What an incredible dinner we experienced at Le Central last evening. From start to finish it was perfect. Appetizers of Lobster Bisque and Endive and Roasted Beets was a great way to start. My husband had the Lamb Shoulder and I had the Salmon Nicoise. Both were delicious, I would not have changed one thing. We did not think we could do dessert, but could not pass up homemade Maple Walnut Ice Cream ("the best maple walnut" my husband has ever had!) and Lemon Ricotta Crepes. Just a lovely evening. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Location was perfect. Restaurant was quiet and lovely, it has a relaxed ambiance that makes eating here even more pleasurable. Looking forward to our next visit.
