Nestled inside the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites, Brasa showcases the flavours and cultural flair of Brazil. Following a "centuries-old" tradition of cooking on an open fire, diners can experience endless cuts of succulent beef, pork, lamb, and chicken carved tableside in the style of authentic Brazilian gauchos. A two-sided disk is used by diners to signal when they’re ready for these sizzling skewers: green means "More, please!" and red means "I've had enough, for now." Eat as much as you want and at your own pace.

    Brasa is my favourite restaurant, hands down. They nail the experience, the food, the quality and service almost everytime and I can’t wait to go back. This is my 4th visit. I travel about 3 hours to have a fantastic meal here. I’ve tried Brazilian Steakhouses closer to home but without a doubt they always have me longing for the Brasa experience.

    I wasn’t impressed with the waitress. She sat us, took our drink orders, brought them back and we never saw her again for over an hour (well after our drinks had been consumed).

    Amazing! Everything was great from start to finish. Great service, great food, it is not quiet though as there is live music (which we loved).

    Food was bland. I was very disappointed. Had to ask for certain meats. They ran out every time before they got to us. I will not ever go back.

    Too fast the frequency of the meats at the beginning, sometimes that fast that they don't even listen when you say " yes, please!". Then they are like gone and don't take the time to see on the table the green ones. You don't enjoy the meats because very quick you have a mix on your plate. Early booking "discount" is not applied even if you mentioned and picked it from the reservation, they will try to avoid it, so please check the bill before to pay.

    This was the first time experiencing a restaurant like this and it did not disappoint! The food selection was amazing and the meats, they were excellent. This was such a relaxed atmosphere with no rushing to be done so they could turn the table, it was an incredible time and I’d love to go back when they have live entertainment. Highly recommend!
