Nestled inside the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites, Brasa showcases the flavours and cultural flair of Brazil. Following a "centuries-old" tradition of cooking on an open fire, diners can experience endless cuts of succulent beef, pork, lamb, and chicken carved tableside in the style of authentic Brazilian gauchos. A two-sided disk is used by diners to signal when they’re ready for these sizzling skewers: green means "More, please!" and red means "I've had enough, for now." Eat as much as you want and at your own pace.

Amazing! Everything was great from start to finish. Great service, great food, it is not quiet though as there is live music (which we loved).

Too fast the frequency of the meats at the beginning, sometimes that fast that they don't even listen when you say " yes, please!". Then they are like gone and don't take the time to see on the table the green ones. You don't enjoy the meats because very quick you have a mix on your plate. Early booking "discount" is not applied even if you mentioned and picked it from the reservation, they will try to avoid it, so please check the bill before to pay.

This was the first time experiencing a restaurant like this and it did not disappoint! The food selection was amazing and the meats, they were excellent. This was such a relaxed atmosphere with no rushing to be done so they could turn the table, it was an incredible time and I’d love to go back when they have live entertainment. Highly recommend!

Despite having had made a reservation days in advance we were taken to a table by a service station close to the entrance by an unfriendly hostess. It felt like the table was outside the main restaurant with many empty tables around it. When we remained standing and looking around a server came up and asked if we would prefer another table. We said yes. She then went to speak to the hostess, came back and told the hostess will be with us shortly. After a few minutes another hostess came and took us to a nice table in the main dining area close to the buffet. I had ordered the sangria special when I made the reservation, but the waiter wasn’t informed about it. It took quite a while to receive the pitcher. The food was great and the staff bringing the meat around pleasant enough. Unless you’re a big eater, the price is quite steep.

We come to Brasa frequently as we are local. Last night was the worst experience we have ever had. It took 15 mins to get a waiter/waitress to our table to order drinks then about 10 mins after that to receive them. We were seated off in a corner and were passed over by all the meat servers until we caught a waiter/waitress that were not ours to request food. Very disappointing considering how much you pay to dine there.

The service was wonderful, our waiter was great. Everyone who came through was excellent. I will say the restaurant was a tad dark, at least in the area we were seated. It was hard to read the drink menu or see the bill. They offer $10 off for locals on any night of the week which was wonderful. The entertainment was amazing, the woman who danced in the orange outfit was just phenomenal, she truly seemed to glow. It was evident that she loved her job. The meat was top tier, anything we asked for they grabbed it. We were celebrating a birthday and the end of the evening with a lovely vanilla cake. We can’t wait to go back again. Thank you.
