Had been to this restaurant before and it was good
Poor cuts of meat
Meat was not cooked properly. Either undercooked and tough or overcooked and dry
Service and food was excellent, parking was tricky but main issue for us was the long walk and maneuvering with a wheelchair inside the restaurant.
I would only recommend brasa for the experience of the Brazilian dining.
The buffet selection was excellent as well as the selection of meats however, most of the meats themselves were over cooked and tough to cut/chew.
The rump, rib eye and lamb were nicely cooked and tender. The brazilian rice and black bean stew were delicious as well (especially when mixed together)
Our server Jen was awesome and very attentive, give that lady a raise lol
Bad experience, the restaurant has a brazilian theme . It's not a Brazilian food restaurant. Cuts are too thick, meat is raw , I give my stars to the crew , the gauchos are the best in the restaurant.
Went there with the kids....had a really good time. Food was amazing, our wait staff was great! Good vibe overall. The only thing is I found 24$ for each kid pricy as let’s face it, kids really don’t eat that much. But than again, when I’m Niagara Falls-everything is pricey. Would go there again as it was really good! Thank you!
Best steakhouse ever!!! We will come back time and time again .
Wasn't impressed. Staff was VERY attentive but value sucked.
Overpriced and then to top that there is the Niagara Falls Tourism fee. Really??? We were told we were not eligible to remove it because we were not from the Niagara and surrounding area. Plus we couldn't use the coupons given to us from the hotel on Fri and Sat.......but our stay was Fri and Sat!! LOL
Food was ok but that was it...nothing outstanding. Garlic beef was so tough we couldn't cut it with the knife. Sorry, wish I had a better experience. Definitely would NOT recommend it.
Buffet was very plain... meat was good but many guys didn’t offer us even though our coasters were green facing, the price per person was 58.99. OUTRAGEOUS.
They gave us complimentary desert because we were on our honey moon. The server made our experience amazing.
Only negative is we seem to have gotten ignored after being bombarded with meat servers. It was great initially then they seemed to avoid us after some time.
For the amount that was charged I thought the meat was very tough and the buffet was horrible. Service was fine but the food was terrible.
A great time had by all!!
At 65 years old I dont feel it is good value as I dont eat like I use to. I feel you should have a seniors rate.
I will probably not go back with no senior discount.
Too expensive n not so many choices of BBQ meats.
Prefer more vegetables n fruits for selection.
We went on a night that started with an hour power outage in the entire hotel, and the staff recovered extremely well once the power was back on. The food was excellent and as advertised, and the overall value for the ambiance, food, and experience was very good.
Booked a reservation for 3 at 730. There was a power outtage in the restaurant and we weren't seated until 9pm. I asked them as a courtesy to take off that ridiculous voluntary tourist fee they add on all the bills as I'm from Toronto and they refused. Just absolutely horrifible CS. In retrospect I shouldn't have tipped to make up for it but I'm an idiot and paid the fee and tipped.
The power was out for over an hour and they only offered us an 10% off
Lights went out across the block and our whole night was ruined for our family dinner
I recommend to people, however, as a Brazilian and knowing what is the real barbecue steak house, I believe the Brasa is missing the Brazilian meet flavor because the meet, unfortunate was not tasting as Brazilian flavor with the right portion of salt. The rest of food was really good.
I suggest to the owner to import the Brazilian salt and to have more variety of meeting, such as: chicken heart, the real sausage, fish, the real Brazilian cows ribs and pork ribs
Hope I could help to improve
The food was decent. Not too impressed with the buffet bar. We went on a Friday which means that the seafood bar is included by the only had some dry salmon, a few cold salads with what looked like frozen shrimp and some general seafood medley type of dish. Not impressed. The table side service was good. Those were the best items of food since they came directly from the kitchen with them. Servers were friendly and attentive. Plus we told them it was our anniversary but it didn’t seem to matter.
First time for this type of dining.
Amazing food and service. Expected the music and show to start early as it is a Friday price. No deserts are offered as part of the buffet except for the grilled pineapple though.
First time at a Brazilian steakhouse & it wasn’t what we expected. It was good but not worth the money if you do not eat a whole lot. It was worth the one time experience with my wife while on vacation though.
We went there for a special occasion with my parents. My father has mobility issues and to begin with it was very difficult to even find the way into the restaurant. When we arrived we were put in a small section and although our waitress Robin was very attentive and good, we waited a long time before any meat came around, with very long periods of time between servers. In the end my parents only had 1-2 small pieces of the meat in total... way to little for the $50.00 each price tag.
I have had a lovely experience in Toronto when I went to this restaurant so I was embarrassed and very disappointed when I took my parents to the one in Niagara Falls.
I would recommend Brasas forsure. My only complaint is the Local fee which is ridiculous.
The meats were too cold. And the snack food area has only cold cuts and dry bread. For 50 dollars a person I rather go to copa Cabana which has a very large amount of hot foods to choose from. Plus their meats are wayyy better.
The environment and service was very good as usual but some meats were tough and over cooked but that may be my personal preference for my meat to be cooked medium rare.
Nice place to go, however, is a lot of room for improvement.
Meat tasty but not as tender as it supposed to be
Expresso good but cold.
Service friendly and quick
Location really good
It was a spectacular experience on most aspects, however, we did not know that there was complimentary parking and had to pay $30 for parking in an outdoor lot a block away. Also, the local fee was an unwelcome surprise that, because we were busy with that day's birthday celebration, we did not see on the bill until after payment.
Food was fantastic, servers were very attentive. Overall wonderful experience.
Good food. Clean. The server was pleasant. The hostess seemed irritated when we arrived. My 2 yr olds meal was free but the apple juice cost $5. Atmosphere was loud and not very personal.
I absolutely lived Brasa! It was so delicious and on point! A little expensive but worth it if you love meat! A little tip when going, dont fill up on salads and other side dishes. They are all good but my first time I ate too much salads and veggies and didnt eat as much meat as i wanted. Best place for when you want a feast! Ot was a perfect venue for myself who loves to eat meat! Also the grilles pineapple is to die for!
This was the best place that we ate at in Niagara Falls. The meats were so tender. Everything was so fresh. The food never stopped coming. If I had to have a complaint, the waiters could have been more attentive to our drinks.
We had a reservation at 7 pm on Saturday, August 31. When we arrived to the restaurant, there was a huge line of people at the reception. Once we arrived to the reception, which was at 7.15, we were told that our table “is being bussed” and we needed to wait. So we waited for maybe 5-10 minutes, when our ringer started vibrating. We came over to the hostesses who didn’t say any greetings or any sort of polite acknowledgement of our presence, they continued to ignore us even after I handed the ringer. Some hostess finally decided to stop chatting and take us to our table, but it turned out she was supposed to take other guests and not us. So we returned back to our start position and kept being ignored until I mentioned that we were waiting to be finally seated. An absolutely unimpressed hostess walked to us to the table mumbled something like “have a nice evening” while knocking off the glass on our table. Yeah, pleasant experience
The food was so, so. Meat was undercooked. Service was slow, way overpriced.
Overall amazing service and quality of food. However we kept seeing the same kind of meat circling and missing out on other menu options. Our server did amazing in finding the particular meat we wanted and making sure it came to our table. We also requested window seat and it wasn’t mentioned that we didn’t receive and for what reason
They perfect the steaks I just love it! Brilliant idea of service! I always recommend!
We all left with a satisfying food baby. Lol.
The only setback would be the unfriendly and snarky front staff that greeted us. Basically children too young to handle the heat of a super busy restaurant. Not their fault really. It’s just a matter of training.
Otherwise this is the best restaurant in Niagara hands down. Amazing food. Great waitstaff. Fun and lively. This is one of those “you’ve gotta eat here” places.
The service wasn’t as good as my last visit. The waiter hardly came by to the table. Had to ask for water and spoon for the coffee. The steaks were over cooked. Had to ask and wait for different cut and/or different cook of steaks.
