About this restaurant

  • Good for special occasions
  • Good for groups
  • Lively
Nestled inside the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites, Brasa showcases the flavours and cultural flair of Brazil. Following a "centuries-old" tradition of cooking on an open fire, diners can experience endless cuts of succulent beef, pork, lamb, and chicken carved tableside in the style of authentic Brazilian gauchos. A two-sided disk is used by diners to signal when they’re ready for these sizzling skewers: green means "More, please!" and red means "I've had enough, for now." Eat as much as you want and at your own pace.

If your desired reservation time is booked or you're looking for any special request, please contact the restaurant directly.

Seemed to push the beef mostly Meat was very fatty. Would have liked chicken breast as opposed to only dark meat.

We went for my daughter's birthday on a Tuesday evening. The place was maybe 1/3rd full. So the service was good and you could easily access the buffet. The buffet was plentiful and the the servers brought lots of meat to our table when we requested it. The live band was a nice touch. We had one glass of wine, one fake cocktail for our granddaughter, and the rest of us drank water. We each had a dessert. The total cost, for the 4 (adults) with tax and tip was $500.00 I've paid that at other restaurants for 5 star meals. While this was good, it was not a five star meal. The buffet was OK, but similar to Applebee's in the States. The meat was very good, but again I've enjoyed better at finer places. The location, service and view were all excellent. But was it worth $500? I don't think I'd go again.

We had great service from the moment we sat at the table. The salad buffet was diverse in options, fresh and tasty. The servers were at our table even when we had turned our indicators to red, which we appreciated as good serve, not a hinderence. All staff were friendly and helpful. Cuts of meat were high quality and cooked to perfection. Pineapple was everyone's favorite. White wine sangria delicious.

I've dined at Brasa several times over the years and have usually had a fantastic experience, but unfortunately this most recent visit was the least memorable. We were seated off to the side near the stage, which seemed fine at first, until the live music began. It quickly became so loud that no one at our table could hear each other speak, making it difficult to enjoy conversation over dinner. More noticeably, we felt forgotten by the Gauchos. Being tucked away from the main dining area seemed to affect how often we were approached for meat service. We brought this up to our server, who, by the way, was fantastic (and looked like Dua Lipa!) but afterward, we couldn’t help but feel like a couple of the Gauchos may have taken the feedback personally. Their body language definitely shifted, which made things a little uncomfortable. That said, the food itself was still solid, great selection and cooked well, as always. But this visit missed the mark on service, which was disappointing considering how consistent Brasa usually is. Hopefully just an off night, because we do love this place overall.

This was not our first time at a Brazilian steakhouse and we usually love them, but this was the first time we have left completely disappointed in both the experience and the food. As a start, our server asked about drinks when we sat down, never again. I likely would have gotten something, but he never really came back until the "end" of our meal to see if we were done and he could take a plate. Secondly, the meats didn't even come close to circulating. We had our circles on green for most of the time so we could get variety...we were presented with chicken thighs and wings, bacon wrapped chicken, and pineapple multiple times, but the beef cuts made it once, and never again. Unfortunate since some of those are the entire reason we chose to come. My favorite is the garlic picanha, but unfortunately ours was way over cooked, as was the regular picanha. Dessert wasn't ever even suggested. Our server overlooked us for a good portion of the time we were there. We had been looking forward to this dinner since we began planning our trip to the falls. It was slated to be the highlight meal of the trip. Brasa paled in comparison to other Brazilian steakhouses we have been to. Absolutely not worth the price.
