Nestled inside the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites, Brasa showcases the flavours and cultural flair of Brazil. Following a "centuries-old" tradition of cooking on an open fire, diners can experience endless cuts of succulent beef, pork, lamb, and chicken carved tableside in the style of authentic Brazilian gauchos. A two-sided disk is used by diners to signal when they’re ready for these sizzling skewers: green means "More, please!" and red means "I've had enough, for now." Eat as much as you want and at your own pace.

    Food was good but not woww, service isn’t supper, not good place to celebrate anniversary, nothing special like other restaurant….not feeling happy and feels it was not a good choice.

    It's a beautiful spot gorgeous views and nice background music. Buffet food was different from 2 years ago when the price per person was around $100. Better prices are good but cutting better options from the buffet also shows. Shrimps where tasteless I really didn't enjoy them this time. Frijoles where delicious and smoked salmon is my favorite! Fresh salad options where also super nice! Guys who served the meats where very polite and where circulating with grilled meat option constantly which was super amazing. If you like a grilled pineapple 🍍 this is the best place to have it !

    It was great experience. Beautiful place and nice dancers and live music. The only suggestion that I have is that it would be better if we would have option to choose medium well steaks and meats . It was mostly medium rare. I did not have chance to be aked about having all choices of serving. They were fast but they used to forget to serve every single one Which needs to be improved. Overall great experience I would come back again to see the improvement hopefully

    Outstanding service and the food was amazing!!! We were celebrating our anniversary here and we had an amazing time. The service was so fast and the dancers and the live band did an awesome job. Highly recommend!!

    The experience was okay. The meat didn't taste fresh or very high quality. The salad bar was impressive with many options but not worth the $79 per person. Drinks were okay. We didn't see as much dancing as much as they did in the past. For the price you are paying it isn't worth it.

    Been a customer of Brasa many times over many years , the service continues to be amazing we had a great server. However the quality of the food has significantly declined most of the meats last night were cooked well done and could hardly get a fork in them there was only a couple meats we could actually consume and the buffet has also gone downhill but the meats were the most surprising they used to be excellent

    All in all was a fine experience for our group of 8. We were seated in the back of the restaurant near a group of 24 men. There isn’t any noise dampening features in the back, this coupled with concrete walls created sometimes uncomfortable levels. Food was good, service very good, value good. Would recommend but insist on front of the house seating.

    Everything was amazing. Our server Jamie was great took the time to explain the buffet and how the meat is served. Our glasses were never empty. The servers with the meat were friendly and when I asked for a piece of meat that was cooked well they were able to accommodate. We are looking forward to going back again.
