Located close to the corner of Glenmore and Macleod we are Calgary's first Brazilian BBQ style restaurant. At Bolero the customer is in charge of the timing on our wide selection of churrasco(skewers) to be brought to your table by our Gaucho Chefs. Green means go and Red means stop. A perfect setting for any festive occasion as we offer a wide range of different, cocktails, wine, and beer. Dining with friends and family was meant to be fun, the Brazilian way!

Great place IR Hy terrific service. However, for the buffet portion it needs to be cleaned more frequently or at minimum, have cloth wrapped on the handles of the food warmers. Peoples dirty fingers over everything is gross.

Wonderful front desk very friendly and welcoming to the restaurant, food was top notch, great variety of meats, pineapple was a nice accompaniment to all the proteins, which were delicious, desserts as well were wonderful. Will return for special occasions for sure. Highly recommend Bolero!

This was the 2nd time we hosted a business dinner meeting at Bolero and it was another success. We spent at least 4 hours there, because we has the meeting and visited a good two hours before we ate. The servers were attentive by refilling beverages but were not annoying or rushing us in any way. The food was delicious, bacon wrapped steak was my favorite, the buffet was plentiful and our reservation was later in the evening at 8 pm. While we ate and then finished with more "work talk" they did not once ask us to hurry and leave due to it being late and them needing to close. When we were ready to leave they even sourced a cab for us. Definitely recommend this unique restaurant to any and all.

We had our 40th Wedding Anniversary dinner with family here, all staff were extremely pleasant especially Ryan, he made us feel welcome, wished us a Happy Anniversary several times and had a great sense of humor, the food was outstanding and we all had a good time, we will be back again, thank you Bolero x

We were celebrating our daughter’s 21st birthday and the host/ hostess knew right away when we entered based on our reservation. Our server was knowledgeable of her birthday and treated her with a dessert and was very friendly and attentive. On our way out, the host must have good memory because he wished her happy birthday again which shows that they care about patrons and have consistently offered great dining experiences! Much recommend to anyone wanting to go there as the food is very good and presented well👌🏽

Food, fresh, hot and fast. Staff very engaging and always asking what dishes were required. ONly problem is not recognizing a gift certificate from prior to Covid, however Manager was very helpful on advising how to follow up! HOpefully that works!

The meat in this restaurant was excellent, and very well cooked with many varieties of meat, spices, and methods of cooking. All of which tasted wonderful. The service was very understanding, helpful and respectful. Everyone was friendly.

Very noisy and the food wasn't great and very slow. 90% of the food was pork. The cheese and pineapple was great. The cheese use to be included and but now you have to pay for it. Over all not great and would rather go to Gauchos.

My new #1 restaurant in Calgary. This will be the first place I go anytime I visit from now on. There were five people in our group and every one of us said the same thing. "Top 5 meals of our lives". Come hungry and get dessert to go. You do not want to miss the tres leche cake.

As always the entire experience was amazing. All the servers go out of their way to make you feel special. The food was spectacular, as expected. New items were on the buffet - the potato salad was my favorite. Thanks for an amazing anniversary dinner!

Food was really good. We’ve been here a handful of times, and this was by far the best. The habanero pork is to die for. Service was impeccable, and even though the restaurant was for the noise level wasn’t too bad. Great experience and we will be back more often.

The choice of food was wide and very tasty. All the meat was done to perfection. The service was quick and prompt. As well there was a good choice of wine and other drinks. I would say that we received very good value for the price. And did I mention the desert, the creme boulet! Delicious. And because it was our 65th anniversary it was a gift from the restaurant. Thank you very much.

It is up to you how much value you get out of your meal! We arrived at 6:30pm and stayed until close and really felt like we got our value! It was delicious and so fun. We love going with groups here as it adds to the fun of the experience.
