Have had better experience in the past.
This experience the water glasses had lipstick smudge marks on them. The service was poor. Not very attentive. Special occasion not addressed. Unfortunately won’t be back for some time if at all.
It is a little pricey but the food is delicious wasn’t impressed with our waiter he never came by to see how we were doing we had no cutlery and he blamed the customers for stealing it but the food and the atmosphere were very good and would try it again but not the same waiter
Amazing place! Food was fantastic and a great buffet!
Absolutely delicious food, servers were kind and curdious...drinks were way too expensive. Plus, it was our anniversary, which no one asked about or acknowledged.
The food was amazing! If you are able to afford the cost of the meal than I highly recommend it. I didn't feel like the value of what I ate matched with the cost.
I was extremely unimpressed with our server. Gave no regard to my food allergy and took forever to come back around to our table.
I would recommend after our last 4 visits but not after our 5th this weekend.
We were seated quickly because we had reservation but waiter took a while to get us drinks bc they forgot what we ordered.
The meat servers this time were repetitive and we felt we didn't get to try all 12 meats maybe 5 tops. We asked our waiter to send the parmesan pork and garlic steak our way but never happened. The meats were mostly bloody, very bland. The only seasoning was course salt on outside. Pineapple was only saving grace here. Also last 4 times we were given a small appetizer at beginning not this time.
There was no AC. Very dark - hard to see. Very noisy. Not sure what happened but quality of this place gone waaaaay down. Also there's a mandatory tourism tax even for residents of Ontario. Last 4 times you removed it. This time waiter wouldn't budge. Sure there goes some tips then. Shame. Next time going to Copa Cabana
this is the last time that I will visit Brasa, the value for what you get is not there at all, there are better options for a steakhouse
we have been to this location a few times and this will be the last
As far as the food yes, but the Niagara tax or fee is ridiculous and the price is not worth it any more
The service and food were terrific however it is quite pricey. I was not happy to pay the tourist fee on my bill. I would have much rather tipped the server that amount instead.
My wife and I were there on Friday for our anniversary. The service was some of the worst I have ever had. When I brought it to the managers attention she looked after us for the rest of the evening.
We have never had a bad experience at Brada. Would recommend it to everyone.
Great service. Food was good, however the meat was a bit too salty and some cuts like the pork were too tough and dry.
I think there are better Brazilian steakhouses available. This one was moderately priced at $50 CAD for a weeknight dinner, but the quality of the meats was not very good. Supermarket quality instead of restaurant quality. Shortribs were not marinated before grilling so they were tough, pork "tenderloin" described by the gaucho was actually pork loin cut into smaller pieces - flavour was good though, rump steak was tough and sinewy. Bottom sirloin was tasty, rib-eye steak was tender but could have been better if they'd used Prime grade instead of AA or AAA. When you're going to a Brazilian steakhouse, you expect top quality and people are willing to pay for that. Maybe up the prices by $10 and improve the quality of the meats? Canadian meats are awesome, but whoever purchases for this restaurant doesn't know that. The executive chef needs to get better control.
This was the first time I ever had Brasa or Brazilian food. The food, the ambiance, everything was OUTSTANDING. The food was absolutely delicious. I strongly recommend it.
My absolute favorite place to eat when visiting Niagara. I will be back next visit. Bravo Braza on always making my dining experience amazing and memorable.
Very busy venue so service, noise and confusion levels come along with it. Excellent server but the sheer volume placed on him had drinks running after an excessive wait. Very noisy customers trying to talk above the band playing, screaming kids, etc. Then OpenTable reported that the restaurant did we missed our reservation, probably because of the very busy reception becoming confused?
Food was good and substantially typical Brazilian BBQ. I would recommend for slower times.
It was very busy tonight, but still food was great!
Although the host couldn’t find our reservation/name, we were seated right away! The waitress was very personable and helpful. Loved the food, the pineapple was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!
Quality of food was very poor.
Over cooked meat.
Very disappointed. I’ve been to many churrascarias and this one was the worse. They ran out of rice which is unheard of and the meats were tough and chewy. The servers were nice.
We had a lovely time at Brasa our server Cameron was very attentive the only suggestion I have would be sharper knives lol
Our Waiter was outstanding!!!! He was attentive to our needs and checked on us regularly, so we didn't have to look for him. He was polite and courteous and made us feel very special.
Food was great, meat was outstanding!!!! Pineapple was also outstanding!!!! Salad bar could be a little better, especially the seafood since its advertised. Wasn't enough seafood options. There was a fish/clam/shrimp medley and shrimp, so needs more options like crab, scallops, lobster or other items along those lines.
Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the Hostess. There were three at the reception desk, and I had to get there attention in order to let them know we had a reservation. Even when doing so, there was no communication reciprocated, such as "one moment please while I find you a table", or "come this way and Ill show you to your table". We stood there while the three of them discussed amongst them selves and finally one of them picked up two menu's so we assumed we were to follow her.
All the food was served at 10/per head quality, but charged 60/head. Lackluster, very unfortunate. Copacabana was much better.
Brasa has begun charging an additional, optional hospitality tax on the final bill. It used to be waived upon request, but now that they insist on charging it, I will not be returning to this spot. Which is a shame, because it is one of my favourites in Niagara.
Loved eating here with my husband who is from Brazil. He said the food is just like home. A little pricey but would definitely come back and enjoy a meal here again. Great staff and they are very friendly. The servers came around a lot with the meat and we were always attended too. Buffet was always stocked too!!
Good food and service but overpriced
The servers were amazing! They would ask us what cut of meat we would like next and they sent that server over to us.
Me and my boyfriend had dinner here last Friday and the experience was excellent. With our reservation we were seated immediately and our waiter Wisam was very quick to greet us. He gave us a quick explanation of the buffet and meat menu, and was very attentive about clearing our plates. The food was fantastic, abundant buffet and the gauchos were fast to bring everything around when your card was green. My only private complaint is about the check - there is a ~20$ tourist charge added to the bill. Otherwise you can't go wrong eating here any day of the week while you're in Niagara.
Meats fantastic as always. Free valet was a huge surprise.
Mermaid lemonade was amazing as well.
Had to ask servers to stop overlooking our table when they brought meat out.
The service convenience and ambiance were nice. The salad bar was very nice but the meats were not at all what we expected. Very salty meats and fatty pork loin. There are several restaurants in that area that would give better value for your money.
Love the Brasa! We plan a trip to Niagara Falls every year just for dinner because we love it so much!!
Excellent experience. All of the meat was delicious, service was exceptional, would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a night out.
Very expensive but it was fun none the lesd
Well recommended Brasa to our friends it's our annual anniversary place. It can continued to get very pricey but worth it.
Our server Eric was especially attentive and helpful.
The food was good as usual, however, the weekend price is steep. I found that the live band was too loud and had to speak over the music often.
Excellent barbequed meat. This was hands down best brazzillian restaurant I've been to yet. Staff was friendly and informative. Price was a little high but was worth the cost.
The meat was delicious and the men serving the meat were very nice. But out waiter was absolutely horrible. Took forever to get his attention or to get a drink or even to get our bill.
This is my 5th time at Brasa, that should tell you everything you need to know. The food is delicious, service is amazing and everyone is so kind. The music this particular night was fabulous, not too loud but loud enough that you could enjoy conversation at the table and still hum away at the music. The restaurant is clean and accommodating. I also noticed how often they were switching and replenishing the buffet table, so the food was always fresh. Thank you all for a lovely dining experience, I'll definable be back!
Food was great. The only complaint I have is when we sat at the round tables in the center. We found the servers with the meet didnt really come over to us. They concentrated more on the outter tables. Found we had to always ask to come to us. And alit of times they never had enough to serve our whole table.
