The services were excellent. The manager was great. My guests and I were so pleased from arrival of the restaurant to leaving.
Amazing dinner. Had the four course meal. Every part of the meal was delicious and our server was the best. Definitely recommend BOSK if you are considering eating here. They also have a vegan/vegetarian menu as well. I had the pea soup/agnolotti/lamb which were delicious.
Excellent food and service.. definitely would come back .. highly recommended.. a bit pricy but it worth every penny ..

Services was great but everything took very long. Food service was not at par of what I would have expected. A good experience overall but by no means superb. Average hotel overpriced meal with ambiance in lobby that doesn't make it to the restaurant.
First appetizer is too salty for me and my date. The scallop and the chicken in the third and fifth picture is perfect with their excellent food quality and the way they were made. Their signature dry-aged steak (fourth) is ok maybe above average, since my requirement for steak is ridiculously high. Dessert was peach ice-cream and pumpkin pie with rice ice-cream and it was the best pumpkin dessert I’ve ever had. Service is not perfect but good. Prices are fair. Overall it worth a try.
Our dinner lasted almost 3 hours, mainly because the waiting time between courses was excessive. The service was attentive but often sluggish, even for simple requests like a dessert menu. Food was delicious, hearty, and quite creative, but at times, too rich and salty for my taste. Overall for the value and service, the meal for a special occasion was good, but not exceptional for such a world-class hotel brand.
I have been coming here for the past 6 years and it has always been a great time. Service is absolutely phenomenal. Food is great. Live music is a plus.

Need to open up their street entrances to the restaurant rather than force everyone coming from the south to double back through the hotel entrance on the north side of the block. Not clear where to enter from the intersection at the street. Otherwise, great resto.
The staff at Bosk are very professional and courteous. The food is excellent and well plated. I went there for a business lunch and was seated beside a wall, so I lost the experience of enjoying this nice restaurant. It would have been nice to sit somewhere else given it wasn't too busy. They could have asked. Otherwise, the calamari was excellent, the fish sandwich was tasty, and the chocolate dessert was perfect. Enjoy.

The services there are excellent. All the staff (including hosts, waiters, waitresses and managers) are very friendly. The servers Megan and Daniel did a wonderful job. Much appreciated.

My son’s dinner treat before heading black to university. Very poor, inattentive service, cold fries with burger and steak, steak over cooked and dry, asked for more jus which came when almost done, “warm” toffee cake was cold. Swinging door to kitchen kept open and all we heard and saw was kitchen activity, server preoccupied despite dining room being almost empty. Hugely disappointing miserable experience not deserving of our time or money!

Our meal was outstanding and our server was excellent. We had a reservation in the past but were not able to have dinner. We’re so glad we had the opportunity this time. The food was light and creative and full of flavor. The wine list was excellent. We will absolutely come here again.

BOSK is not your ordinary restaurant in a hotel. It is elegant, has a great vibe with creative and delicious food. The ingredients were fresh and beautifully presented. My husband opted for the four course tasting and we split the dessert (4th) course. Portions were not meager as some “special” restaurants serve. The proteins were about 4-5 oz. We had a fabulous grilled octopus and a delicious spring pea soup as appetizers, a pan roasted Halibut and grilled rib eye for entrees and a decadent ice cream Sundae for dessert. Every single bite was perfection. Our waiter paired local Niagara wines for us and each one was very good. We thought BOSK was one of the best restaurants we have eaten in. The fact that it was in our hotel was a plus.

We choose the menu with 4 courses. The quantity was the right one, the taste was excellent. The wine proposed was very good.
Of course, we can recommend this restaurant without any issue !

I often feel Bosk needs two separate entries on OpenTable. Entry 1: perhaps the single best breakfast/brunch place in the city. Entry 2: a great, but perhaps over-priced, lunch/dinner place.
I was there solo for breakfast and it was, as always, spectacular. Service is on-point, always hitting the right timing and giving me lots of space to read & eat in peace. Coffee was spectacular (their Americanos are amongst the best in the city). The food was perfect, with ideally poached eggs and delicate flavours. It isn't cheap, but this is one of those "you get what you pay for" places, and I can't strongly recommend their breakfast enough.
Booked Bosk for a birthday brunch. Food and drinks were great but service was terrible and dampened our celebrations. Our server Eugene wasn’t attentive and completely unaware of any social queues. The place wasn’t busy at all (there were two other parties of 2 seated inside) so it was disappointing to get such poor service. Eugene also didn’t acknowledge that we had booked this for a special occasion and everything about service was mediocre. We cut our brunch short and decided to go elsewhere instead. Disappointed, accustomed to better customer service at the Shangri-La.
First time at bosk, other than high tea in the lounge. The service was great! It was quick and courteous and professional. The food (we had lamb with thick noodles dish) as our main and it was highly recommended. We both loved it! Great portion and the food came in a very timely manner.
Beautiful night of food and drink but dishes are small and agregiously overpriced. If I wasn't paying I would return. 200 per person is excessive.

Bosk is better for afternoon tea or for dinner, especially on the patio outdoors, than for lunch. The lighting was too dark as well, but the service was very good. Valet parking was expensive, so most of our group just took the TTC subway to Osgoode station.
The scallop dish was awesome! they were one of the largest size of scallops i've had before. perfectly seared. The lamb was really good as well, very moist and the skin on top was surprisingly crispy.

Delicious food, even simple dishes were exceptionally prepared with great accompaniments - the chef must have a great palate! Service was great, we had a lovely dinner even with our 5 month old.

My wife and I visit many rated restaurants around the world. The service was outstanding, casual yet precise and the food was interesting and well done/balanced. We had the tasting menu paired with the wine and it was a very nice experience. Not as special as some of the 2 or 3 star places...but our experience left us feeling well fed, taken care of and happy.
