Located close to the corner of Glenmore and Macleod we are Calgary's first Brazilian BBQ style restaurant. At Bolero the customer is in charge of the timing on our wide selection of churrasco(skewers) to be brought to your table by our Gaucho Chefs. Green means go and Red means stop. A perfect setting for any festive occasion as we offer a wide range of different, cocktails, wine, and beer. Dining with friends and family was meant to be fun, the Brazilian way!

was it really a great experience and we have been treated very well with all servers specially Rob/ Bob ( I hope I'm not mistaken) the gentleman with the beard and he is driving SUZUKI ...lol thank you all for that wonderful night and for sure will be repeated.

This was my first visit, I can’t say enough good things. Our server Maddie was fantastic, friendly, polite, helpful and took time to talk with us. The food was delicious and the selection of meats was very good. We will definitely be back!!

1. Your hostess greeted me with a frown and made me guess if she found my reservation, she snapped no, I am looking for a table for you. 2. Waiter was chewing gum. 3. You put 2 adults in a section with screaming children, two of them were grabbing their noses and snorting like pigs. 4. The floor to the salad bar is like an ice rink, many people complained as they walked past. 5. The only hot meat I had was the ribs. The rest was hard, cold, tough and ended up with a plate of chewed meat I had to discard. I also got cheese buns that were cold and hard and asked if that is the way they were supposed to be. 6. The manager had a dirty black mask when I went to discuss this with him. If he is afraid of people get another job. 7. The robotic snappy greeter was there when I complained to the manager and I saw her smile and say, "Yes, people complain about being put in the family area!" Then why did she put us there? My son raved about this place, he and his friends always come. "It must have been an off night mom." Well this off night cost me 130.00 with the tip! I won't be coming again and would never recommend it. Very, very disappointed. I had been waiting a long time for this Ughh!

Service was very good however we did not enjoy the food. For $50 per person it is not worth it. Some of the steaks and lamb were fatty and chewy. We found that the meats were either under cooked or over cooked and tasted mostly all the same. We were looking forward to this dinner but overall we were disappointed. Desserts we had were however outstanding but are not included in the $50 a head cost.

Food spectacular as always. Especially the pineapple! Rave to the staff for bringing us 6 skewers everyime we asked for more pineapple. Also rave to how funny and kind everyone was. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive. Washed our table frequently, kept it clean. Only reason food was given a 4 thou was initially the salad bar was quite empty.

The staff members were awesome! We had a toddler with our group and they were super helpful finding a chair for them. The food was absolutely amazing. The value for money was stupendous! Left happy, full and wanting to come back again.

We love the place! Food was great like always! Only setback was that We went for a double birthday dinner. did not got a happy birthday welcome or small cake even the front acknowledged the occasion.

Thankyou Bolero for keeping it real like always. The food and service was fantastic. Our Waiter was incredible. I brought in 5 bolero virgins and left with 5 more friends obsessed with this place so we WILL be back!

Bolero has a great dining experience. The salad bar has a wide array of options and the rodizio dishes were excellent. Service was very attentive. We especially loved the roasted pineapple with a brown sugar cinnamon glaze.

We always go for family birthdays. Always enjoy the food and experience. Food is delicious and the pineapple divine. My husband picked the lime cheesecake as his birthday dessert and it was delicious. Thank you for another wonderful meal.
