Our first OpenTable reservation that we made and check in to was cancelled. Prior to leaving the restaurant I checked email and saw that The Brick cancelled my Open Table reservation even though I was there, had dinner and paid my bill. I immediately located someone and told them what had happened - they told me that "this happens all the time." Not quite sure how or why this happened - will not be back.

We made the 25-minute drive to the restaurant only to discover it was closed, despite making a reservation and receiving confirmation. It would be nice if app had flexibility to show when restaurants were closed for holidays. Also would be nice if feedback could be provided without having to submit ratings.

I made a reservation for 3:00 News Year day, we got there about 10 minutes early to find that they were closed! Why was I even able to make a reservation if they were closed! Was more than a little irritated,

Used Open Table to make the reservation. Gave our name to the hostess and she stated there were no reservations under that name. Luckily there wasn't a wait.

Went for our anniversary. Big mistake. Service was very slow even though at 6:30 on a Thursday the place was almost empty. Ordered a Michigan cherry margarita. What we got was a light red watered down drink. Ordered fish and chips it was ok but over priced at $15 for 3 pieces of fish and fries. Wife got some kind of Mexican bowl. She thought it was alright. Long story short we’ll never go back!! 👎

Tried it twice and disappointed again. Same comments for both version sits: We were seated quickly but it took a long time for someone to come to the table. The waitress couldn’t answer questions off the menu. The food is only fair and took a ridiculously long time to get. Then, half of the orders were wrong. We won’t be returning.

Made reservations via OpenTable and arrived exactly on time and they would not honor it, as she the 2 hostesses did not know how to work the open table reservations. They couldn't log in their system. They at first claimed to have seen it after they gave away our table and then later said they couldn't log in, after we mentioned it still shows open tables throughout the evening. We had to wait 45 mins for our table we had resverations for. Which was a hasstle bc we had 4 kids with us. Besides that, service was pretty good and food was good.

The food was great, but the three-some at the next table (outside) were swearing non-stop, and quite loudly. They were drunk. They kept being served. Other than the that, the fajitas are awesome!! Love the food, which is why we keep going back.

Dinner with parents which included our 3 young children. Server was great and very friendly but we were placed under a VERY loud speaker broadcasting the baseball game (wrap-up). My kids and husband were having a really hard time with the noise levels; the server asked a manager to turn it down and he did which was very kind.

This was our 2nd visit to Bricks. The portions are good for the price and the coconut shrimp appetizer was pretty good. The rest of our order was good but nothing special. A live band was getting ready to play so we tried to eat quickly to save our kids' ears.

They did sound like a decent band so this would probably be a good place for a couples/group night out. The outside dining looks nice too.

The food was very good but thought the restaurant lacked in service. Our party of four were seated at a table that was combined with a another table of 4 that was empty and dirty. It took 15 minutes for us to acknowledged by our waitress and that was just a "what can I get you to drink". Although the food was good, we will not be back.

I had a 6:00 p.m. reservation. Showed up slightly past the reservation time due to inclement weather. I was told I would be seated next and that they were busy due to the NFL playoffs. I waited 20 minutes and more people showed up and were seated before me. I asked again and was told a table just was finishing up. It had almost been 40 minutes of waiting. The third time I asked, I was told "would you like to sit at the bar and have drinks? It will be another 20-30 minutes". Finally after reminding them I had a reservation I was seated at a table.

Due to a time constraint, we ordered a few appetizers and salads thinking this would be quick. We sat there for 35mins and had not received the salads. I asked if the salads could be taken off the bill, due to the time crunch and late seating. The salads magically appeared thrown in a box and added to our bill. This was after we asked the server twice to check on our ticket.

I will not be back the wait staff was rude and hostesses didn't even greet you when you walked in the door. I will not be back or recommend this place to others.

Our server was very distracted, day after Christmas may have had something to do with it. Food was generally tasteless, I had a turkey burger. Fries were cold. Wife and sister-in-law said fish and chips were good, but, again, cold fries. Beer list is good and lots of TVs for sports. I had been before and had good service and food so I will likely give it another try, but this trip was disappointing.

We had a reservation for 16. When we arrived, no table was set even though the restaurant was empty. They were shocked we were there. We had to help get the tables together! Our drink order was taken and then for almost 30 minutes, nothing, no drinks, no wait staff, nothing. Another waitress comes to the table and asks if she can take our drink order! No diet pop at all in store. Frustrating. Then another 15+ min to get drinks, food orders. No food for what seemed like forever, another 30 min plus. Wrong food for some, items forgotten, etc. Best they could do was 10% off our bill. What should have been an hour, was nearly 2 hours in an empty restaurant. Horrible.

For starters, the list of beer had 30% blacked out...do not have, then as I tried to order 3 major domestic beers..."Don't have on tap, only about 5 types of bottled available.

Prices are high and selection was just okay. I expected more than what we got.

I visited this restaurant because one of my friends performed there. He did amazingly great. However, our waitress wasn't the best. She seemed very distracted.. We ordered Moscow mules..She took our I.D. to the "back" without any explanation. So when she finally returned to our table I asked what seems to be the problem and she then explained that the mugs were $35 and its the companies policy to take i.d.'s to insure no one will take their precious $35 mugs... Which I understand however it would have been great to have that explained to be before she took my information to the back room. With all the identity theft going on these days I was very concerned... There should be a better way to insure the safety of their mugs without offending customers. Also, It took forever for us to get our food and drinks. I will not be returning anytime soon.

The food was pretty good. Lots of deep fried items. The pizza was really good. A little more of a bar atmosphere than we expected when looking at photos. Very disappointed in the television programs they were playing. On one of the screens (unsure what channel it was, there was an A in the corner) was playing a show where the woman was topless, everything was exposed and then they proceeded to have very graphic sex. This was during a 7:00 dinner reservation with our family.

Bricks was awesome! I planned a large group get together for my Boyfriends Birthday and the staff there was very nice and helpful with the arrangements. The Wait Staff was great and very fast. Food was good and my boyfriend liked it so much he wants to go back. The Prices were reasonable. The music was great that started that evening. We had fun!!
