   The tapas especially the dates with bacon and the garlic shrimp were excellent . Our waiter Alejandro did a great job and recommended some specialties like the grilled octopus and arroz calsero that were delicious . We ordered 2-3 different tapas at a time to pace ourselves and they always arrived hot and right out of the kitchen . The buñuelo dessert is awesome don’t miss it . Only negative was the sangria was not very strong almost watered down . More like fruit juice. Other than that had a wonderful and delicious meal .

   Mother’s Day at Bulla was out standing we ordered 12 tapas dishes as well as drinks. Everything was great the food was outstanding. We will come back!

    Going out on Mother’s Day is normally a nightmare, but we made reservations at Bulla and we were seated immediately. Our server was patient, friendly, and attentive. He gave great recommendations and we never felt rushed. The food was delicious!

    Check should be take to the table covered and not in that piece of table where everyone can see the total when you are inviting. Upstairs majority of the time nobody is covering the guest in case we need anything.

    As always amazing! Today was a special day for my family so my fiancé and I took my 80+ year old parents and 20 year old kids to Bulla. My parents and kids had never been there. They loved it. Couldn’t stop ordering their tapas. Favorite for most “huevos bullas”. My son loved the “patatas brava”. We also reordered croquettes and dates. The fiocchi de pera was phenomenal (first time) and my parents ordered the Arroz Caldozo and loved it. Will be back!

    I love the ambiance of this restaurant: always full of people. It is a nice and clean place. The food is good but what I really like is the daily happy hour where you find a great variety of drinks and wines from Spain and at half price. I am always happy to come to Bulla for some Spanish drinks and tapas.

    This was an interview dinner for a startup, and as the interviewee, I was asked to find a place to have dinner, drinks, and carry on a business conversation. The office is in Coral Gables near the Douglas Metrorail Station, so being in a restaurant desert, I selected a place near downtown. The main reason for Bulla was their tapas and not knowing the other diners, I felt a mix of tapas would a) keep variety on the table as well as the conversation and b) allow for an ebb and flow in the dinner. Both were huge successes. We ate all but 3 or 4 of the tapas on the menu, and I cannot remember if we disagreed on anything. The food simply was that good, maybe even better than expected. Also, we didn't know that this was a chain, which I'll keep in mind as I travel around the USA. I'd recommend this place for a date, a happy hour, or a business dinner. The noise was just loud enough to drown out nearby tables but we could easily carry on a conversation. The bacon-wrapped and stuffed datiles rellenos were the big winner as was the bistec a la parrilla. Others we had were the pintxos, tortilla espanola, carpaccio de salmon, patas bravas, ceviche de jalapeno, crispy calamari, croquetas de jamon, and gambas al ajillo. I felt that the croquetas de jamon could have been more meatier. I'll definitely go back though.

    Terrible service from waitress Daniela. Unaware of our needs and always late to the table with some excise after seeing her texting all the time in a corner. When we confronted her about the many issues she shrugged her shoulders and indifferent. Said, “I can get you another waiter”. Thankfully we were approached by the manager Kenneth who was understanding. Gave us a discount. Issues at Bulla have been ongoing for a while. Not going again.

    The only thing that was different from before is that we could not switch drinks if you do the bottom less brunch. It was kind of boring to just stick to the white sangria when I wanted to try the passion fruit mimosa.

    We saw the restaurant as we walked down the street and hoped that it was Bulla Gastrobar, where we had a reservation. The atmosphere and the vibe was great, and the selections were excellent. All our dishes were very tasty and everyone was happy with the restaurant. Our server, Nico, did a great job advising us on the menu. It was an excellent meal and I will go back next time I am in Miami.

    All around excellence for many reasons and for many years. Genuine Spanish ingredients, recipes, and method of preparation. Alejandro took great care of our table of four and we tried about 10 different tapas, all outstanding.
