Daniel was our server and was phenomenal! Very relaxed and attentive.
What a lovely dining experience in the heart of Niagara Falls. We will definitely be back! The food was great and the service was timely. Try all of the meat options, you won't be disappointed.
Always the last evening meal on our trips to Niagara Falls. A treasured tradition.
Been to Brasa several times over the past few years and have never been so disappointed. The meat was under seasoned and over cooked. The seafood medley at the buffet was over cooked and mushy.
We left unsatisfied and hungry
We came to celebrate my husbands birthday, which I put in the remarks when reserving as I was prompted. I would assume that 2 weeks would be enough time to get a pretty decent table. We were seated at the end of the buffet station where the noise was loud. We could barely hear each other. There was absolutely no privacy. I did ask upon seating to please change table, the lady shrugged and said she would check. Never came back. Not very professional. I will return, however not for a special occasion. Ruined the ambiance of the evening.
Amazing food, amazing service, definitely will return
Why would you switch to electric grills? Whoever made that decision should be fired. Is that how they do it in Brazil, pretty sure not! Stop claiming to be a brazilian steakhouse if your gonna cook your tough and unflavorful meat in electric oven. Total disappointment with the quality of food especially for the price, the the salad bar was mediocre too. I'll be going back to Copa instead.
Meat was of very low quality. Buffet was excellent.
It was our 28th wedding anniversary and I had mentioned this on my reservation. Most restaurants acknowledge such events. I was disappointed that this special evening was not addressed by Brasa.
This is something that they need to work on, Birthdays and Anniversary’s should be recognized.
Beef all tasted the same. Didn't care for the rare cooked meat. It seemed no one had medium done.
The pork and chicken were nice.
We had been to Brasa a few years ago and were impressed with the food. We thought that the price was high, but decided to go again as a treat. The buffet table was decent as was the lamb, chicken and pork. However, the beef was far too sinewy and tough. I ended up spitting out about a quarter of it. The buns and bread were a joke. Worse than any cheap supermarket would offer. To top it off, they add approximately 8% local fee that they would not remove. I must mention that they had a nice 2 piece band playing that we enjoyed.
Very good service.
Servers are very nice.
Meats are served with generosity.
The restaurant is very nice, bad they need to cook the meat a little bit more, but is nice
Very nice place to eat, you will not leave hungry, awesome concept of delivering meat to your table, if your gonna complain about the price then go to McDonalds if that's what you can afford, well worth the experience!
The worst meat I’ve ever eaten. It was bland, unseasoned and over cooked. It also smelled incredibly unappetizing - similar to meat that has been pressure cooked without any sort of seasoning or preparation. Meaty is the only way I can think to describe it.
After we complained, we were met with a very canned response and it was evident that they field this exact complaint often.
A supervisor then came to our table with a spit of meat (which was a tad peculiar in itself) and tried to justify why the meat may have been disappointing, citing that sometimes the Gauchos (the meat men) weren’t necessarily carving from the proper spot on the spit. It was a pretty weak excuse. The bill included a pathetic 20% discount which was actually quite insulting considering it was our 5th wedding anniversary and our first night away from our kids together ever (both of which we conveyed to the manager).
The highlight of the entire evening was the roasted pineapple.
At $59.95 a plate, don’t waste your money. For that price, you can have a fabulous dinner with multiple courses at any number of other upscale dinner restaurants.
Servers came around but kept bypassing our table. We asked a hostess what needs to happen to have staff come to table and serve meat. The hostess indicated she would take care of it and she did! But that we had to ask given we had the circle turned to the green side is concerning.
We visited this restaurant about 9 years ago and it was outstanding. However, this time the meats all tasted the same and were dry. The buffet was good but scaled back from what it was. We will not be visiting it again.
Very nice authentic Brazilian food. Some things were just ok but for the most part it was very good
Our experience was wonderful. The gentleman whom went around the tables with the meat were amazing and kind and responsive to our requests.
The server we had (vince) unfortunately wasn't attentive to us. He came to us 1 time through out our dining stay, I requested for a refill he took the glass and didnt come back until the bill was presented. I kept watching him and he seemed to be in a hurry by clearing the tables and removing table cloths from the tables. He did check on his other tables more often.
This bothered me a lot. The other servers for other tables seemed more attentive to their guests.
Other than that everything was great.
Great service. Amazing cuts of meat. Yummy salads and accompanying foods. Would return!
It's a nice place in a good location.
The staff was great.
The main complaint is that they're lacking in the nicest cuts of beef.
Anyone who cares about the flavors of their food should not go to "Brazilaian SH" model restaurants. This is not a criticism of Braza in particular. I think the way these places make their meat makes it harder for the cuts to have any flavors except just saltiness. The service was excellent, but the food was awful.
Was a good night out with family and friends. Our server Ryan was great and helpful. Would go again.
Terribly rude front desk staff
Inattentive wait staff
My "vegetarian" pasta never came - spent $160 for 1 meat eater and for me to eat salads
No compensation from management
Meat blue inside
SUPER fatty cuts of meat...
GO TO COPA CABANA instead - trust me.
Amazing, amazing, amazing! Must go to restaurant for anyone in Niagara. You will not regret it! Pricey but worth the money.
Everything was amazing but the fact that they charge a fee that they don’t tell you about is very misleading. They charge a tourist fee of 7 percent which came to be about 22 dollars on our meal. We aren’t tourists we are from Toronto and the fact they charged us this we most likely won’t go back.
I have been here several times, this time for some reason the meat was awful! The steak garlic and anything beef related was over cooked making it impossible to cut. The meat was not tender at all! Very disappointed
Amaizing place!! We enjoyed ! And our waitress ELIZABETH..she was awesome!! Great customer services!
For the amount paid nothing was outstanding. Buffet and quality of meats were only okay. We could cook meat better at home. Had heard rave reviews and were disappointed. Service however was excellent.
The service was great, waitress was excellent. However two issues of concern. The meat was over cooked and some was even too dry. The second issue was the charge of $26.11 Local fee. I'm from Mississauga so local to Ontario, furthermore it is not mandatory for me to pay this fee on a $330.55 bill which came out to $403.02 with local fee and HST. On top of this, the Local fee was taxed. It is in violation to tax on top of a tax. I talked to the manager and he refused to take off the Local fee charge. I certainly will never again go to Brasa and I will inform everyone about this fee which is not posted nor shown anywhere at this restaurant. I have filed a complain with consumer relation. I had given the manager a chance to even take off the tax on the Local fee even without removing the local fee. I own a business and definitely know the requirements of charges and taxes.
Ryan was a top notch waiter and was attentive and sincere.
Absolutely amazing! Was great service and great food. One of the best meals I’ve had in a while.
If you like meet, this is the place to go. Make reservations because it is crowded most of the times. Highly recommended
Amazing experience , staff , management is top notch
We normally go to Brazos at least eight times a year. We took friends with us this time that had never been there. We were sat in a back room which had no air conditioning. It was terrible. Some of our guests left after 1/2 hour. Hardly worth the value. They discounted our dinner 10%. We were very disappointed. Guess shouldn’t have to leave after half an hour because it is so hot.
The meat served was really salty and the chicken was really dry and extremely over priced and we had to pay extra for dessert? And on there website it said they have king crab leg on the buffet on Saturday nights and there was now I ate the fish and was extremely sick the next morning.
Took my daughters to their first ever Brazilian style steakhouse. We had a wonderful time. Staff were good. Food better than expected, but some cuts of meat were over done and tough.
Staff is just amazing and meats are well worth it! We have been there at least 10 times in last couple of years and have never been disappointed. Only one thing is, that now even though we are from Kitchener ON, we were not considered local anymore and had to pay the tourist tax for dining there. This is the first time we had to do this. We will be looking forward to our next visit to Brasa though.
Lots if choices on salad bar but some items looked like they had been around awhile, cauliflower had brown spots, sliced tomatoes were limp and see through. Parmesan pork was over cooked and dry, bacon wrapped chicken was tasty as was lamb. Beef rump and round were ok but I do not use added salt on my foods so found everything excessively salty. My husband enjoyed his meal but I felt I did not get my money’s worth.
Poor food for the money. Tried to fill you up on cheap meat. Hardly ever saw any good meat.
