Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse - Niagara Falls Ratings and Reviews
Service was good. There was good variety and tasty selections at the salad bar. The meat quality was not impressive at all. We had visited a couple years ago and the meat quality was much superior then.
We as a family really enjoyed our time , very tasty food and excellent service
We had book reservations but had to wait for an hour. I could say was worth the wait, the food was amazing!!!!
Excellent beginning to end. One of the food servers has been there for a long time and is part of the team that preps all the meat earlier in the day. They have a real vested interest in the outcome. I highly recommend this restaurant.
We were celebrating our anniversary and they did fulfil our request with a window table. I found for the amount we could eat, it was extremely expensive. Some meats, especially the ribs were rarely brought around which was disappointing as we both enjoy ribs. Chicken and pineapple were always brought by!
Have been many times, will go back again. A few steaks were dry / overdone but some were fantastic as usual.
We had made a later reservation since we were staying at the hotel. When we checked in with the hostess she was feeling bad about seating a sever bc she knew he wanted to got home. While walking to out table I nearly slipped bc the floors to the dinning area were so slick from whatever it was that you had to tip to so you wouldn't bite it. The buffet area was fine. The server warned us not to over do it. Which we of course did but when then meat started to come around I had to ask for a side plant bc they would just quickly drop it on my plate. Which my first meat was almost purposely dropped on cocktail sauce so I didn't eat it. The meat Carver's came through quickly and I almost felt rushed. The selection was fair. Very over cooked meat and fatty piece that I was getting. Overall, it was a typical hotel dinner and very touristy. We come up to this hotel yearly, I most likely won't suggest this restaurant when choosing from the others that are offered.
Husband and I went on a Friday night to celebrate my Birthday. Staff was very attentive and the food was delish!
We have dined at Braza many times and have had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, this time our service was very poor. Waitress was not attentive at all leaving our drinks empty and the forgetting to bring our drinks once she did ask if we wanted another. Our Gauchos were amazing and making sure we were served the meats we wanted. Manager did eventually come around after once our check was brought to make sure everything was ok. After I expressed my concerns he did adjust our bill 20%. It still was a disappointing night for the money that was spent.
Great service by staff. Always checked up on without being smothering. Food was good, though at times the cuts were more scrap than meat. This depended on when the spit got around to you. Seemed they tried to rotate which worked out great. Would absolutely go again.
Very good service. Very good food, busy place but the wait wasn't too bad. Definitely recommend it!
Food (meat) was excellent - a little pricey. Our waiter wasn't the most attentive - busy catering to bigger tables. Needed a better bread selection. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
Overall great experience
Service was good , nice place to dine , been here a year ago and food was great , but this time around we felt the food was subpar. Overall disappointed with the meats ... they were just st ok ... for the money we were not wowed this time
Brasa is one of those restaurants that is WORTH the drive and the money! The venue itself is easily accessible if you are staying at the Fallsview or the Hilton. They often have live music too, which can make for some great dinner entertainment. The environment is often romantic, as it is usually couples who dine here with the occasional family. The service is always beyond expectations, and you can tell they are trained very well! It is pretty pricey, but you often get coupons to dine here if you stay at the Fallsview or the Hilton. (We saved $40 off our dinner just the other night!!)
Anyone who has dined here will tell you that the selection is phenomenal. Tons of different cuts of beef, which are all mouth-wateringly good. Chicken, pork, lamb, and of course the pineapple! (Tip: Do not forget to try the pineapple. Definitely a great way to digest your food when that RED side is up) Their buffet table is stocked with plenty of salads, cold side dishes, some hot authentic Spanish dishes, and seafood. (Depending on the day you go in, the food options will rotate)
I can honestly say that this is mine and my boyfriends favourite date spot! We share a bottle of the Reif Estate Cabernet Franc, which has quickly become our favourite pairing with the red meat selection. (Our waiter recommended it to us the first time we came for dinner, and we could not be more impressed by its flavor.. not to mention it's made locally!)
All in all, this restaurant is a MUST if you find yourself in the area of Niagara Falls. And if you don't, maybe you should make an excuse to come and experience Brasa.
A VERY Happy Customer,
Excellent Brazilian Steakhouse in the WNY/Southern Ontario region
First of all I am a vegetarian so this restaurant was so not for me but I already knew that. Lol With that being said, my kids completely loved it! Needless to say they are not vegetarians. The fresh green salads, pasta salads and desserts are delicious. Of course, the big event is the meat. All you do is flip over the coaster and they bring you beef, chicken, lamb and pork. My kids were in heaven. Our favorite even for the non-vegetarians was the grilled pineapple! If you go you must try the pineapple it melts in your mouth. Restaurant pricey but for a special occasion it’s a must.
370$ for dinner of 2 adults 1 kid NO alcohol because we don’t drink so yes very steep on prices, salad bar very very poor quality. Very disappointed.
We did't realize it was more for New Year's Eve. Which was unfortunate. We found that the meats didn't come around as much as we'd hoped. The salad bar was great but make sure to keep room for the meats!
We went out for my husbands birthday which also happens to be new years eve. We have been to the restaurant several times and really enjoyed ourselves. It would have been nice to have known a head of time that the prices were going to be elevated because of new years eve. We paid double and we didn't get wine or cocktails. This felt unfair because this was not noted to us. Also I saw on a receipt that we were labelled late dinner. We ate at 7pm since when is this late? For dinner. Food was great just feel we were taken advantage of for pricing.
Nice! Awesome food!
The food was excellent and the service was very good. I was just surprised that the price went from $69 per person to $99 for New Year’s Eve. I could see $10 more but not $30. I would come back for a regular priced meal but never again for New Year’s Eve. Just too expensive for what you get.
Way too expensive. Put us in a corner where we were closed off. No entertainment. I would choose copa over brass next time. For $99 per person there was nothing different than what is usually provided.
Disappointed with the service and food. It was our first visit to the Brasa and our last. Dinner for two was over $200 and the only meat we got was a pork sausage a slice of chicken and a slice of rump roast. Would not recommend it to a friend
Brasa was a must-go place every time we go to Niagara. We made reservation on New Year's Eve at 5:30pm for family gathering. Food was good as usual, service was fair too. However we were
disappointed at how they increase the price from $59 to $79 (early bird price, if later than 6:30pm it will be $99) per person on New Year's Eve, where the food menu has nothing new nor any special offer that night. I kinda understand they increased the price for special event dates to control the amount of guests, but, really, that much increase???? Totally not worth it. Will never go again on Holidays.
The food was over done and dry. Some of the Groucho’s were cutting the meat the wrong way making it tough. Our waiter wasn’t attentive to us at all. Very lousy experience for a holiday dinner. The price was higher for the night. Definitely not worth it!!!!
Dined here before and have dined in other Brazilian Steakhouse houses before. This was aweful.
We continued to ask for medium to medium rare and we served a TON of well done meat. Even our server agreed that the meat ( that we left) was way over done when he changed the plates. No one wants shoe leather. Was told by a server when I asked for a small serving that "yes he agreed I don't need a big portion". Excuse me!!! You don't say that. We are customers not your pals!
We mentioned our displeasure with the food and there was no compensation offered.
We will not done here again. Many other options in the area to have bad food.
The food was exceptional, the service was outstanding!!
Really enjoyed the top sirloin roast, fantastic rub / BBQ flavour and so tender.
The lamb was also very tasty. And the offerings on the buffet were nicely varied, and very fresh.
Come hungry, you will want to taste it all, and even when you say "just a little" it sure adds up.
Excellent wait staff.
Delicious Picanha!!! mmm yummm!!
nice music, great service.
We have visited the restaurant on many occasions prior and found it far better than our most recent experience. The meats were tough this time around and we found some of them to have too much grizzle/fat. There were only a select few that we found to be to your regular standard. In addition we found the frequency of the gauchos to be behind a normal presence.
Very good selection and service.
My wife and I had a great time there. Lots (and lots) of meat coming at you from all directions. It's amazing!
We had a wonderful meal, our server Rachel was fantastic and all the meat servers were awesome. Everything we ate from side dishes through dessert was delicious!
I brought my daughter who is vegetarian and a couple other friends, and each of us enjoyed the food. The atmosphere was great, and we also enjoyed listening to the live music that played while we ate.
We have been to Brasa steakhouse several times and it has been very good. This time however they sat us in a back dining room. We did make reservations a week in advance. We could not get well done meat, even though requested, until finally, after we were pretty much finished, they brought some from the kitchen. The back dining room did not get the choices of meat that were offered on our previous visits. We never were offered pineapple after the meal was finished, even though requested. My recommendation is to never let them seat you in one of the side dining rooms. It was not obvious that was their only problem however. Perhaps a change in management or something where service is no longer an important item.
It was fantastic . My favourite was the garlic steak . Totally enjoyed the bruised pineapple martini
Excellent steak and lamb rotisserie style served by gauchos. The meats are all you can eat. The all you can eat salad bar was excellent as well. One of the favorites was the rotisserie pineapple that has a cinnamon crust piping hot and succulent. The service was excellent. We have eaten at a great deal of restaurants and this is by far, one of the absolute best !
Service was fine our attendant is attentive to our needs, gauchos some times tend to bypass us even our discs are on green and missed the rib bbque seems to be just passing us , well at the time paying our bill when I told our attendant that there is 1 variety that I havent tasted he did offer for it to come in our table which I appreciate, but I said no we are full and about to go anyway.
Great dining experience. Wonderful choices and flavours of different meats. Gauchos very attentive and friendly. Good selection of buffet items. We thoroughly enjoyed Brasa and look forward to coming back again!
