticipating the Mother’s Day rush. The genius that I am, I made it for the Saturday AFTER Mother’s Day. TheBoilerRoom team was able to accommodate our party of five with an excellent table that allowed us to laugh and joke around with each other in a semiprivate setting. It was awesome. Thanks. So. Much.!!!

I was looking for a romantic atmosphere for my wife's birthday and was not disappointed. We both loved the ambience, the food and the wait staff. In fact, I'd have to say the food was some of the best we've had anywhere. The menu selections are unique so most of it was items we'd never tasted before. The venison I had was red stag sourced from New Zealand and it was outstanding. And the sirloin my wife ordered - I have no idea how they made sirloin taste like filet but they did. It was the best sirloin I've ever tasted. I can't begin to describe the sides - food I've never had before but it was all delicious. My wife had a wine she hadn't tasted before and I had a beer I've never heard of. Both were excellent. It is quite pricey but I'll go back because I enjoyed it that much. You won't regret going here.

Literally one of the best meals either of us have ever had! I had venison, he had halibut, and both were amazing!! Our waitress was literally the nicest woman on the face of the planet! And the atmosphere was super cool. The old building was perfect, and the artwork was perfectly matched to the environment. It sound like someone paid me to say all of this, but this is my honest and personal interpretation. My guy felt the exact same.

We had not eaten at Boiler Room other than the weekends, which we have always enjoyed. This time, our reservation was early in the week to celebrate a special occasion. There were entrees on the menu that aren't offered on the weekends, as they are limited items that are more difficult to do at busier times. Everything from the complimentary welcome bubbly (made reservation for special occasion) to dessert was flawless and exceptional. The ambiance is lovely, especially on a gray day. Boiler Room is truly a gem!

The food was absolutely fantastic and well worth the money. The charcuterie was to die for, I got the lamb shank, and my husband got the wagyu sirloin. The lamb fell off the bone and the mushrooms on the plate were the best bite of it all. The wagyu was tender and the potatoes were amazing. Everything was seasoned to perfection. Not only that, our waitress, Grace, was fabulous! She was knowledgeable, friendly, sweet, and efficient. Everything was brought to us as fast as possible. She really brought her A-game. Last night was a wonderful date night for my husband and I. I highly recommend the Boiler Room!

This was one of our bucket list restaurants and it didn’t disappoint. You know how sometimes restaurants can be hyped up and don’t live up to expectations? Not this place! The Boiler Room was amazing in every sense of the word. From the amazing staff to the melt in your mouth food. The boiler room is a must for omaha eats. We started of with drinks and a charcuterie platter. Who knew charcuterie could be that unique and pack so much flavor?! From the house made lavosh crackers, to the jam, to the spreadable pulled pork, we were in heaven! We had the perfect seats viewing the kitchen. We got to see as Chef Tim plated up our meal. His station was super clean and he worked with a lot of precision. We both ordered the steak entree and the plate literally looked like art and we didn’t know which end to start with. Steak over a bed of wild rice, with carrot purée, asparagus, and a potato au gratin in the shape of a square. It was absolutely devine and we couldn’t stop eating. Our last dish was their pana cotta with meringue. The balance between the crunchy meringue and smooth pana cotta. It was the perfect bite to end our night there. The place is worth every penny and we will be back!

The food seemed subdued, under seasoned, the flavors on the menu were just not showing up on the plates. Everything seemed too sweet, except the dessert which was outstanding. I did not feel like the quality represented the price point. The service was lovely, and timing was perfect, but the food was just ok.

That was our late Valentine dinner. We requested for Tasting menu, $75/person plus we order a bottle wine. The food was little bit salty but overall that was pretty dinner. Our waitress is super nice. Thank you chef n all staffs for your hard working.
