   Our waiter Diego provided great services. We enjoyed the unlimited small plates brunch menu. Our food items were served shortly after placing the order even this the top dining room was quite full. Thank you, I’ll be back :)

   It was an okay place but not one I would go back to. There are many better restaurants to spend your money at and it was kind of disappointing compared to the write up and videos we watched before booking. The food was somewhat pasty if that is a good description. The seafood enchiladas tasted like the seafood was minced canned fish so if that is the kind of crab you like then go for it. Tasted like a crab cake rolled in a tortilla.

   We were absolutely blown away by the flavor profile of the food at Border Grill. We were already fans of the owners, but this was next level cuisine. We can't wait to come back to eat at this restaurant!

    We got there and were seated right away. Place was mostly empty but there was one server / busser cleaning tables that was constantly screaming out "whoop, whoop, that's the sound of the police" which is a KRS- 1 song from the 80's. Very annoying and no one stopped him.

    Service started out good but some missteps left us wondering where our server was several times. Not sure if they had tables in another section or what because there weren’t many tables in our area. Mom’s margarita was super sweet and when they remade it, it was just as sweet as before. Mine was fine, but hers was hard to drink, so she just left it. Paid $5 for chips and salsa and half of the chips were just chips of chips. Ordered guacamole that never showed up, but made it on our bill. Was sent a sweet corn tamale ‘appetizer’ (at the end of the meal when we were stuffed) as a gesture from our server but they were undercooked and soggy inside. Had trouble using our $100 resort credit & was told we had to take it up with the ‘front desk’ but when we walked allllll the way over there, we were told that they should have taken care of it at the restaurant and simply charged it to our room, and were then directed to MLife desk. We go to Vegas to dine, and only have a handful of meals to experience all the great food LV has to offer. This will not be on our list of places to return. Never ever.

    Molcajete was so great! The portion of fish was immense and the sauce is so good. The grilled skirt steak was so tender and good - the waiter said they hand cut all their own steaks. My son was going to order the chicken tacos off the kids menu but they were chicken tender tacos, which he doesn’t like. We asked the waiter if they could possibly do mahi tacos instead and he said of course - asked us what kinds of toppings he wanted - so accommodating. Service was great - our server Kyle was excellent. Back patio was also great. I’d say the only ok item was the margarita- it wasn’t my favorite but still good. Definitely recommend for a family dinner and would love to try for brunch.

    We went here based on the recommendation of my coworker… Huge mistake. Service was very slow even though they weren’t busy, all of our food was cold when it came to the table and then after we sent it back and were served new dishes, the plates were so hot you cannot even touch them. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Over priced, and undervalued.

    The food and service was great, but we were told we couldn’t order any espresso drinks, because the machine was broken. That wasn’t an issue until we heard and saw someone else on staff using the machine. Just seemed kind of weird and tainted the experience a little bit.

    As with my previous reviews, Border Grill never disappoints!! We had a party of 18 celebrating Mother’s Day, which we also found out there was a fresh oyster bar included in the bottomless brunch. The staff is always so great to us when we come in, thank you to Manuel for adjusting my reservation at the last minute. Thank you to Adrienne and Redd for tending to us all so well.     This is one of our must do places for restaurants in Las Vegas. We plan our trips, to make sure that we get to go to the Sunday brunch. The food is amazing!! The servers are awesome!! For a great spin on Mexican food, the Border Grill is a must try!!

    The food was horrible. I’ve been there many times and this is the first time I didn’t enjoy it. I ordered pasta for my son and it was awful! We had to return it. I did the endless brunch plates and out of the 5 plates I only ate one because the other 4 were gross.

    This used to be my favorite meal in LV, was looking forward to it the whole trip. Food has gone down hill, and the drinks were very watered down. The kitchen lost our order, and we waited ~45 minutes before we got served. The waiter was fantastic about it and comped most of our check. But definitely no longer the outstanding experience it once was.

    We have been to a lot of fancy, highly regarded, very expensive, dress-code enforced restaurants in Vegas and while they have all been good, none were better than the Border Grill. Our server was named Katey and she was phenomenal. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious, highlighted by smoked prime rib tacos and braised short rib enchiladas. The guac was fantastic too, as were the three different salsas and the caramelized plantains. And the Cadillac margaritas! It's not necessarily traditional Mexican food, but it's all made in house. Truly one of the best experiences we've had in Vegas. And it's super casual and unpretentious and pretty reasonably priced, at least by Vegas standards (which ain't cheap). It was just under $200, and that's with 6 cocktails. This will be a regular stop for us on our future Vegas trips.

    Guac was great! Chips were fresh and delicious. Meals were good but not amazing or show stopping. One drink was delicious the other was incredibly strong and just tasted like liquor. Our server was great. The hostess was probably the worst part of it. She was not friendly, didn’t smile or have any warmth, even her body language was angry and annoyed. She asked us to step to the side once we told her we had a reservation but didn’t tell us why. Then she ignored us and stood there at the host desk or walked around for 10 min or so while we just stood there at the entrance awkwardly waiting but we weren’t sure what we were waiting for. We asked a different hostess what we were waiting for and she said she didn’t know and she seated us. We are all allowed to have bad or off days, just realize the effect that has on a guest when that’s your first impression of a restaurant. She wasn’t just indifferent, she seemed annoyed at the world and like we were inconveniencing her personally.
