Byblos represents a marriage of Eastern Mediterranean cuisine with strong influences from both traditional and local ingredients, using time-honored classic cooking techniques and modern methods. Executive Chef Stuart Cameron (Weslodge and Patria), has created dishes that showcase the regionally-specific spices and flavours of the Eastern Mediterranean seaboard to craft a menu that will be a true coastal and cultural mosaic, served family style in a convivial atmosphere.

I went there for my brother’s birthday . I have been trying to get a reservation for a while and I finally got it and was excited to try since this restaurant is very hyped . Guess what , it’s one of the biggest disappointment I ever had . The server took 10 minutes to explain how all dishes are small and we need 6 dishes . Starter range from 15-30 and main from 17-65. And she said that since they are very small and does not come with any size . Oh well ! We ordered the eggplant dumplings , truffle pizza , lamb braised in basmati rice and a lentil rice . The basmati rice with lamb came in a small plate and I was not sure it that was a joke or not . Then the pizza which was tiny thin one inch slice -4 of them only . The rice was average and not sure why I would spend 19 dollars for it . I have ate at atleast 30 Michelin restaurant around the world, and I think I have earned some right to critic some food . I was just disappointed and so was my brother . On top of that , I told them it’s his birthday but they had no gesture or did not even wish him
Happy birthday . Their entrance was so crowded , we could barely got out . The service was at best salesy. If you enjoy really good food , find some local Lebanese place , they have much better food with great quantity and better price . With this price point I suggest you go to some other place and save your money and disappointment .

Had an absolutely fabulous meal. Brought 2 friends for the first time. We weren’t rushed even after we were done our meal and paid our bill. Will definitely come back. Lamb ribs are amazing!! All the dishes were super tasty!

A diamond in the rough. A great take on Mediterranean fusion. Sharing menu. Very poor wine selection & expensive. Restaurant difficult to find I.e. poor signage. Staff was wonderful

Great food - love all things labneh with berberi, however one dish took quite a while to come out from the wood fire section. Server was helpful in making suggestions.

The food was absolutely amazing! As a picky eater, this place is one of my top two places to dine in North America. It's great for vegans, vegetarians and all others as well. It was a tich loud but worth the visit.

Although the prices may seem a bit high the uniqueness of each dish was worth it. The flavours are all different and combine to really make your tastebuds happy. The wait staff will help guide you as to how much food to order. This is a restaurant where all dishes are shared and the amount of food they told us to order was perfect to leave us full but not stuffed. This was my second trip and I would eat here again.

Seems to keep getting better! A short wait for my request to be seated upstairs. Service was excellent, ambiance too. Noise level is moderate as I like. The food is delicious and we were well taken care of. Good guidance on the number of dishes to order for sharing.

The food is outstanding, original, tasty and varied.
Everything you try has a different flavour that pleases your palate and make you crave for more in spite of being already full. I t is a long time I haven't eaten this good.
Bravo for the chef!
