    Came here for happy hour and drinks and decided to stay for their dinner service. Everything was phenomenal. The seafood was fresh and the service was attentive without being too overbearing. The cornbread is a definite must have as well as desserts. They had a truffle pasta on their special menu and that was insanely good.

    Elegant and lovely restaurant that hit all the right notes. The food was very good, standouts being the clam chowder, scallops, and salmon special. Our server Richard definitely added to our experience, he was pleasant, knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient . The night could not have been better. It is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion but would also be perfect when you just want something delicious to eat.

    The waiters are not professional and not too nice. The waiter seems to be unhappy and not motivated. He doesn’t smile or talk much. He doesn’t like his job maybe. Like a robot. Chocolate cake taste like heavy peanut butter. Oysters are small.

    The Beef Carpaccio, Seared Hokkaido Scallops and Sablefish were amazingly delicious. And to bookend the evening, the Sesame Praline Bar was exquisite.

    Service was great. Even though patio was in the driveway of hotel, it was still a nice place to sit and enjoy a cocktail. Seafood tower was delicious. It was our anniversary and they gave us an amazing dessert to celebrate.

    All of the food and service was excellent. Desserts were especially outstanding. Really enjoyed having a side by side wine tasting of several wines as opposed to just aone bottle. We had asked the waiter for the wine steward to get a bottle recommendation and he offered the tasting instead. (The fellow gave me his card and as it turned out he is the executive general manager!) Only quibble is that the women's washroom wasn't totally clean (but I believe that is a fault of the Sutton hotel as the washroom is in the hotel lobby.)

    I didn’t like that a party the same size as ours that came in 5 minutes got seated first at the most comfortable table. That said, our waitress could not have been more helpful and charming

    Eating at Boulevard was a truly memorable experience. We were celebrating a birthday and we’re treated exceptionally well. The food and service was one of the best I have had. The chef and his staff prepared a most delicious meal. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to everyone.

    Six of us enjoyed dinner last night, so many delicious dishes! Everyone raved and the service was impeccable...the chef uses fresh top quality ingredients and the flavors ready pop with flavor. Great meal and we're so glad we went there!

    Excellent dinner experience, food was amazing, beautifully prepared and presented. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable about the dishes and the wines. We all chose to have the prix fixed menu with the accompanying wine flight. Outstanding! Great value.....and overall dining experience, definitely highly recommend and we will be back.

    I worked with Mario Battali’s team and have dined in some of the best Michelin restaurants in the world. Boulevard’s service, and food went beyond my expectations. Being celiac didn’t mean that I had to miss on any of the flavours or fun. In the top 3 meals of my life. Thank you Roger and the BLVD team for an incredible evening!

    Food was amazing. If you love seafood you will adore the Boulevard. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Vancouver. The restaurant itself is busy and not intimate…so if you’re looking for that quiet romantic dinner hmm try elsewhere or a late sitting. Its a busy room(s) in a busy hotel with outstanding food. Every restaurant has serving issues right now but that was the noticeable difference of a meal there and other top tier restaurants. I’m sure that as new staff is trained the level of dining experience will increase dramatically. Everyone was helpful, earnest and trying their best to make our table have an enjoyable experience I plan to go back. The night was wonderful. The shortcomings were minor and I am sure, will be overcome.
