Excellent plating. Feast for the eyes and creative balance of flavors. Dessert is a must.
The entire experience was pleasant and inviting. The oysters were delicious and I was happy that our server separated them by region, so we knew what we were eating. The Seafood Pasta and Sablefish were to die for, so delicious, fresh and exactly what a dream meal consists of. Our server was very attentive and kind. It was a wonderful experience!

I had a date night here the other day and it was quite pleasant for my first time dining here.
We ordered the seafood tower for two and we really enjoyed taking our time to eat each item. I appreciated that they gave us wet towels to clean our hands with and when my partner let one of the servers know about one of the shrimps not being deveined, she promptly apologized and took it away.. only to return with TWO deveined shrimps. My partner had order the prix fixe with the clam chowder (which was flavourful), the hangar steak, and the chocolate terrine while I had the risotto.
I really enjoyed the flavour of whipped basil ricotta in the risotto dish although i can't say the croutons did much for me. The Hangar steak was cooked well and the potato espuma was definitely an interesting concept.. we enjoyed the not quite mashed potatoes but not quite foam either texture. We couldn't really eat too much of our mains as we were quite full from the seafood tower and I appreciated that the waitress asked to see if we were just full or if we didn't enjoy the food for some reason. After packing up our leftover mains, we had the chocolate terrine and I normally don't like dark chocolate much.. but i really enjoyed the creaminess of this dark chocolate along with the whipped cream. It made for a delicious finish to the evening. The only thing I would say that was a bit weird was that for a place with "service" like this.. they just brought out the boxes for us to pack our own food.. It was slightly uncomfortable as I had to pick up my large plate to scrape the risotto into the box.. I did not look very elegant doing this.. but perhaps there is a COVID related reason to this?

What a great experience we had at Boulevard. Service is impeccable! Had the Ling cod, which was really scrumptious. The seafood linguine was also excellent. Alas we did not have dessert, but the coffee was great! Highly recommend this restaurant. Worth every penny!

After having gone to this restaurant for so many years from hosting dinners to family gatherings we were so disappointed in the service and food. Firstly the server was this pushy, passive aggressive man who was rushing us non stop. From the minute we sat down (we were a group of 5 ladies) he barely gave us a chance to look at the menu. He kept coming back though we asked for time to look at the menu. While taking our order he wasn’t too happy when we made special requests. He insisted that the hotel doesn’t have a side of avocado for our eggs and was pushing us to have spinach which was on the menu. Then we were astonished that the most basic breakfast on the menu came without bread while it came with meat Abe potatoes and egg only. Then when had a long back and forth over the bread. Once our food arrived, the server disappeared for so long that I had to go find a server to ask for coffee, water and extra ketchup. Then when I found another server he told us that our server “disappears often”. He brought us the coffee end water and then it took such a long time foe our server to come back and once he did , he smelled like smoke . Basically we had an awful experience! Felt like we were at a Denny’s! I have never in the last 30 years of going to this resultant and lounge experienced such poor quality of service. Very very disappointed and will not return. In fact I am planning on reaching out to the hotel General Manger. Too bad I didn’t get the name of the server!
Amazing food and lovely staff! They made our 11th anniversary so special for us!
Exceeded all expectations. The food was outstanding. One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Staff were incredible and very attentive.
Prefect as usual, never disappointed
Four of us celebrated a birthday. Being on the older side, the space was noisy at times. The lobby was hopping with customers and was quite noticeable. However, the server was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with selecting both food and drinks. The chairs were also comfortable to sit in for an extended period of time. One of us was allergic to dairy, so that limited the menu extensively, yet the meal presented was tasty. We enjoyed the experience and would return to try the other sections of the restaurant.

The chilled seafood platter was amazing! The risotto was great too. I had ordered the sablefish and I think it was smoked a bit too much for me. Ambiance was very nice. I would come back again but I think to try a tasting menu - maybe that needs to be promoted a bit more?
Very authentic experience, will return in the future
No one in our party was asked to provide proof of our Covid Vaccine Passport. We were a group of 7 and we arrived in groups of 2. As our group is all nurses, we are horribly disappointed that Boulevard was not complying with the Public Health Order.
Do better Boulevard.
Food was excellent. Servers very knowledgeable- could have checked back a little more often.
The food was not good, and really expensive for really small portions.
Capable chef and sommelier, but the rest of the service staff were poorly trained which hurt the overall experience.
The experience was amazing! The only exception was the waitress taking away our drinks before we had finished them.
Our server really took care of us and went through the list of what we ordered and helped our friend with dietary restrictions navigate the menu.

Everything about our meal and service was top-notch. I highly recommend the caviar and accoutrements - outstanding!
The patio location is OK but suboptimal purely and simply because it really is practically on the Burrard street entrance which is a very, very busy roadway. No real ambience! The food was good but not exceptional. My wife and I both had a fish serving for Mains and acceptable but not memorable. The fish needed to be a bit moister in texture - a bit too dry. The service was superb, The wine pairings were very good selections.
One word to describe everything, they are just “fantastic”! Thank you for keeping a nice n clean restaurant, excellent/fresh food that I can clear the plate like a mirror every time, and extraordinary service! Appreciate so much for All of your contributions during pandemic. 😊 btw I miss your soufflé 😋

Went here since it's considered one of the best restaurants in vancouver to celebrate my birthday. Overall, the food was fantastic really really good. The service was atrocious and one of the worst experiences in a fine dining establishment I've ever had. Server comes introduces himself and takes our drink order. We get our drinks, I pretty much finish mine then he comes back and we order entrees. After taking the entree order the server disappeared. Our drinks are empty for the rest of the night and we got utensils without any napkins. I ate my entire meal without a napkin and didnt get the chance to order another beverage because the server never came back. He was too busy with whatever he was doing to come back. I wanted to get dessert and another drink but I decided to end the meal because I was upset about the treatment at this place. Spoke to the manager to inform him of the situation and he offer us to come back but I didnt have the time to. Bottom line though this kind of service should never happen at a restaurant of this caliber. I got better service at a hole in the wall bar in vancouver.
